Leviticus 5:3 (HOV) Hindi Old BSI Version

1 और यदि कोई साक्षी हो कर ऐसा पाप करे कि शपथ खिलाकर पूछने पर भी, कि क्या तू ने यह सुना अथवा जानता है, और वह बात प्रगट न करे, तो उसको अपने अधर्म का भार उठाना पड़ेगा।
2 और यदि कोई किसी अशुद्ध वस्तु को अज्ञानता से छू ले, तो चाहे वह अशुद्ध बनैले पशु की, चाहे अशुद्ध रेंगने वाले जीव-जन्तु की लोथ हो, तो वह अशुद्ध हो कर दोषी ठहरेगा।
3 और यदि कोई मनुष्य किसी अशुद्ध वस्तु को अज्ञानता से छू ले, चाहे वह अशुद्ध वस्तु किसी भी प्रकार की क्यों न हो जिस से लोग अशुद्ध हो जाते हैं तो जब वह उस बात को जान लेगा तब वह दोषी ठहरेगा।
4 और यदि कोई बुरा वा भला करने को बिना सोचे समझे शपथ खाए, चाहे किसी प्रकार की बात वह बिना सोचे विचारे शपथ खाकर कहे, तो ऐसी बात में वह दोषी उस समय ठहरेगा जब उसे मालूम हो जाएगा।
5 और जब वह इन बातों में से किसी भी बात में दोषी हो, तब जिस विषय में उसने पाप किया हो वह उसको मान ले,
6 और वह यहोवा के साम्हने अपना दोषबलि ले आए, अर्थात उस पाप के कारण वह एक भेड़ वा बकरी पापबलि करने के लिये ले आए; तब याजक उस पाप के विषय उसके लिये प्रायश्चित्त करे।
7 और यदि उसे भेड़ वा बकरी देने की सामर्थ्य न हो, तो अपने पाप के कारण दो पंडुकी वा कबूतरी के दो बच्चे दोषबलि चढ़ाने के लिये यहोवा के पास ले आए, उन में से एक तो पापबलि के लिये और दूसरा होमबलि के लिये।
8 और वह उन को याजक के पास ले आए, और याजक पापबलि वाले को पहिले चढ़ाए, और उसका सिर गले से मरोड़ डाले, पर अलग न करे,
9 और वह पापबलिपशु के लोहू में से कुछ वेदी की अलंग पर छिड़के, और जो लोहू शेष रहे वह वेदी के पाए पर गिराया जाए; वह तो पापबलि ठहरेगा।
10 और दूसरे पक्षी को वह विधी के अनुसार होमबलि करे, और याजक उसके पाप का प्रायश्चित्त करे, और तब वह क्षमा किया जाएगा॥
11 और यदि वह दो पंडुकी वा कबूतरी के दो बच्चे भी न दे सके, तो वह अपने पाप के कारण अपना चढ़ावा एपा का दसवां भाग मैदा पापबलि करके ले आए; उसपर न तो वह तेल डाले, और न लोबान रखे, क्योंकि वह पापबलि होगा।
12 वह उसको याजक के पास ले जाए, और याजक उस में से अपनी मुट्ठी भर स्मरण दिलानेवाला भाग जानकर वेदी पर यहोवा के हवनों के ऊपर जलाए; वह तो पापबलि ठहरेगा।
13 और इन बातों में से किसी भी बात के विषय में जो कोई पाप करे, याजक उसका प्रायश्चित्त करे, और तब वह पाप क्षमा किया जाएगा। और इस पापबलि का शेष अन्नबलि के शेष की नाईं याजक का ठहरेगा॥
14 फिर यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा,
15 यदि कोई यहोवा की पवित्र की हुई वस्तुओं के विषय में भूल से विश्वासघात करे और पापी ठहरे, तो वह यहोवा के पास एक निर्दोष मेढ़ा दोषबलि के लिये ले आए; उसका दाम पवित्रस्थान के शेकेल के अनुसार उतने ही शेकेल रूपये का हो जितना याजक ठहराए।
16 और जिस पवित्र वस्तु के विषय उसने पाप किया हो, उस में वह पांचवां भाग और बढ़ाकर याजक को दे; और याजक दोषबलि का मेढ़ा चढ़ाकर उसके लिये प्रायश्चित्त करे, तब उसका पाप क्षमा किया जाएगा॥
17 और यदि कोई ऐसा पाप करे, कि उन कामों में से जिन्हें यहोवा ने मना किया है किसी काम को करे, तो चाहे वह उसके अनजाने में हुआ हो, तौभी वह दोषी ठहरेगा, और उसको अपने अधर्म का भार उठाना पड़ेगा।
18 इसलिये वह एक निर्दोष मेढ़ा दोषबलि करके याजक के पास ले आए, वह उतने दाम का हो जितना याजक ठहराए, और याजक उसके लिये उसकी उस भूल का जो उसने अनजाने में की हो प्रायश्चित्त करे, और वह क्षमा किया जाएगा।
19 यह दोषबलि ठहरे; क्योंकि वह मनुष्य नि:सन्देह यहोवा के सम्मुख दोषी ठहरेगा॥

2 Or H176 CONJ if a soul H5315 GFS touch H5060 VQY3FS any H3605 B-CMS unclean H2931 thing H1697 VQPMS , whether H176 CONJ it be a carcass H5038 of an unclean H2931 beast H2416 AFS , or H176 CONJ a carcass H5038 of unclean H2931 cattle H929 NFS , or H176 CONJ the carcass H5038 of unclean H2931 creeping things H8318 , and if it be hidden H5956 from H4480 M-PREP-3MS him ; he H1931 W-PPRO-3MS also shall be unclean H2931 , and guilty H816 .
3 Or H176 CONJ if H3588 CONJ he touch H5060 VQY3MS the uncleanness H2932 of man H120 NMS , whatsoever H3605 uncleanness H2932 it be that H834 RPRO a man shall be defiled H2930 withal , and it be hid H5956 from H4480 M-PREP-3MS him ; when he H1931 W-PPRO-3MS knoweth H3045 VQQ3MS of it , then he shall be guilty H816 .
4 Or H176 CONJ if H3588 CONJ a soul H5315 GFS swear H7650 , pronouncing H981 with his lips H8193 to do evil H7489 , or H176 CONJ to do good H3190 , whatsoever H3605 it be that a man H120 D-NMS shall pronounce H981 with an oath H7621 , and it be hid H5956 from H4480 M-PREP-3MS him ; when he H1931 W-PPRO-3MS knoweth H3045 VQQ3MS of it , then he shall be guilty H816 in one H259 of these H428 .
5 And it shall be H1961 W-VQQ3MS , when H3588 he shall be guilty H816 in one H259 of these H428 M-PMP things , that he shall confess H3034 that H834 RPRO he hath sinned H2398 VQQ3MS in H5921 that thing :
6 And he shall bring H935 his trespass offering H817 unto the LORD H3068 L-EDS for H5921 PREP his sin H2403 CFS-3MS which H834 RPRO he hath sinned H2398 VQQ3MS , a female H5347 from H4480 PREP the flock H6629 , a lamb H3776 or H176 CONJ a kid H8166 of the goats H5795 , for a sin offering H2403 ; and the priest H3548 shall make an atonement H3722 for H5921 PREP him concerning his sin H2403 .
7 And if H518 W-PART he be not H3808 NADV able to bring H5060 a lamb H7716 , then he shall bring H935 for his trespass H817 , which H834 RPRO he hath committed H2398 VQQ3MS , two H8147 ONUM turtledoves H8449 , or H176 CONJ two H8147 ONUM young H1121 pigeons H3123 , unto the LORD H3068 L-EDS ; one H259 MMS for a sin offering H2403 , and the other H259 for a burnt offering H5930 .
8 And he shall bring H935 them unto H413 PREP the priest H3548 , who shall offer H7126 that which H834 RPRO is for the sin offering H2403 first H7223 , and wring off H4454 his head H7218 CMS-3MS from his neck H6203 , but shall not H3808 W-NPAR divide it asunder H914 :
9 And he shall sprinkle H5137 of the blood H1818 of the sin offering H2403 upon H5921 PREP the side H7023 of the altar H4196 D-NMS ; and the rest H7604 of the blood H1818 shall be wrung out H4680 at H413 PREP the bottom H3247 of the altar H4196 D-NMS : it H1931 PPRO-3MS is a sin offering H2403 CFS .
10 And he shall offer H6213 VQY3MS the second H8145 D-ONUM for a burnt offering H5930 , according to the manner H4941 : and the priest H3548 shall make an atonement H3722 for H5921 PREP-3MS him for his sin H2403 which H834 RPRO he hath sinned H2398 VQQ3MS , and it shall be forgiven H5545 him .
11 But if H518 W-PART he be not H3808 NADV able to bring H5381 two H8147 turtledoves H8449 , or H176 CONJ two H8147 young H1121 CMP pigeons H3123 , then he that H834 RPRO sinned H2398 VQQ3MS shall bring H935 for his offering H7133 the tenth part H6224 of an ephah H374 of fine flour H5560 for a sin offering H2403 ; he shall put H7760 VQY3MS no H3808 NADV oil H8081 NMS upon H5921 PREP-3FS it , neither H3808 W-NADV shall he put H5414 VHFA any frankincense H3828 thereon H5921 PREP-3FS : for H3588 CONJ it H1931 is a sin offering H2403 CFS .
12 Then shall he bring H935 it to H413 PREP the priest H3548 , and the priest H3548 shall take H7061 his handful H4393 of H4480 M-PREP-3FS it , even a memorial H234 thereof , and burn H6999 it on the altar H4196 , according to H5921 PREP the offerings made by fire H801 unto the LORD H3068 EDS : it H1931 PPRO-3FS is a sin offering H2403 CFS .
13 And the priest H3548 shall make an atonement H3722 for H5921 PREP-3MS him as touching H5921 PREP-3MS his sin H2403 CFS-3MS that H834 RPRO he hath sinned H2398 VQQ3MS in one H259 of these H428 M-PMP , and it shall be forgiven H5545 him : and the remnant shall be H1961 W-VQQ3FS the priest H3548 \'s , as a meat offering H4503 .
14 And the LORD H3068 EDS spoke H1696 W-VPY3MS unto H413 PREP Moses H4872 , saying H559 ,
15 If H3588 CONJ a soul H5315 GFS commit H4603 a trespass H4604 , and sin H2398 through ignorance H7684 , in H4480 PREP the holy things H6944 of the LORD H3068 EDS ; then he shall bring H935 for his trespass H817 unto the LORD H3068 L-EDS a ram H352 without blemish H8549 AMS out of H4480 PREP the flocks H6629 , with thy estimation H6187 by shekels H8255 of silver H3701 , after the shekel H8255 of the sanctuary H6944 , for a trespass offering H817 :
16 And he shall make amends H7999 VPY3MS for the harm that he hath done H834 RPRO in H4480 PREP the holy thing H6944 , and shall add H3254 the fifth part H2549 thereto H5921 PREP-3MS , and give H5414 W-VQQ3MS it unto the priest H3548 : and the priest H3548 shall make an atonement H3722 for H5921 PREP-3MS him with the ram H352 of the trespass offering H817 , and it shall be forgiven H5545 him .
17 And if H518 W-PART a soul H5315 GFS sin H2398 , and commit H6213 any H259 OFS of these things H3605 M-CMS which H834 RPRO are forbidden H3808 NADV to be done H6213 by the commandments H4687 of the LORD H3068 EDS ; though he knew H3045 VQQ3MS it not H3808 ADV , yet is he guilty H816 , and shall bear H5375 his iniquity H5771 .
18 And he shall bring H935 a ram H352 without blemish H8549 AMS out of H4480 PREP the flock H6629 , with thy estimation H6187 , for a trespass offering H817 , unto H413 PREP the priest H3548 : and the priest H3548 shall make an atonement H3722 for H5921 PREP-3MS him concerning H5921 PREP-3MS his ignorance H7684 wherein H834 RPRO he erred H7683 and knew H3045 VQQ3MS it not H3808 ADV , and it shall be forgiven H5545 him .
19 It H1931 PPRO-3MS is a trespass offering H817 : he hath certainly trespassed H816 against the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
