Deuteronomy 23 (HOV) Hindi Old BSI Version

1 जिसके अण्ड कुचले गए वा लिंग काट डाला गया हो वह यहोवा की सभा में न आने पाए॥
2 कोई कुकर्म से जन्मा हुआ यहोवा की सभा में न आने पाए; किन्तु दस पीढ़ी तक उसके वंश का कोई यहोवा की सभा में न आने पाए॥
3 कोई अम्मोनी वा मोआबी यहोवा की सभा में न आने पाए; उनकी दसवीं पीढ़ी तक का कोई यहोवा की सभा में कभी न आने पाए;
4 इस कारण से कि जब तुम मिस्र से निकल कर आते थे तब उन्होंने अन्न जल ले कर मार्ग में तुम से भेंट नहीं की, और यह भी कि उन्होंने अरम्नहरैम देश के पतोर नगर वाले बोर के पुत्र बिलाम को तुझे शाप देने के लिये दक्षिणा दी।
5 परन्तु तेरे परमेश्वर यहोवा ने बिलाम की ना सुनी; किन्तु तेरे परमेश्वर यहोवा ने तेरे निमित्त उसके शाप को आशीष से पलट दिया, इसलिये कि तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा तुझ से प्रेम रखता था।
6 तू जीवन भर उनका कुशल और भलाई कभी न चाहना।
7 किसी एदोमी से घृणा न करना, क्योंकि वह तेरा भाई है; किसी मिस्री से भी घृणा न करना, क्योंकि उसके देश में तू परदेशी हो कर रहा था।
8 उनके जो परपोते उत्पन्न होंवे यहोवा की सभा में आने पाएं।
9 जब तू शत्रुओं से लड़ने को जा कर छावनी डाले, तब सब प्रकार की बुरी बातों से बचा रहना।
10 यदि तेरे बीच कोई पुरूष उस अशुद्धता से जो रात्रि को आप से आप हुआ करती है अशुद्ध हुआ हो, तो वह छावनी से बाहर जाए, और छावनी के भीतर न आए;
11 परन्तु संध्या से कुछ पहिले वह स्नान करे, और जब सूर्य डूब जाए तब छावनी में आए।
12 छावनी के बाहर तेरे दिशा फिरने का एक स्थान हुआ करे, और वहीं दिशा फिरने को जाया करना;
13 और तेरे पास के हथियारों में एक खनती भी रहे; और जब तू दिशा फिरने को बैठे, तब उस से खोदकर अपने मल को ढांप देना।
14 क्योंकि तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा तुझ को बचाने और तेरे शत्रुओं को तुझ से हरवाने को तेरी छावनी के मध्य घूमता रहेगा, इसलिये तेरी छावनी पवित्र रहनी चाहिये, ऐसा न हो कि वह तेरे मध्य में कोई अशुद्ध वस्तु देखकर तुझ से फिर जाए॥
15 जो दास अपने स्वामी के पास से भागकर तेरी शरण ले उसको उसके स्वामी के हाथ न पकड़ा देना;
16 वह तेरे बीच जो नगर उसे अच्छा लगे उसी में तेरे संग रहने पाए; और तू उस पर अन्धेर न करना॥
17 इस्राएली स्त्रियों में से कोई देवदासी न हो, और न इस्राएलियों में से कोई पुरूष ऐसा बुरा काम करने वाला हो।
18 तू वेश्यापन की कमाई वा कुत्ते की कमाई किसी मन्नत को पूरी करने के लिये अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा के घर में न लाना; क्योंकि तेरे परमेश्वर यहोवा के समीप ये दोनों की दोनों कमाई घृणित कर्म है॥
19 अपने किसी भाई को ब्याज पर ऋण न देना, चाहे रूपया हो, चाहे भोजन-वस्तु हो, चाहे कोई वस्तु हो जो ब्याज पर दी जाति है, उसे ब्याज न देना।
20 तू परदेशी को ब्याज पर ऋण तो दे, परन्तु अपने किसी भाई से ऐसा न करना, ताकि जिस देश का अधिकारी होने को तू जा रहा है, वहां जिस जिस काम में अपना हाथ लगाए, उन सभों को तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा तुझे आशीष दे॥
21 जब तू अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा के लिये मन्नत माने, तो उसके पूरी करने में विलम्ब न करना; क्योंकि तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा उसे निश्चय तुझ से ले लेगा, और विलम्ब करने से तू पापी ठहरेगा।
22 परन्तु यदि तू मन्नत न माने, तो तेरा कोई पाप नहीं।
23 जो कुछ तेरे मुंह से निकले उसके पूरा करने में चौकसी करना; तू अपने मुंह से वचन देकर अपनी इच्छा से अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा की जैसी मन्नत माने, वैसा ही स्वतंत्रता पूर्वक उसे पूरा करना।
24 जब तू किसी दूसरे की दाख की बारी में जाए, तब पेट भर मनमाने दाख खा तो खा, परन्तु अपने पात्र में कुछ न रखना।
25 और जब तू किसी दूसरे के खड़े खेत में जाए, तब तू हाथ से बालें तोड़ सकता है, परन्तु किसी दूसरे के खड़े खेत पर हंसुआ न लगाना॥

2 A bastard H4464 shall not H3808 NADV enter H935 VQY3MS into the congregation H6951 of the LORD H3068 EDS ; even H1571 CONJ to his tenth H6224 generation H1755 shall he not H3808 ADV enter H935 VQY3MS into the congregation H6951 of the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
3 An Ammonite H5984 or Moabite H4125 shall not H3808 ADV enter H935 VQY3MS into the congregation H6951 of the LORD H3068 EDS ; even H1571 CONJ to their tenth H6224 generation H1755 shall they not H3808 NADV enter H935 VQY3MS into the congregation H6951 of the LORD H3068 EDS forever H5704 PREP :
4 Because H1697 CMS they H834 RPRO met H6923 you not H3808 NADV with bread H3899 and with water H4325 in the way H1870 , when ye came forth H3318 out of Egypt H4714 ; and because H834 RPRO they hired H7936 against H5921 PREP thee Balaam H1109 the son H1121 of Beor H1160 of Pethor H6604 of Mesopotamia H763 , to curse H7043 thee .
5 Nevertheless the LORD H3068 EDS thy God H430 CMP-2MS would H14 not H3808 W-NPAR hearken H8085 unto H413 PREP Balaam H1109 ; but the LORD H3068 EDS thy God H430 CMP-2MS turned H2015 the curse H7045 into a blessing H1293 unto thee , because H3588 CONJ the LORD H3068 EDS thy God H430 CMP-2MS loved H157 thee .
6 Thou shalt not H3808 NADV seek H1875 their peace H7965 nor their prosperity H2896 all H3605 NMS thy days H3117 CMP-2MS forever H5769 .
7 Thou shalt not H3808 ADV abhor H8581 an Edomite H130 ; for H3588 CONJ he H1931 PPRO-3MS is thy brother H251 CMS-2MS : thou shalt not H3808 NADV abhor H8581 an Egyptian H4713 ; because H3588 CONJ thou wast H1961 VQQ2MS a stranger H1616 in his land H776 .
8 The children H1121 NMP that H834 RPRO are begotten H3205 of them shall enter H935 VQY3MS into the congregation H6951 of the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS in their third H7992 generation H1755 .
9 When H3588 CONJ the host H4264 goeth forth H3318 against H5921 PREP thine enemies H341 VQPMP-2MS , then keep thee H8104 from every H3605 M-CMS wicked H7451 AMS thing H1697 VQPMS .
10 If H3588 CONJ there be H1961 VQY3MS among you any man H376 NMS , that H834 RPRO is H1961 VQY3MS not H3808 NADV clean H2889 AMS by reason of uncleanness that chanceth H7137 him by night H3915 NFS , then shall he go abroad H3318 out of PREP the camp H4264 , he shall not H3808 NADV come H935 VQY3MS within H413 PREP the camp H4264 :
11 But it shall be H1961 W-VQQ3MS , when evening H6153 NUM-MS cometh on H6437 , he shall wash H7364 himself with water H4325 : and when the sun H8121 D-NMS is down H935 , he shall come H935 VQY3MS into H413 PREP the camp H4264 again .
12 Thou shalt have H1961 VQY3FS a place H3027 also without H2351 the camp H4264 , whither H8033 ADV-3FS thou shalt go forth H3318 abroad H2351 NMS :
13 And thou shalt have H1961 W-VQQ3MS a paddle H3489 upon H5921 PREP thy weapon H240 ; and it shall be H1961 W-VQQ3MS , when thou wilt ease H3427 thyself abroad H2351 , thou shalt dig H2658 therewith , and shalt turn back H7725 and cover H3680 that which cometh H6627 from thee :
14 For H3588 CONJ the LORD H3068 EDS thy God H430 CMP-2MS walketh H1980 VTPMS in the midst H7130 of thy camp H4264 , to deliver H5337 thee , and to give up H5414 thine enemies H341 VQPMP-2MS before H6440 L-CMP-2MS thee ; therefore shall thy camp H4264 be H1961 W-VQQ3MS holy H6918 : that he see H7200 VQY3MS no H3808 W-NPAR unclean H6172 CFS thing H1697 VQPMS in thee , and turn away H7725 W-VQQ3MS from thee .
15 Thou shalt not H3808 NADV deliver H5462 unto H413 PREP his master H113 the servant H5650 NMS which H834 RPRO is escaped H5337 from M-PREP his master H113 unto H413 PREP thee :

18 Thou shalt not H3808 NADV bring H935 VHY2MS the hire H868 of a whore H2181 , or the price H4242 of a dog H3611 , into the house H1004 CMS of the LORD H3068 EDS thy God H430 CMP-2MS for any H3605 L-CMS vow H5088 : for H3588 CONJ even H1571 CONJ both H8147 these are abomination H8441 unto the LORD H3068 EDS thy God H430 CMP-2MS .
19 Thou shalt not H3808 NADV lend upon usury H5391 to thy brother H251 ; usury H5392 of money H3701 NMS , usury H5392 of victuals H400 NMS , usury H5392 of any H3605 NMS thing H1697 VQPMS that H834 RPRO is lent upon usury H5391 :
20 Unto a stranger H5237 thou mayest lend upon usury H5391 ; but unto thy brother H251 thou shalt not H3808 NADV lend upon usury H5391 : that H4616 L-CONJ the LORD H3068 EDS thy God H430 CMP-2MS may bless H1288 thee in all H3605 that thou settest H4916 thine hand H3027 CFS-2MS to in H5921 PREP the land H776 D-GFS whither H834 RPRO thou H859 PPRO-2MS goest H935 to possess H3423 it .
21 When H3588 CONJ thou shalt vow H5087 a vow H5088 unto the LORD H3068 L-EDS thy God H430 CMP-2MS , thou shalt not H3808 NADV slack H309 to pay H7999 it : for H3588 CONJ the LORD H3068 EDS thy God H430 CMP-2MS will surely require H1875 it of thee ; and it would be H1961 W-VQQ3MS sin H2399 in thee .
22 But if H3588 W-CONJ thou shalt forbear H2308 to vow H5087 , it shall be H1961 VQY3MS no H3808 ADV sin H2399 in thee .
23 That which is gone out H4161 NMS of thy lips H8193 thou shalt keep H8104 VQY2MS and perform H6213 ; even a freewill offering H5071 , according as H834 RPRO thou hast vowed H5087 unto the LORD H3068 L-EDS thy God H430 CMP-2MS , which H834 RPRO thou hast promised H1696 with thy mouth H6310 .
24 When H3588 CONJ thou comest H935 into thy neighbor H7453 \'s vineyard H3754 , then thou mayest eat H398 W-VQQ2MS grapes H6025 thy fill H7648 at thine own pleasure H5315 ; but thou shalt not H3808 NADV put H5414 any in H413 W-PREP thy vessel H3627 .
25 When H3588 CONJ thou comest H935 into the standing corn H7054 of thy neighbor H7453 , then thou mayest pluck H6998 the ears H4425 with thine hand H3027 B-CFS-2MS ; but thou shalt not H3808 NADV move H5130 a sickle H2770 unto H5921 PREP thy neighbor H7453 \'s standing corn H7054 .
