1 അനന്തരം ദാവീദ് യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ സകലപ്രഭുക്കന്മാരുമായ ഗോത്രപ്രഭുക്കന്മാരെയും രാജാവിന്നു ശുശ്രൂഷചെയ്ത കൂറുകളുടെ തലവന്മാരെയും സഹസ്രാധിപന്മാരെയും ശതാധിപന്മാരെയും രാജാവിന്റെയും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരുടെയും സകലവസ്തുവകകൾക്കും നാൽക്കാലികൾക്കും ഉള്ള മേൽവിചാരകന്മാരെയും ഷണ്ഡന്മാരെയും വീരന്മാരെയും സകലപരാക്രമശാലികളേയും യെരൂശലേമിൽ കൂട്ടിവരുത്തി.
2 ദാവീദ്‌രാജാവു എഴുന്നേറ്റുനിന്നു പറഞ്ഞതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: എന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരും എന്റെ ജനവുമായുള്ളോരേ, എന്റെ വാക്കു കേൾപ്പിൻ; യഹോവയുടെ നിയമപെട്ടകത്തിനും നമ്മുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പാദപീഠത്തിന്നുമായി ഒരു വിശ്രമാലയം പണിവാൻ എനിക്കു താല്പര്യം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; പണിക്കുവേണ്ടി ഞാൻ വട്ടംകൂട്ടിയിരുന്നു.
3 എന്നാൽ ദൈവം എന്നോടു: നീ എന്റെ നാമത്തിന്നു ഒരു ആലയം പണിയരുതു; നീ ഒരു യോദ്ധാവാകുന്നു; രക്തവും ചൊരിയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.
4 എങ്കിലും ഞാൻ എന്നേക്കും യിസ്രായേലിന്നു രാജാവായിരിപ്പാൻ യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ എന്റെ സർവ്വപിതൃഭവനത്തിൽനിന്നും എന്നെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു; പ്രഭുവായിരിപ്പാൻ യെഹൂദയെയും യെഹൂദാഗൃഹത്തിൽ എന്റെ പിതൃഭവനത്തെയും തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ അപ്പന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരിൽ വെച്ചു എന്നെ എല്ലായിസ്രായേലിന്നും രാജാവാക്കുവാൻ അവന്നു പ്രസാദം തോന്നി.
5 എന്റെ സകലപുത്രന്മാരിലും നിന്നു--യഹോവ എനിക്കു വളരെ പുത്രന്മാരെ തന്നിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ--അവൻ എന്റെ മകനായ ശലോമോനെ യിസ്രായേലിൽ യഹോവയുടെ രാജാസനത്തിൽ ഇരിപ്പാൻ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
6 അവൻ എന്നോടു: നിന്റെ മകനായ ശലോമോൻ എന്റെ ആലയവും എന്റെ പ്രാകാരങ്ങളും പണിയും; ഞാൻ അവനെ എനിക്കു പുത്രനായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ അവന്നു പിതാവായിരിക്കും.
7 അവൻ ഇന്നു ചെയ്യുന്നതുപോലെ എന്റെ കല്പനകളും വിധികളും ആചരിപ്പാൻ സ്ഥിരത കാണിക്കുമെങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ അവന്റെ രാജത്വം എന്നേക്കും സ്ഥിരമാക്കും എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
8 ആകയാൽ യഹോവയുടെ സഭയായ എല്ലായിസ്രായേലും കാൺകെയും നമ്മുടെ ദൈവം കേൾക്കെയും ഞാൻ പറയുന്നതു: നിങ്ങൾ ഈ നല്ലദേശം അനുഭവിക്കയും പിന്നത്തേതിൽ അതു നിങ്ങളുടെ മക്കൾക്കു ശാശ്വതാവകാശമായി വെച്ചേക്കയും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ കല്പനകളൊക്കെയും ആചരിക്കയും ഉപേക്ഷിക്കാതിരിക്കയും ചെയ്‍വിൻ.
9 നീയോ എന്റെ മകനേ, ശാലോമോനേ, നിന്റെ അപ്പന്റെ ദൈവത്തെ അറികയും അവനെ പൂർണ്ണഹൃദയത്തോടും നല്ലമനസ്സോടും കൂടെ സേവിക്കയും ചെയ്ക; യഹോവ സർവ്വഹൃദയങ്ങളെയും പരിശോധിക്കയും വിചാരങ്ങളും നിരൂപണങ്ങളും എല്ലാം ഗ്രഹിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു; നീ അവനെ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ അവനെ കണ്ടെത്തും; ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിലോ അവൻ നിന്നെ എന്നേക്കും തള്ളിക്കളയും.
10 ആകയാൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചുകൊൾക; വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരമായോരു ആലയം പണിവാൻ യഹോവ നിന്നെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; ധൈര്യപ്പെട്ടു അതു നടത്തികൊൾക.
11 പിന്നെ ദാവീദ് തന്റെ മകനായ ശലോമോന്നു ദൈവാലയത്തിന്റെ മണ്ഡപം, ഉപഗൃഹങ്ങൾ, ഭണ്ഡാരഗൃഹങ്ങൾ, മാളികമുറികൾ, അറകൾ, കൃപാസനഗൃഹം എന്നിവയുടെ മാതൃകകൊടുത്തു.
12 യഹോവയുടെ ആലയം, പ്രാകാരങ്ങൾ, ചുറ്റുമുള്ള എല്ലാ അറകൾ, ദൈവാലയത്തിന്റെ ഭണ്ഡാരഗൃഹങ്ങൾ, നിവേദിത വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ഭണ്ഡാരം,
13 പുരോഹിതന്മാരുടെയും ലേവ്യരുടെയും കൂറുകൾ, യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിലെ സകലശുശ്രൂഷയുടെയും വേല, യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിലെ ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കുള്ള സകലപാത്രങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയെല്ലാറ്റെയും കുറിച്ചു തന്റെ മനസ്സിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന മാതൃകാവിവരവും അവന്നു കൊടുത്തു.
14 അതതു ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കുള്ള ഉപകരണങ്ങൾക്കു ഒക്കെയും പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടുള്ള ഉപകരണങ്ങൾക്കു തൂക്കപ്രകാരം പൊന്നും അതതു ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കുള്ള ഉപകരണങ്ങൾക്കു ഒക്കെയും വെള്ളികൊണ്ടുള്ള ഉപകരണങ്ങൾക്കു ഒക്കെയും തൂക്കപ്രകാരം
15 വെള്ളിയും പൊൻവിളക്കുതണ്ടുകൾക്കും അവയുടെ സ്വർണ്ണദീപങ്ങൾക്കും വേണ്ടുന്ന തൂക്കമായി ഓരോവിളക്കുതണ്ടിന്നും അതിന്റെ ദീപങ്ങൾക്കും തൂക്കപ്രകാരം പൊന്നും വെള്ളികൊണ്ടുള്ള വിളക്കുതണ്ടുകൾക്കു ഓരോ തണ്ടിന്റെയും ഉപയോഗത്തിന്നു തക്കവണ്ണം അതതു തണ്ടിന്നും അതതിന്റെ ദീപങ്ങൾക്കും തൂക്കപ്രകാരം വെള്ളിയും കൊടുത്തു.
16 കാഴ്ചയപ്പത്തിന്റെ മേശകൾക്കു ഓരോ മേശെക്കു വേണ്ടുന്ന പൊന്നും വെള്ളികൊണ്ടുള്ള മേശകൾക്കു വേണ്ടുന്ന വെള്ളിയും തൂക്കപ്രകാരം കൊടുത്തു.
17 മുൾകൊളുത്തുകൾക്കും കലശങ്ങൾക്കും കുടങ്ങൾക്കും വേണ്ടുന്ന തങ്കവും പൊൻകിണ്ടികൾക്കു ഓരോ കിണ്ടിക്കു തൂക്കപ്രകാരം വേണ്ടുന്ന പൊന്നും ഓരോ വെള്ളിക്കിണ്ടിക്കു തൂക്കപ്രകാരം വേണ്ടുന്ന വെള്ളിയും കൊടുത്തു.
18 ധൂപപീഠത്തിന്നു തൂക്കപ്രകാരം വേണ്ടുന്ന ഊതിക്കഴിച്ച പൊന്നും ചിറകു വിരിച്ചു യഹോവയുടെ നിയമപെട്ടകം മൂടുന്ന കെരൂബുകളായ രഥമാതൃകെക്കു വേണ്ടുന്ന പൊന്നും കൊടുത്തു.
19 ഇവയെല്ലാം ഈ മാതൃകയുടെ എല്ലാപണികളും യഹോവ എനിക്കു വേണ്ടി തന്റെ കൈകൊണ്ടു എഴുതിയ രേഖാമൂലം എന്നെ ഗ്രഹിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു ദാവീദ് പറഞ്ഞു.
20 പിന്നെയും ദാവീദ് തന്റെ മകനായ ശലോമോനോടു പറഞ്ഞതു: ബലപ്പെട്ടു ധൈര്യം പൂണ്ടു പ്രവർത്തിച്ചുകൊൾക; ഭയപ്പെടരുതു, ഭ്രമിക്കയും അരുതു; യഹോവയായ ദൈവം എന്റെ ദൈവം തന്നേ, നിന്നോടുകൂടെ ഉണ്ടു. യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിലെ ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കുള്ള എല്ലാവേലയും നീ നിവർത്തിക്കുംവരെ അവൻ നിന്നെ കൈവിടുകയില്ല, ഉപേക്ഷിക്കയും ഇല്ല.
21 ഇതാ, ദൈവാലയത്തിലെ സകലശുശ്രൂഷെക്കും വേണ്ടി പുരോഹിതന്മാരുടെയും ലേവ്യരുടെയും കൂറുകൾ ഉണ്ടല്ലോ; ഓരോവിധ ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കും മനസ്സും സമാർത്ഥ്യവും ഉള്ള ഏവരും എല്ലാവേലെക്കായിട്ടും നിന്നോടു കൂടെ ഉണ്ടു; പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരും സർവ്വജനവും നിന്റെ കല്പനക്കൊക്കെയും വിധേയരായിരിക്കും.

6 And he said H559 W-VQY3MS unto me , Solomon H8010 MMS thy son H1121 , he H1931 PPRO-3MS shall build H1129 my house H1004 CMS-1MS and my courts H2691 : for H3588 CONJ I have chosen H977 him to be my son H1121 , and I H589 W-PPRO-1MS will be H1961 VQY1MS his father H1 .

11 Then David H1732 gave H5414 W-VQQ3MS to Solomon H8010 his son H1121 the pattern H8403 of the porch H197 , and of the houses H1004 W-NMS thereof , and of the treasuries H1597 thereof , and of the upper chambers H5944 thereof , and of the inner H6442 parlors H2315 thereof , and of the place H1004 W-NMS of the mercy seat H3727 ,
12 And the pattern H8403 of all H3605 NMS that H834 RPRO he had H1961 VQQ3MS by the spirit H7307 , of H5973 PREP-3MS the courts H2691 of the house H1004 CMS of the LORD H3068 EDS , and of all H3605 NMS the chambers H3957 round about H5439 ADV , of the treasuries H214 of the house H1004 CMS of God H430 D-EDP , and of the treasuries H214 of the dedicated things H6944 :

14 He gave of gold H2091 LD-NMS by weight H4948 for things of gold H2091 LD-NMS , for all H3605 L-CMS instruments H3627 of all manner of service H5656 ; silver also for all H3605 instruments H3627 of silver H3701 by weight H4948 , for all H3605 L-CMS instruments H3627 of every kind of service H5656 :
15 Even the weight H4948 for the candlesticks H4501 of gold H2091 , and for their lamps H5216 of gold H2091 NMS , by weight H4948 for every candlestick H4501 , and for the lamps H5216 thereof : and for the candlesticks H4501 of silver H3701 by weight H4948 , both for the candlestick H4501 , and also for the lamps H5216 thereof , according to the use H5656 of every candlestick H4501 .
16 And by weight H4948 NMS he gave gold H2091 for the tables H7979 of shewbread H4635 , for every table H7979 ; and likewise silver H3701 W-CMS for the tables H7979 of silver H3701 :
17 Also pure H2889 AMS gold H2091 NMS for the fleshhooks H4207 , and the bowls H4219 , and the cups H7184 : and for the golden H2091 basins H3713 he gave gold by weight H4948 for every basin H3713 ; and likewise silver by weight H4948 for every basin H3713 of silver H3701 :
18 And for the altar H4196 of incense H7004 refined H2212 gold H2091 NMS by weight H4948 ; and gold H2091 NMS for the pattern H8403 of the chariot H4818 of the cherubims H3742 D-NMP , that spread out H6566 their wings , and covered H5526 the ark H727 of the covenant H1285 NFS of the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
