7. ఇది మొదలుకొని మితిలేకుండ దానికి వృద్ధియు క్షేమ మును కలుగునట్లు సర్వకాలము దావీదు సింహాసనమును రాజ్యమును నియమించును న్యాయమువలనను నీతివలనను రాజ్యమును స్థిరపరచు టకు అతడు సింహాసనాసీనుడై రాజ్యపరిపాలన చేయును. సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవా ఆసక్తికలిగి దీనిని నెరవేర్చును.

17. వారందరును భక్తిహీనులును దుర్మార్గులునై యున్నారు ప్రతి నోరు దుర్భాషలాడును కాబట్టి ప్రభువు వారి ¸°వనస్థులను చూచి సంతో షింపడు వారిలో తలిదండ్రులు లేనివారియందైనను వారి విధవరాండ్రయందైనను జాలిపడడు. ఈలాగు జరిగినను ఆయన కోపము చల్లారలేదు ఆయన బాహువు ఇంకను చాపబడియున్నది.

18. భక్తిహీనత అగ్నివలె మండుచున్నది అది గచ్చపొదలను బలురక్కసి చెట్లను కాల్చి అడవి పొదలలో రాజును అవి దట్టమైన పొగవలె చుట్టుకొనుచు పైకి ఎగయును.

19. సైన్యముల కధిపతియగు యెహోవా ఉగ్రతవలన దేశము కాలిపోయెను. జనులును అగ్నికి కట్టెలవలె నున్నారు వారిలో ఒకనినొకడు కరుణింపడు.

20. కుడిప్రక్కన ఉన్నదాని పట్టుకొందురు గాని ఇంకను ఆకలిగొని యుందురు; ఎడమప్రక్కన ఉన్నదాని భక్షించుదురు గాని ఇంకను తృప్తిపొందక యుందురు వారిలో ప్రతివాడు తన బాహువును భక్షించును
