Jeremiah 19 (BNV) Bengali Old BSI Version

1 প্রভু আমাকে বলেছিলেন, “যিরমিয়, যাও কুমোরের কাছ থেকে এংটা মাটির পাত্র কিনে আনো|
2 খর্ত্রর ফষ্টকের কাছে বেন-হিন্নোম উপত্যকায় যাও| সঙ্গে কিছু নেতা ও যাজককে নাও| সেখানে তাদের আমি যা বলেছি তা বলো|
3 তাদের বলো, ‘যিহূদার রাজা এবং জেরুশালেমের মানুষ, প্রভুর বার্তা শোন! প্রভু সর্বশক্তিমান, ইস্রায়েলের ঈশ্বর যা বলেছেন তা হল এই: আমি খুব শীঘ্রই এই স্থানে ভয়ঙ্কর কিছু ঘষ্টাবো| প্রত্যেকে এই ঘষ্টনার কথা শুনে হতবাক হয়ে যাবে, ভয় পাবে|
4 যিহূদার লোকরা আমাকে পরিত্যাগ করেছে বলে আমি এগুলো ঘষ্টাবো| তারা এই দেশটাকে বিদেশী দেবতাদের জায়গা বানিয়ে তুলেছে| যিহূদার লোকরা অন্য দেবতাদের জন্য এই জায়গায় হোমবলি দিয়েছে| তারা অনেক আগে ঐ মূর্ত্তির পূজা করত না| তাদের পূর্বপুরুষরাও ঐ নতুন মূর্ত্তির পূজা করত না| এগুলি সব অন্যান্য দেশের নতুন দেবতা| যিহূদার রাজা এই দেশের মাটি নিরীহ শিশুদের রক্তে ভিজিযেছে|
5 যিহূদার রাজারা এই উচ্চ স্থানগুলি বাল মূর্ত্তির জন্য তৈরী করেছে| সেই স্থানকে তারা নিজেদের সন্তানদের বাল মূর্ত্তিকে হোমবলি উত্সর্গ হিসেবে ব্যবহার করত| বালের মূর্ত্তিকে হোমবলি দেওয়ার জন্য তারা নিজের সন্তানদের পুড়িয়ে মেরেছে| আমি তাদের এই সব করতে বলিনি| আমি বলিনি তাদের সন্তানকে এভাবে নৈবেদ্য হিসেবে বলি দিতে| আমি কখনো এংথা ভাবতেও পারি না|
6 এখন মানুষ এই জায়গাকে তোফত ও হিন্নোম উপত্যকা বলে ডাকে| কিন্তু আমি তোমাদের সাবধান করে দিচ্ছি| এই বার্তাটি হল প্রভুর কাছ থেকে: “দিন আসছে, যখন মানুষ এই জায়গাকে নিধন উপত্যকা বলে সম্বোধন করবে|
7 এই জায়গাতেই আমি যিহূদা এবং জেরুশালেমের লোকদের পরিকল্পনাগুলি ধ্বংস করব| শএু এই লোকদের তাড়া করবে এবং আমি তরবারির আঘাতে তাদের মৃত্যু দেখব| তাদের মৃতদেহ শকুন এবং বন্য জন্তুরা ছিঁড়ে খাবে|
8 আমি এই শহর পারোপুরি ধ্বংস করে দেব| জেরুশালেমের পাশ দিয়ে যাবার সময় লোকরা শিস্ দিতে দিতে মাথা নাড়বে| যখন তারা দেখবে এই শহর কি করে ধ্বংস হয়েছিল তখন তারা আশ্চর্য়্য় হয়ে যাবে|
9 শএু তার সৈন্যবাহিনী নিয়ে এ শহর ঘিরে ফেলবে| সৈন্যরা লোকদের খাদ্যের সন্ধানে শহরের বাইরে য়েতে দেবে না| ফলে তারা অনাহারে কষ্ট পাবে| অনাহারে যন্ত্রণায় তারা তাদের নিজের সন্তানদের শরীর ছিঁড়ে খাবে| এবং তারপর তারা নিজেরাই একে অন্যের মাংস ছিঁড়ে খাবে|’
10 যিরমিয়, লোকদের এই কথাগুলি বলো| এবং যখন তারা তোমাকে লক্ষ্য করবে তখন তুমি পাত্রটিকে ভেঙ্গে ফেলবে|
11 সেই সময় এই কথাগুলি বলো: ‘প্রভু সর্বশক্তিমান বললেন, এই মাটির পাত্রের মতোই আমি যিহূদা এবং জেরুশালেমকে ভেঙ্গে গুঁড়িযে দেব| য়েমন ঐ মাটির পাত্রটিকে আবার আগের অবস্থায় ফিরিয়ে আনা যাবে না| যিহূদার সম্বন্ধেও সেই এংই ব্যাপার হবে| যিহূদার সমস্ত মৃত লোকদের তোফতে কবর দেওয়া হবে যতক্ষণ সেখানে কবর দেওয়ার মতো জায়গা অবশিষ্ট থাকবে|
12 আমি যিহূদার মানুষদের অবস্থাও তোফতের মতো করব|’ এই হল প্রভুর বার্তা|
13 ‘জেরুশালেমের প্রত্যেকটি বাড়ি তোফতের মতোই অপবিত্র হয়ে গিয়েছে| এমন কি রাজাদের প্লাসাদগুলিও তোফতের মতো ধ্বংস হয়ে যাবে| কেননা, ঐ সব বাড়ির ছাদে বসে মানুষ মূর্ত্তিসমূহের পূজা করেছে| তারা নক্ষত্রদেরও পূজা করেছে এবং তাদের সম্মান জানাতে তাদের উদ্দেশ্যে হোমবলি দিয়েছে| তারা মূর্ত্তিসমূহের পেয নৈবেদ্য উত্সর্গ করেছে|”‘
14 এরপর যিরমিয় তোফত ছেড়ে চলে গেল, সেই জায়গা যেখানে প্রভু তাকে ভাব্বাণী করতে পাঠিয়েছিলেন| যিরমিয় প্রভুর উপাসনাগৃহে গেল এবং উপাসনাগৃহের চত্বরে উন্মুক্ত জমিতে গিয়ে দাঁড়াল| যিরমিয় সমস্ত মানুষকে বলল:
15 “প্রভু সর্বশক্তিমান, ইস্রায়েলের ঈশ্বর এই কথা বললেন: ‘আমি বলেছিলাম, আমি জেরুশালেম এবং তার চারপাশের গ্রামগুলিতে অনেক দুর্বিপাক আনব| খুব শীঘ্রই ঐ ঘষ্টনা ঘষ্টাবো| কারণ ঐ লোকরা ভীষণ জেদী| ওরা আমার কথা শুনতে অস্বীকার করেছে এবং আমাকে অমান্য করেছে|”‘

2 And go forth H3318 unto H413 PREP the valley H1516 of the son H1121 CMS of Hinnom H2011 , which H834 RPRO is by the entry H6607 CMS of the east H2777 gate H8179 NMS , and proclaim H7121 there H8033 the words H1697 AMP that H834 RPRO I shall tell H1696 VPY1MS thee ,
3 And say H559 , Hear H8085 VQI2MP ye the word H1697 NMS of the LORD H3068 EDS , O kings H4428 CMP of Judah H3063 , and inhabitants H3427 of Jerusalem H3389 ; Thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the LORD H3068 EDS of hosts H6635 , the God H430 CDP of Israel H3478 ; Behold H2009 , I will bring H935 VHPMS evil H7451 AFS upon H5921 PREP this H2088 D-PMS place H4725 D-NMS , the which H834 RPRO whosoever H3605 NMS heareth H8085 VQI2MP , his ears H241 shall tingle H6750 .
4 Because H3282 ADV they have forsaken H5800 me , and have estranged H5234 this H2088 D-PMS place H4725 D-NMS , and have burned incense H6999 in it unto other H312 AMP gods H430 , whom H834 RPRO neither H3808 ADV they H1992 PPRO-3MP nor their fathers H1 have known H3045 , nor the kings H4428 of Judah H3063 , and have filled H4390 this H2088 D-PMS place H4725 D-NMS with the blood H1818 CMS of innocents H5355 ;
5 They have built H1129 also the high places H1116 of Baal H1168 , to burn H8313 their sons H1121 with fire H784 for burnt offerings H5930 CFP unto Baal H1168 , which H834 RPRO I commanded H6680 not H3808 ADV , nor H3808 W-NADV spoke H1696 it , neither H3808 W-NADV came H5927 VQQ3FS it into H5921 PREP my mind H3820 :
6 Therefore H3651 L-ADV , behold H2009 IJEC , the days H3117 NMP come H935 , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 EDS , that this H2088 D-PMS place H4725 shall no H3808 W-NPAR more H5750 ADV be called H7121 VNY3MS Tophet H8612 , nor The valley H1516 of the son H1121 CMS of Hinnom H2011 , but H518 PART The valley H1516 of slaughter H2028 .
7 And I will make void H1238 the counsel H6098 CFS of Judah H3063 and Jerusalem H3389 in this H2088 D-PMS place H4725 ; and I will cause them to fall H5307 by the sword H2719 before H6440 L-CMP their enemies H341 , and by the hands H3027 of them that seek H1245 their lives H5315 CFS-3MP : and their carcasses H5038 will I give H5414 to be meat H3978 for the fowls H5775 of the heaven H8064 D-NMD , and for the beasts H929 of the earth H776 D-GFS .
8 And I will make H7760 W-VQQ1MS this H2063 D-DFS city H5892 D-GFS desolate H8047 , and a hissing H8322 ; every one H3605 NMS that passeth H5674 thereby H5921 PREP shall be astonished H8074 and hiss H8319 W-VQY3MS because H5921 PREP of all H3605 NMS the plagues H4347 thereof .
9 And I will cause them to eat H398 the flesh H1320 CMS of their sons H1121 and the flesh H1320 CMS of their daughters H1323 , and they shall eat H398 every one H376 W-NMS the flesh H1320 CMS of his friend H7453 NMS-3MS in the siege H4692 and straitness H4689 , wherewith H834 RPRO their enemies H341 , and they that seek H1245 their lives H5315 , shall straiten H6693 them .
10 Then shalt thou break H7665 the bottle H1228 in the sight H5869 of the men H376 that go H1980 with H854 thee ,
11 And shalt say H559 unto H413 PREP-3MP them , Thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the LORD H3068 EDS of hosts H6635 ; Even so H3602 ADV will I break H7665 this H2088 D-PMS people H5971 and this H2063 D-DFS city H5892 D-GFS , as H834 RPRO one breaketh H7665 a potter H3335 \'s vessel H3627 CMS , that H834 RPRO cannot H3201 VQY3MS be made whole H7495 again H5750 ADV : and they shall bury H6912 them in Tophet H8612 , till there be no H369 place H4725 NUM-MS to bury H6912 .
12 Thus H3651 ADV will I do H6213 unto this H2088 D-PMS place H4725 , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 EDS , and to the inhabitants H3427 thereof , and even make H5414 this H2063 D-DFS city H5892 D-GFS as Tophet H8612 :
13 And the houses H1004 of Jerusalem H3389 , and the houses H1004 of the kings H4428 CMP of Judah H3063 , shall be H1961 W-VQQ3MS defiled H2931 as the place H4725 of Tophet H8612 , because of all H3605 the houses H1004 upon H5921 PREP whose H834 RPRO roofs H1406 they have burned incense H6999 unto all H3605 the host H6635 of heaven H8064 D-NMD , and have poured out H5258 drink offerings H5262 unto other H312 gods H430 .
14 Then came H935 W-VQY3MS Jeremiah H3414 from Tophet H8612 , whither H834 RPRO the LORD H3068 EDS had sent H7971 him to prophesy H5012 ; and he stood H5975 in the court H2691 of the LORD H3068 EDS \'s house H1004 CMS ; and said H559 W-VQY3MS to H413 PREP all H3605 NMS the people H5971 D-NMS ,
15 Thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the LORD H3068 EDS of hosts H6635 , the God H430 CDP of Israel H3478 ; Behold H2009 , I will bring H935 upon H413 PREP this H2063 D-DFS city H5892 D-GFS and upon H5921 W-PREP all H3605 NMS her towns H5892 all H3605 NMS the evil H7451 D-AFS that H834 RPRO I have pronounced H1696 VPQ1MS against H5921 PREP-3FS it , because H3588 CONJ they have hardened H7185 their necks H6203 , that they might not H1115 L-NPAR hear H8085 my words H1697 .
