1 আমি যাকোব, প্রভু, তোমার সৃষ্টিকর্তা! ইস্রায়েল, প্রভুই তোমার সৃষ্টিকর্তা| এখন প্রভু বলেন, “ভীত হযো না| আমি তোমাকে রক্ষা করেছি| আমি তোমার নাম ধরে ডেকেছি| তুমি আমারই|
2 তুমি যখনই সমস্যায় পড়বে আমি তোমার পাশে থাকব| নদী পার হতেও তোমার কষ্ট হবে না| আগুনের মধ্যে দিয়ে হাঁটার সময়ও তুমি দ3 হবে না; অগ্নিশিখা তোমাকে আঘাত করবে না|
3 কারণ আমি, প্রভু তোমার ঈশ্বর| আমি ইস্রায়েলের পবিত্রতম তোমার রক্ষাকর্তা| আমি তোমার জন্য মূল্য দিতে মিশরকে দিয়েছিলাম| আমি তোমাকে আমার করতে কূশ ও সবা দিয়েছিলাম|
4 তুমি আমার কাছে খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তাই আমি তোমাকে সম্মান করি| আমি তোমাকে ভালবাসি এবং আমি সব দেশসমূহ এবং জাতিগুলি তোমাকে দেব যাতে তুমি বাঁচতে পার|”
5 “সুতরাং ভীত হবে না! আমি তোমার সঙ্গে আছি| আমি একত্রিত করব তোমাদের শিশুদের এবং ফিরিয়েও দেব| আমি তাদের প্রাচ্য় ও পাশ্চাত্য থেকে এনে দেব|
6 উত্তরকে আমি বলব: আমার লোকদের আমাকে দিয়ে দাও| দক্ষিণকে বলব: আমার লোকদের বন্দী করে রেখো না| দূরবর্তী স্থান থেকে আমার পুত্রকন্যাদের আমার কাছে ফেরত্‌ দিয়ে দাও|
7 আমার সব লোকদের যাদের কাছে আমার নাম আছে, আমার কাছে ফিরিয়ে দাও| আমি ঐসব লোকদের নিজের জন্যই সৃষ্টি করেছিলাম| আমি তাদের সৃষ্টিকর্তা, তারা আমারই|”
8 ঈশ্বর বলেন, “চোখ থাকা সত্ত্বেও যারা অন্ধ তাদের বাইরে বের কর| কান থাকা সত্ত্বেও যারা বধির তাদের বাইরে বের কর|
9 প্রত্যেক মানুষের ও প্রত্যেক দেশের একত্রিত হওয়া উচিত্‌| হতে পারে, তাদের কারো মূর্ত্তি বলতে চেয়েছিল প্রথমে কি ঘটেছিল| তাদের উচিত্‌ তাদের সাক্ষীদের নিয়ে আসা| সাক্ষীদের উচিত্‌ সত্য কথা বলা| এটা দেখাবে যে তারা সঠিক|”
10 প্রভু বলেন, “তোমরা লোকরা আমার সাক্ষী| তোমরা হচ্ছো সেই দাস, যাদের আমি বেছে নিয়েছিলাম| আমি তোমাদের বেছে নিয়েছিলাম যাতে তোমরা আমাকে জানতে পার এবং আমাকে বিশ্বাস করতে পার| আমি তোমাদের বেছে ছিলাম যাতে তোমরা উপলদ্ধি করতে পার যে ‘আমি হলাম ঈশ্বর|’ আমি সত্যিকারের ঈশ্বর| আমার আগে কোন দেবতা ছিল না এবং আমার পরে কোন দেবতা থাকবে না|”
11 আমি নিজেই হলাম প্রভু| অন্য কোন পরিত্রাতা নেই, আমিই একমাত্র পরিত্রাতা|
12 আমিই একমাত্র ঈশ্বর যে তোমাদের সঙ্গে কথা বলেছিলাম| আমি তোমাদের রক্ষা করেছিলাম| এসব কথা আমি তোমাদের বলেছি| এমন নয় যে তোমাদের সঙ্গে কেউ ছিল যে এক জন অপরিচিত লোক| তোমরা আমার সাক্ষী এবং আমি ঈশ্বর|” প্রভু নিজেই এই সব কথা বলেছেন|
13 “আমি সব সময়ই ঈশ্বর| যখন আমি কিছু করি তখন আমার কাজের কেউই পরিবর্তন ঘটাতে পারবে না| এমন কি আমার ক্ষমতা থেকে কেউ কোন লোককে রক্ষা করতে পারবে না|”
14 প্রভু, ইস্রায়েলের পবিত্রতম, তোমাদের ত্রাণকর্ত্তা বলেন, “আমি বাবিলে তোমাদের জন্য সেনা পাঠাব| সমস্ত তালাবন্ধ ফটক আমি ভেঙ্গে ফেলব এবং কল্দীযদের গানগুলি বিলাপে পর্য়বসিত হবে|
15 আমিই তোমাদের প্রভু, তোমাদের ঈশ্বর| আমি ইস্রায়েলের সৃষ্টিকর্তা| আমি তোমাদের রাজা|”
16 প্রভু সমুদ্রের মধ্যে দিয়ে সড়ক বানাবেন| নিজের লোকদের জন্য এমনকি জলের মধ্যে দিয়ে তিনি রাস্তা গড়ে দেবেন| এবং প্রভু বলেন,
17 “যারা যুদ্ধযান, ঘোড়সওযার ও সেনাবলে বলীযান হয়ে আমার বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ করবে তারা পরাজিত হবে| তারা আর কখনও উঠতে পারবে না| তাদের বিনাশ ঘটবে| মোমবাতির শিখা যেমন করে নিভিযে দেওয়া হয় সেই ভাবে তাদের থামানো হবে|
18 তাই শুরুতে যেসব ঘটনা ঘটেছিল তা আর মনে কোরো না| যা বহুকাল আগে ঘটে গেছে তা আর স্মরণ কোরো না|
19 কেন না এখন আমি নতুন কিছু করব| এখন তোমরা নতুন গাছের মতো বেড়ে উঠবে| তোমরা নিশ্চিত ভাবেই জান এটা সত্য| সত্যিই আমি মরুভূমিতে রাস্তা বানাব| শুষ্ক জমিতে সত্যিই আমি নদী তৈরী করব|
20 মরুভূমিতে জল জোগানোর পর বন্য জন্তুরা, যেমন শিয়াল এবং উটপাখী আমাকে সম্মান জানাবে| আমার বেছে নেওয়া লোকেদের জন্য, আমার নিজের লোকদের জন্য আমি জলের ব্যবস্থা করব|
21 এই লোকদের তো আমিই সৃষ্টিকর্তা এবং এরা আমার প্রশংসা করে গান গাইবে|
22 “যাকোব, তুমি আমার কাছে প্রার্থনা করনি| কেন? কারণ তোমরা ইস্রায়েলের লোকরা আমার বিষয়ে ক্লান্ত হয়ে পড়েছ|
23 তোমরা তোমাদের মেষকে আমার জন্য উত্সর্গ করতে আন নি| তোমরা আমাকে সম্মান জানাও নি| তোমরা আমার জন্য বলি দাও নি| আমার উদ্দেশ্যে বলি দেবার জন্য আমি তোমাদের বাধ্য করিনি| আমি তোমাদের ধূপ জ্বালাতে বাধ্য করিনি|
24 তাই তোমরা আমাকে সম্মান জানাবার জন্য সামগ্রী এয করতে অর্থ ব্যয করনি| হোমবলির চর্বি দিয়ে তোমরা আমাকে সন্তুষ্ট করনি| কিন্তু তোমরা তোমাদের পাপসমূহ দিয়ে আমাকে ভারাএান্ত করেছিলে| তোমাদের কুকর্মসমূহ আমাকে খুব পরিশ্রান্ত করে তুলেছে|
25 “আমি, আমিই এক মাত্র যে তোমাদের সব পাপ ধুয়ে মুছে পরিষ্কার করে দিই| নিজেকে খুশি করতে এইসব আমি করি! তোমাদের পাপের কথা আমি মনে রাখব না|
26 আমাকে মনে করিযে দিও (তোমাদের প্রশংসনীয গুনের কথা)| আমাদের এক সঙ্গে বসে সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া উচিত্‌ কোনটা ঠিক| তোমাদের কৃতকর্মের কথা আমাকে বলা উচিত্‌ এবং প্রমাণ কর যে তোমরা ঠিক|
27 তোমাদের প্রথম পিতা পাপী| তোমাদের আইনজীবিরা আমার বিরুদ্ধাচরণ করেছে|
28 আমি তোমাদের পবিত্র শাসকদের অপবিত্র করেছি| আমি যাকোবকে ধ্বংসের এবং ইস্রায়েলকে অভিশাপের শাস্তি দিয়েছি|”
1 But now H6258 W-ADV thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the LORD H3068 EDS that created H1254 thee , O Jacob H3290 , and he that formed H3335 thee , O Israel H3478 , Fear H3372 not H408 NPAR : for H3588 CONJ I have redeemed H1350 thee , I have called H7121 VQQ1CS thee by thy name H8034 ; thou H859 PPRO-2MS art mine .
2 When H3588 CONJ thou passest through H5674 the waters H4325 BD-NMP , I H589 PPRO-1MS will be with H854 PART-2MS thee ; and through the rivers H5104 , they shall not H3808 NADV overflow H7857 thee : when H3588 CONJ thou walkest H1980 VQY2MS through H1119 PREP the fire H784 CMS , thou shalt not H3808 NADV be burned H3554 ; neither H3808 NADV shall the flame H3852 kindle H1197 upon thee .
3 For H3588 CONJ I H589 PPRO-1MS am the LORD H3068 EDS thy God H430 CMP-2MS , the Holy One H6918 of Israel H3478 , thy Savior H3467 : I gave H5414 VQQ1MS Egypt H4714 EFS for thy ransom H3724 , Ethiopia H3568 EMS and Seba H5434 for H8478 thee .
4 Since H834 thou wast precious H3365 in my sight H5869 , thou hast been honorable H3513 , and I H589 W-PPRO-1MS have loved H157 thee : therefore will I give H5414 men H120 NMS for H8478 NMS thee , and people H3816 W-NMP for H8478 NMS thy life H5315 .
5 Fear H3372 not H408 NPAR : for H3588 CONJ I H589 PPRO-1MS am with H854 PART-2MS thee : I will bring H935 thy seed H2233 CMS-2MS from the east H4217 , and gather H6908 thee from the west H4628 ;
6 I will say H559 VQY1MS to the north H6828 , Give up H5414 ; and to the south H8486 , Keep not back H3607 : bring H935 my sons H1121 CMP-2MS from far H7350 M-AMS , and my daughters H1323 from the ends H7097 M-CMS of the earth H776 D-GFS ;
7 Even every one H3605 NMS that is called H7121 by my name H8034 : for I have created H1254 him for my glory H3519 , I have formed H3335 him ; yea H637 CONJ , I have made H6213 him .
8 Bring forth H3318 VHQ3MS the blind H5787 people H5971 NMS that have H3426 PART eyes H5869 , and the deaf H2795 that have ears H241 .
9 Let all H3605 CMS the nations H1471 D-NMP be gathered H6908 together H3162 ADV-3MS , and let the people H3816 be assembled H622 : who H4310 IPRO among them can declare H5046 VHY3MS this H2063 DPRO , and show H8085 us former things H7223 ? let them bring forth H5414 their witnesses H5707 , that they may be justified H6663 : or let them hear H8085 , and say H559 W-VQY3MP , It is truth H571 .
10 Ye H859 PPRO-2MS are my witnesses H5707 , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 EDS , and my servant H5650 whom H834 RPRO I have chosen H977 : that H4616 L-CONJ ye may know H3045 and believe H539 me , and understand H995 that H3588 CONJ I H589 PPRO-1MS am he H1931 PPRO-3MS : before H6440 L-CMP me there was no H3808 NADV God H410 EDS formed H3335 , neither H3808 NADV shall there be H1961 after H310 me .
11 I H595 PPRO-1MS , even I H595 PPRO-1MS , am the LORD H3068 EDS ; and beside H1107 me there is no H369 W-NPAR savior H3467 .
12 I H595 PPRO-1MS have declared H5046 VHQ1MS , and have saved H3467 , and I have showed H8085 , when there was no H369 W-NPAR strange H2114 VQPMS god among you : therefore ye H859 W-PPRO-2MP are my witnesses H5707 , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 EDS , that I H589 W-PPRO-1MS am God H410 NMS .
13 Yea H1571 CONJ , before the day H3117 M-NMS was I H589 PPRO-1MS am he H1931 PPRO-3MS ; and there is none H369 W-NPAR that can deliver H5337 out of my hand H3027 : I will work H6466 VQY1MS , and who H4310 W-IPRO shall let H7725 it ?
14 Thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the LORD H3068 EDS , your redeemer H1350 , the Holy One H6918 of Israel H3478 ; For your sake H4616 I have sent H7971 to Babylon H894 , and have brought down H3381 all H3605 CMS-3MP their nobles H1281 , and the Chaldeans H3778 , whose cry H7440 is in the ships H591 .
15 I H589 PPRO-1MS am the LORD H3068 EDS , your Holy One H6918 , the creator H1254 of Israel H3478 , your King H4428 .
16 Thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the LORD H3068 EDS , which maketh H5414 a way H1870 in the sea H3220 BD-NMS , and a path H5410 in the mighty H5794 waters H4325 ;
17 Which bringeth forth H3318 the chariot H7393 and horse H5483 , the army H2428 NMS and the power H5808 ; they shall lie down H7901 together H3162 ADV-3MS , they shall not H1077 ADV rise H6965 VQY3MP : they are extinct H1846 , they are quenched H3518 as tow H6594 .
18 Remember H2142 ye not H408 ADV the former things H7223 , neither H408 NPAR consider H995 the things of old H6931 .
19 Behold H2009 , I will do H6213 VQPMS a new thing H2319 ; now H6258 ADV it shall spring forth H6779 ; shall ye not H3808 D-NPAR know H3045 it ? I will even H637 CONJ make H7760 VQY1MS a way H1870 NMS in the wilderness H4057 , and rivers H5104 in the desert H3452 .
20 The beast H2416 CFS of the field H7704 D-NMS shall honor H3513 me , the dragons H8565 and the owls H1323 : because H3588 CONJ I give H5414 VQQ1MS waters H4325 OMD in the wilderness H4057 , and rivers H5104 NMP in the desert H3452 , to give drink H8248 L-VHFC to my people H5971 , my chosen H972 .
21 This H2098 people H5971 NMS have I formed H3335 for myself ; they shall show forth H5608 my praise H8416 .
22 But thou hast not H3808 W-NPAR called upon H7121 me , O Jacob H3290 ; but H3588 CONJ thou hast been weary H3021 of me , O Israel H3478 LMS .
23 Thou hast not H3808 ADV brought H935 me the small cattle H7716 of thy burnt offerings H5930 ; neither H3808 NADV hast thou honored H3513 me with thy sacrifices H2077 . I have not H3808 NADV caused thee to serve H5647 with an offering H4503 , nor H3808 W-NADV wearied H3021 thee with incense H3828 .
24 Thou hast bought H7069 me no H3808 NADV sweet cane H7070 NMS with money H3701 , neither H3808 NADV hast thou filled H7301 me with the fat H2459 of thy sacrifices H2077 : but H389 ADV thou hast made me to serve H5647 with thy sins H2403 , thou hast wearied H3021 me with thine iniquities H5771 .
25 I H595 PPRO-1MS , even I H595 PPRO-1MS , am he H1931 PPRO-3MS that blotteth out H4229 thy transgressions H6588 CMP-2MS for mine own sake H4616 , and will not H3808 NADV remember H2142 thy sins H2403 .
26 Put me in remembrance H2142 : let us plead H8199 together H3162 ADV : declare H5608 thou H859 PPRO-2MS , that H4616 L-CONJ thou mayest be justified H6663 VQY2MS .
27 Thy first H7223 father H1 NMS hath sinned H2398 VQQ3MS , and thy teachers H3887 have transgressed H6586 against me .
28 Therefore I have profaned H2490 the princes H8269 CMP of the sanctuary H6944 , and have given H5414 Jacob H3290 to the curse H2764 , and Israel H3478 to reproaches H1421 .
