Ezekiel 7:27 (KJV) King James Version

1 Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2 Also, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD unto the land of Israel; An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land.
3 Now is the end come upon thee, and I will send mine anger upon thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense upon thee all thine abominations.
4 And mine eye shall not spare thee, neither will I have pity: but I will recompense thy ways upon thee, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
5 Thus saith the Lord GOD; An evil, an only evil, behold, is come.
6 An end is come, the end is come: it watcheth for thee; behold, it is come.
7 The morning is come unto thee, O thou that dwellest in the land: the time is come, the day of trouble is near, and not the sounding again of the mountains.
8 Now will I shortly pour out my fury upon thee, and accomplish mine anger upon thee: and I will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense thee for all thine abominations.
9 And mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will recompense thee according to thy ways and thine abominations that are in the midst of thee; and ye shall know that I am the LORD that smiteth.
10 Behold the day, behold, it is come: the morning is gone forth; the rod hath blossomed, pride hath budded.
11 Violence is risen up into a rod of wickedness: none of them shall remain, nor of their multitude, nor of any of theirs: neither shall there be wailing for them.
12 The time is come, the day draweth near: let not the buyer rejoice, nor the seller mourn: for wrath is upon all the multitude thereof.
13 For the seller shall not return to that which is sold, although they were yet alive: for the vision is touching the whole multitude thereof, which shall not return; neither shall any strengthen himself in the iniquity of his life.
14 They have blown the trumpet, even to make all ready; but none goeth to the battle: for my wrath is upon all the multitude thereof.
15 The sword is without, and the pestilence and the famine within: he that is in the field shall die with the sword; and he that is in the city, famine and pestilence shall devour him.
16 But they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity.
17 All hands shall be feeble, and all knees shall be weak as water.
18 They shall also gird themselves with sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads.
19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.
20 As for the beauty of his ornament, he set it in majesty: but they made the images of their abominations and of their detestable things therein: therefore have I set it far from them.
21 And I will give it into the hands of the strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall pollute it.
22 My face will I turn also from them, and they shall pollute my secret place: for the robbers shall enter into it, and defile it.
23 Make a chain: for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence.
24 Wherefore I will bring the worst of the heathen, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make the pomp of the strong to cease; and their holy places shall be defiled.
25 Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.
26 Mischief shall come upon mischief, and rumour shall be upon rumour; then shall they seek a vision of the prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the ancients.
27 The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I will do unto them after their way, and according to their deserts will I judge them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

3 Now H6258 ADV is the end H7093 come upon H5921 thee , and I will send H7971 mine anger H639 CMS-1MS upon thee , and will judge H8199 thee according to thy ways H1870 , and will recompense H5414 upon H5921 thee all H3605 NMS thine abominations H8441 .
4 And mine eye H5869 CMS-1MS shall not H3808 W-NPAR spare H2347 thee , neither H3808 W-NPAR will I have pity H2550 : but H3588 CONJ I will recompense H5414 VQY1MS thy ways H1870 upon H5921 thee , and thine abominations H8441 shall be H1961 in the midst H8432 of thee : and ye shall know H3045 that H3588 CONJ I H589 PPRO-1MS am the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
5 Thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the Lord H136 EDS GOD H3069 ; An evil H7451 AFS , an only H259 OFS evil H7451 AFS , behold H2009 IJEC , is come H935 .
6 An end H7093 RMS is come H935 VQPMS , the end H7093 is come H935 VQPMS : it watcheth H6974 for H413 thee ; behold H2009 IJEC , it is come H935 .
7 The morning H6843 is come H935 VQQ3FS unto H413 PREP-2MS thee , O thou that dwellest H3427 VQPMS in the land H776 D-GFS : the time H6256 is come H935 VQPMS , the day H3117 D-AMS of trouble H4103 is near H7138 AMS , and not H3808 W-NPAR the sounding again H1906 of the mountains H2022 NMP .
8 Now H6258 ADV will I shortly H7138 M-AMS pour out H8210 my fury H2534 upon H5921 thee , and accomplish H3615 mine anger H639 CMS-1MS upon thee : and I will judge H8199 thee according to thy ways H1870 , and will recompense H5414 thee for all H3605 NMS thine abominations H8441 .
9 And mine eye H5869 CMS-1MS shall not H3808 W-NPAR spare H2347 , neither H3808 W-NPAR will I have pity H2550 : I will recompense H5414 VQY1MS thee according to thy ways H1870 and thine abominations H8441 that are H1961 in the midst H8432 of thee ; and ye shall know H3045 that H3588 CONJ I H589 PPRO-1MS am the LORD H3068 EDS that smiteth H5221 .
10 Behold H2009 IJEC the day H3117 D-AMS , behold H2009 IJEC , it is come H935 : the morning H6843 is gone forth H3318 ; the rod H4294 hath blossomed H6692 , pride H2087 hath budded H6524 .
11 Violence H2555 D-NMS is risen up H6965 into a rod H4294 of wickedness H7562 NMS : none H3808 NADV of H4480 them shall remain , nor H3808 W-NADV of their multitude H1995 , nor H3808 W-NADV of any of theirs H1991 : neither H3808 W-NADV shall there be wailing H5089 for them .
12 The time H6256 is come H935 VQPMS , the day H3117 D-AMS draweth near H5060 : let not H408 NPAR the buyer H7069 rejoice H8055 , nor H408 NPAR the seller H4376 mourn H56 : for H3588 CONJ wrath H2740 is upon H413 PREP all H3605 NMS the multitude H1995 thereof .
13 For H3588 CONJ the seller H4376 shall not H3808 NADV return H7725 VQY3MS to H413 PREP that which is sold H4465 , although they were yet H5750 W-ADV alive H2416 : for H3588 CONJ the vision H2377 is touching H413 PREP the whole H3605 NMS multitude H1995 thereof , which shall not H3808 NADV return H7725 VQY3MS ; neither H3808 NADV shall any H376 W-NMS strengthen himself H2388 in the iniquity H5771 of his life H2416 .
14 They have blown H8628 the trumpet H8619 , even to make all ready H3559 ; but none H369 W-NPAR goeth H1980 to the battle H4421 : for H3588 CONJ my wrath H2740 is upon H413 PREP all H3605 NMS the multitude H1995 thereof .
15 The sword H2719 D-GFS is without H2351 BD-NMS , and the pestilence H1698 and the famine H7458 within H1004 : he that H834 RPRO is in the field H7704 B-NMS shall die H4191 VQY3MS with the sword H2719 ; and he that H834 RPRO is in the city H5892 BD-NFS , famine H7458 NMS and pestilence H1698 shall devour H398 him .
16 But they that escape H6403 of them shall escape H6412 , and shall be H1961 W-VQQ3MS on H413 PREP the mountains H2022 like doves H3123 of the valleys H1516 , all H3605 CMS-3MP of them mourning H1993 , every one H376 NMS for his iniquity H5771 .
17 All H3605 NMS hands H3027 shall be feeble H7503 , and all H3605 NMS knees H1290 shall be weak H1980 as water H4325 .
18 They shall also gird H2296 themselves with sackcloth H8242 NMP , and horror H6427 shall cover H3680 them ; and shame H955 shall be upon H413 W-PREP all H3605 NMS faces H6440 NMP , and baldness H7144 upon all H3605 NMS their heads H7218 CMP-3MP .
19 They shall cast H7993 their silver H3701 in the streets H2351 , and their gold H2091 shall be H1961 VQY3MS removed H5079 : their silver H3701 and their gold H2091 shall not H3808 ADV be able H3201 VQY3MS to deliver H5337 them in the day H3117 B-NMS of the wrath H5678 of the LORD H3068 EDS : they shall not H3808 NADV satisfy H7646 their souls H5315 CFS-3MP , neither H3808 NADV fill H4390 their bowels H4578 : because H3588 CONJ it is H1961 the stumblingblock H4383 of their iniquity H5771 .
20 As for the beauty H6643 of his ornament H5716 , he set H7760 it in majesty H1347 : but they made H6213 VQQ3MP the images H6754 of their abominations H8441 and of their detestable things H8251 therein : therefore H3651 ADV have I set H5414 it far H5079 from them .
21 And I will give H5414 it into the hands H3027 of the strangers H2114 for a prey H957 , and to the wicked H7563 of the earth H776 D-GFS for a spoil H7998 ; and they shall pollute H2490 it .
22 My face H6440 CMP-1MS will I turn H5437 also from H4480 them , and they shall pollute H2490 my secret H6845 place : for the robbers H6530 shall enter H935 into it , and defile H2490 it .
23 Make H6213 VQI2MS a chain H7569 : for H3588 CONJ the land H776 D-GFS is full H4390 of bloody H1818 crimes H4941 CMS , and the city H5892 is full H4390 VQQ3FS of violence H2555 AMS .
24 Wherefore I will bring H935 the worst H7451 of the heathen H1471 NMP , and they shall possess H3423 their houses H1004 : I will also make the pomp H1347 CMS of the strong H5794 to cease H7673 ; and their holy places H4720 shall be defiled H2490 .
25 Destruction H7089 cometh H935 ; and they shall seek H1245 peace H7965 NMS , and there shall be none H369 .
26 Mischief H1943 shall come H935 VQY2MS upon H5921 PREP mischief H1943 , and rumor H8052 shall be H1961 VQY2MS upon H413 PREP rumor H8052 ; then shall they seek H1245 a vision H2377 of the prophet H5030 ; but the law H8451 shall perish H6 from the priest H3548 , and counsel H6098 from the ancients H2205 .
27 The king H4428 D-NMS shall mourn H56 , and the prince H5387 shall be clothed H3847 with desolation H8077 , and the hands H3027 of the people H5971 NMS of the land H776 D-GFS shall be troubled H926 : I will do H6213 unto them after their way H1870 M-CMS-3MP , and according to their deserts H4941 will I judge H8199 them ; and they shall know H3045 that H3588 CONJ I H589 PPRO-1MS am the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
