2 നിന്റെ സഹോദരനായ അഹരോന്നു വേണ്ടി മഹത്വത്തിന്നും അലങ്കാരത്തിന്നുമായി വിശുദ്ധവസ്ത്രം ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

3 അഹരോൻ എനിക്കു പുരോഹിതശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്‍വാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം അവനെ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവന്നു വസ്ത്രം ഉണ്ടാക്കേണമെന്നു ഞാൻ ജ്ഞാനാത്മാവുകൊണ്ടു നിറെച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സകലജ്ഞാനികളോടും നീ പറയേണം.

4 അവർ ഉണ്ടാക്കേണ്ടുന്ന വസ്ത്രമോ: പതക്കം, ഏഫോദ്, നീളകൂപ്പായം, ചിത്രത്തയ്യലുള്ള നിലയങ്കി, മുടി, നടുക്കെട്ടു എന്നിവ തന്നേ. നിന്റെ സഹോദരനായ അഹരോൻ എനിക്കു പുരോഹിതശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു അവർ അവന്നും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർക്കും വിശുദ്ധവസ്ത്രം ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

5 അതിന്നു പൊന്നു, നീലനൂൽ, ധൂമ്രനൂൽ, ചുവപ്പുനൂൽ, പിരിച്ച പഞ്ഞിനൂൽ എന്നിവ എടുക്കേണം.

6 പൊന്നു, നീലനൂൽ, ധൂമ്രനൂൽ, ചുവപ്പുനൂൽ, പിരിച്ച പഞ്ഞിനൂൽ എന്നിവകൊണ്ടു നെയ്ത്തുകാരന്റെ ചിത്രപ്പണിയായി ഏഫോദ് ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

7 അതിന്റെ രണ്ടു അറ്റത്തോടു ചേർന്നതായി രണ്ടു ചുമൽക്കണ്ടം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണം. അങ്ങനെ അതു തമ്മിൽ ഇണെച്ചിരിക്കേണം.

8 അതു കെട്ടിമുറുക്കുവാൻ അതിന്മേലുള്ളതായി ചിത്രപ്പണിയായ നടുക്കെട്ടു അതിൽനിന്നു തന്നേ അതിന്റെ പണിപോലെ പൊന്നു, നീലനൂൽ, ധൂമ്രനൂൽ, ചുവപ്പുനൂൽ, പിരിച്ച പഞ്ഞിനൂൽ എന്നിവകൊണ്ടു ആയിരിക്കേണം.

9 അതു കൂടാതെ രണ്ടു ഗോമേദകക്കല്ലു എടുത്തു അവയിൽ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ പേർ കൊത്തേണം.

10 അവരുടെ പേരുകളിൽ ആറു ഒരുകല്ലിലും ശേഷമുള്ള ആറു മറ്റെ കല്ലിലും അവരുടെ ജനനക്രമത്തിൽ ആയിരിക്കേണം.

11 രത്നശില്പിയുടെ പണിയായി മുദ്രക്കൊത്തുപോലെ രണ്ടു കല്ലിലും യിസ്രായേൽ മക്കളുടെ പേർ കൊത്തേണം; അവ പൊന്തടങ്ങളിൽ പതിക്കേണം;

12 കല്ലു രണ്ടും ഏഫോദിന്റെ ചുമൽക്കണ്ടങ്ങളിന്മേൽ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾക്കു വേണ്ടി ഓർമ്മക്കല്ലായി വെക്കേണം; അഹരോൻ യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ അവരുടെ പേർ ഓർമ്മക്കായി തന്റെ രണ്ടു ചുമലിന്മേലും വഹിക്കേണം.

13 പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു തടങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

14 തങ്കംകൊണ്ടു ചരടുപോലെ മുറിച്ചുകുത്തുപണിയായി രണ്ടു സരപ്പളിയും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം; മുറിച്ചു കുത്തുപണിയായ സരപ്പളി തടങ്ങളിൽ ചേർക്കേണം.

15 ന്യായവിധിപ്പതക്കം ചിത്രപ്പണിയായിട്ടു ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം; അതു ഏഫോദിന്റെ പണിക്കൊത്തതായി പൊന്നു, നീലനൂൽ, ധൂമ്രനൂൽ, ചുവപ്പുനൂൽ, പിരിച്ച പഞ്ഞിനൂൽ എന്നിവ കൊണ്ടു ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

16 അതു സമചതുരവും ഇരട്ടയും ഒരു ചാൺ നീളമുള്ളതും ഒരു ചാൺ വീതിയുള്ളതും ആയിരിക്കേണം.

17 അതിൽ കൽപതിപ്പായി നാലു നിര കല്ലു പതിക്കേണം; താമ്രമണി, പീതരത്നം, മരതകം എന്നിവ ഒന്നാമത്തെ നിര.

18 രണ്ടാമത്തെ നിര: മാണിക്യം, നീലക്കല്ലു, വജ്രം.

19 മൂന്നാമത്തെ നിര: പത്മരാഗം, വൈഡൂര്യം, സുഗന്ധിക്കല്ലു.

20 നാലാമത്തെ നിര: പുഷ്പരാഗം, ഗോമേദകം, സൂര്യകാന്തം. അവ അതതു തടത്തിൽപൊന്നിൽ പതിച്ചിരിക്കേണം.

21 ഈ കല്ലു യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ പേരോടുകൂടെ അവരുടെ പേർപോലെ പന്ത്രണ്ടായിരിക്കേണം; പന്ത്രണ്ടു ഗോത്രങ്ങളിൽ ഓരോന്നിന്റെ പേർ അവയിൽ മുദ്രക്കൊത്തായി കൊത്തിയിരിക്കേണം.

22 പതക്കത്തിന്നു ചരടുപോലെ മുറിച്ചുകുത്തുപണിയായി തങ്കംകൊണ്ടു സരപ്പളി ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

23 പതക്കത്തിന്നു പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു രണ്ടു വട്ടക്കണ്ണി ഉണ്ടാക്കി പതക്കത്തിന്റെ രണ്ടു അറ്റത്തും വട്ടക്കണ്ണി വെക്കേണം.

24 പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു മുറിച്ചുകുത്തുപണിയായ സരപ്പളി രണ്ടും പതക്കത്തിന്റെ അറ്റങ്ങളിൽ ഉള്ള വട്ടക്കണ്ണി രണ്ടിലും കൊളുത്തേണം.

25 മുറിച്ചുകുത്തുപണിയായ രണ്ടു സരപ്പളിയുടെ മറ്റേ അറ്റം രണ്ടും രണ്ടു തടത്തിൽ കൊളുത്തി ഏഫോദിന്റെ ചുമൽക്കണ്ടങ്ങളിൽ അതിന്റെ മുൻഭാഗത്തു വെക്കേണം.

26 പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു രണ്ടു വട്ടക്കണ്ണി ഉണ്ടാക്കി പതക്കത്തിന്റെ മറ്റേ രണ്ടു അറ്റത്തും ഏഫോദിന്റെ കീഴറ്റത്തിന്നു നേരെ അതിന്റെ വിളുമ്പിൽ അകത്തായി വെക്കേണം.

27 പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു വേറെ രണ്ടു വട്ടക്കണ്ണി ഉണ്ടാക്കി, ഏഫോദിന്റെ മുൻഭാഗത്തു അതിന്റെ രണ്ടു ചുമൽക്കണ്ടത്തിന്മേൽ താഴെ അതിന്റെ ഇണെപ്പിന്നരികെ ഏഫോദിന്റെ നടുക്കെട്ടിന്നു മേലായി വെക്കേണം.

28 പതക്കം ഏഫോദിന്റെ നടുക്കെട്ടിന്നു മേലായിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും ഏഫോദിൽ ആടാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും അതിന്റെ വട്ടക്കണ്ണികളാൽ ഏഫോദിന്റെ വട്ടക്കണ്ണികളോടു നീലനാടകൊണ്ടു കെട്ടേണം.

29 അങ്ങനെ അഹരോൻ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിൽ കടക്കുമ്പോൾ ന്യായവിധിപ്പതക്കത്തിൽ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ പേർ എപ്പോഴും യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ ഓർമ്മെക്കായിട്ടു തന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിന്മേൽ വഹിക്കേണം.

30 ന്യായവിധിപ്പതക്കത്തിന്നകത്തു ഊറീമും തുമ്മീമും (വെളിപ്പാടും സത്യവും) വെക്കേണം; അഹരോൻ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധാനത്തിങ്കൽ കടക്കുമ്പോൾ അവന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിന്മേൽ ഇരിക്കേണം; അഹരോൻ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾക്കുള്ള ന്യായവിധി എപ്പോഴും യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ തന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിന്മേൽ വഹിക്കേണം.

31 ഏഫോദിന്റെ അങ്കി മുഴുവനും നീല നൂൽകൊണ്ടു ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

32 അതിന്റെ നടുവിൽ തല കടപ്പാൻ ഒരു ദ്വാരം വേണം; ദ്വാരത്തിന്നു നെയ്ത്തുപണിയായ ഒരു നാട ചുറ്റിലും വേണം; അതു കീറിപ്പോകാതിരിപ്പാൻ കവചത്തിന്റെ ദ്വാരംപോലെ അതിന്നു ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണം.

33 നീലനൂൽ, ധൂമ്രനൂൽ, ചുവപ്പുനൂൽ എന്നിവകൊണ്ടു ചുറ്റും അതിന്റെ വിളുമ്പിൽ മാതളപ്പഴങ്ങളും അവയുടെ ഇടയിൽ ചുറ്റും പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു മണികളും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

34 അങ്കിയുടെ വിളുമ്പിൽ ചുറ്റും ഒരു പൊന്മണി ഒരു മാതളപ്പഴം, ഒരു പൊന്മണി ഒരു മാതളപ്പഴം, ഇങ്ങനെ വേണം.

35 ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്കയിൽ അഹരോൻ അതു ധരിക്കേണം. യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിൽ കടക്കുമ്പോഴും പുറത്തുവരുമ്പോഴും അവൻ മരിക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അതിന്റെ ശബ്ദം കേൾക്കേണം.

36 തങ്കംകൊണ്ടു ഒരു പട്ടം ഉണ്ടാക്കി അതിൽ “യഹോവെക്കു വിശുദ്ധം” എന്നു മുദ്രക്കൊത്തായി കൊത്തേണം.

37 അതു മുടിമേൽ ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നീലച്ചരടുകൊണ്ടു കെട്ടേണം; അതു മുടിയുടെ മുൻഭാഗത്തു ഇരിക്കേണം.

38 യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ തങ്ങളുടെ സകല വിശുദ്ധ വഴിപാടുകളിലും ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന വിശുദ്ധവസ്തുക്കളുടെ കുറ്റം അഹരോൻ വഹിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അതു അഹരോന്റെ നെറ്റിയിൽ ഇരിക്കേണം; യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ അവർക്കു പ്രസാദം ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അതു എപ്പോഴും അവന്റെ നെറ്റിയിൽ ഇരിക്കേണം.

39 പഞ്ഞിനൂൽകൊണ്ടു ഉള്ളങ്കിയും വിചിത്രപ്പണിയായി നെയ്യേണം; പഞ്ഞിനൂൽകൊണ്ടു മുടിയും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം; നടുക്കെട്ടും ചിത്രത്തയ്യൽപണിയായിട്ടു ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

40 അഹരോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർക്കു മഹത്വത്തിന്നും അലങ്കാരത്തിന്നുമായിട്ടു അങ്കി, നടുക്കെട്ടു, തലപ്പാവു എന്നിവ ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

41 അവ നിന്റെ സഹോദരനായ അഹരോനെയും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും ധരിപ്പിക്കേണം; അവർ എനിക്കു പുരോഹിത ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു അവരെ അഭിഷേകവും കരപൂരണവും ചെയ്തു ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കേണം.

42 അവരുടെ നഗ്നത മറെപ്പാൻ അവർക്കു ചണനൂൽകൊണ്ടു കാൽചട്ടയും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം; അതു അര തുടങ്ങി തുടവരെ എത്തേണം.

43 അഹരോനും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിൽ ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്‍വാൻ സമാഗമന കൂടാരത്തിൽ കടക്കുമ്പോഴോ യാഗപീഠത്തിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ചെല്ലുമ്പോഴോ കുറ്റം ചുമന്നു മരിക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവർ അതു ധരിക്കേണം. അവന്നും അവന്റെ സന്തതിക്കും അതു എന്നേക്കുമുള്ള ചട്ടം ആയിരിക്കേണം.

5 And they ^H1992 ^W-PPRO-3MP shall take ^H3947 ^VQY3MP gold ^H2091 , and blue ^H8504 , and purple ^H713 , and scarlet ^H8438 ^CFS , and fine linen ^H8336 .

6 And they shall make ^H6213 ^W-VQQ3MP the ephod ^H646 of gold ^H2091 ^NMS , of blue ^H8504 , and of purple ^H713 , of scarlet ^H8438 ^CFS , and fine twined linen ^H8336 , with cunning ^H2803 work ^H4639 ^M-CMS .

7 It shall have ^H1961 ^VQY3MS the two ^H8147 ^ONUM shoulder pieces ^H3802 thereof joined ^H2266 at ^H413 ^PREP the two ^H8147 ^ONUM edges ^H7098 thereof ; and so it shall be joined together ^H2266 .

9 And thou shalt take ^H3947 two ^H8147 ^ONUM onyx ^H7718 stones ^H68 ^CMP , and grave ^H6605 on ^H5921 ^PREP-3MP them the names ^H8034 of the children ^H1121 of Israel ^H3478 ^LMS :

10 Six ^H8337 of their names ^H8034 on ^H5921 ^PREP one ^H259 stone ^H68 , and the other six ^H8337 names ^H8034 of the rest ^H3498 on ^H5921 ^PREP the other ^H8145 ^D-ONUM stone ^H68 , according to their birth ^H8435 .

11 With the work ^H4639 ^M-CMS of an engraver ^H2796 in stone ^H68 ^GFS , like the engravings ^H6603 of a signet ^H2368 , shalt thou engrave ^H6605 the two ^H8147 ^ONUM stones ^H68 ^GFS with ^H5921 ^PREP the names ^H8034 of the children ^H1121 of Israel ^H3478 : thou shalt make ^H6213 ^VQY2MS them to be set ^H4142 in ouches ^H4865 of gold ^H2091 ^NMS .

12 And thou shalt put ^H7760 the two ^H8147 ^ONUM stones ^H68 upon ^H5921 ^PREP the shoulders ^H3802 of the ephod ^H646 for stones ^H68 ^CMP of memorial ^H2146 unto the children ^H1121 ^L-CMP of Israel ^H3478 : and Aaron ^H175 shall bear ^H5375 their names ^H8034 before ^H6440 ^L-CMP the LORD ^H3068 ^EDS upon ^H5921 ^PREP his two ^H8147 ^ONUM shoulders ^H3802 for a memorial ^H2146 .

13 And thou shalt make ^H6213 ouches ^H4865 of gold ^H2091 ;

17 And thou shalt set ^H4390 in it settings ^H4396 of stones ^H68 ^GFS , even four ^H702 ^MMS rows ^H2905 of stones ^H68 ^GFS : the first row ^H2905 shall be a sardius ^H124 , a topaz ^H6357 , and a carbuncle ^H1304 : this shall be the first ^H259 row ^H2905 .

18 And the second ^H8145 ^D-ONUM row ^H2905 shall be an emerald ^H5306 , a sapphire ^H5601 ^NMS , and a diamond ^H3095 .

19 And the third ^H7992 ^D-ONUM row ^H2905 a ligure ^H3958 , an agate ^H7618 , and an amethyst ^H306 .

20 And the fourth ^H7243 row ^H2905 a beryl ^H8658 , and an onyx ^H7718 , and a jasper ^H3471 : they shall be ^H1961 ^VQY3MP set ^H7660 in gold ^H2091 ^NMS in their enclosings ^H4396 .

21 And the stones ^H68 shall be ^H1961 with ^H5921 ^PREP the names ^H8034 of the children ^H1121 of Israel ^H3478 , twelve ^H8147 ^MFS , according to ^H5921 ^PREP their names ^H8034 , like the engravings ^H6603 of a signet ^H2368 ^NMS ; every one ^H376 ^NMS with ^H5921 ^PREP his name ^H8034 ^CMS-3MS shall they be ^H1961 according to the twelve ^H8147 tribes ^H7626 .

25 And the other two ^H8147 ^ONUM ends ^H7098 ^CFP of the two ^H8147 ^ONUM wreathen ^H5688 chains thou shalt fasten ^H5414 ^VQY2MS in ^H5921 ^PREP the two ^H8147 ^ONUM ouches ^H4865 , and put ^H5414 them on ^H5921 ^PREP the shoulder pieces ^H3802 of the ephod ^H646 before ^H413 ^PREP 6 ^H6440 ^PREP it .

26 And thou shalt make ^H6213 two ^H8147 ^ONUM rings ^H2885 of gold ^H2091 ^NMS , and thou shalt put ^H7760 them upon ^H5921 ^PREP the two ^H8147 ^ONUM ends ^H7098 ^CFP of the breastplate ^H2833 in ^H5921 ^PREP the border ^H8193 thereof , which ^H834 ^RPRO is in ^H413 ^PREP the side ^H5676 of the ephod ^H646 inward ^H1004 .
