Isaiah 14:6 (URV) Urdu Old BSI Version

1 کیونکہ خداوند یعقوب پر رحم فرمائیگا بلکہ وہ اسرائیل کو ہنوز برگزیدہ کرے گا اور انکو انکے ملک میں پھر قائم کریگا اور پردیسی ان کے ساتھ میل کرینگے اور یعقوب کے گھرانے سے مل جائینگے۔
2 اور لوگ انکو لا کر انکے ملک میں پہچائینگے اوراسرائیل کا گھرانہ خداوند کی سر زمین میں انکا مالک ہو کر انکو غلام اور لونڈیاں بنائےگا کیونکہ وہ اپنے اسیرکرنے والوں کو اسیرکرینگے اور اپنے ظلم کرنے والوں پر حکومت کرینگے ۔
3 اور یوں ہو گا کہ جب خداوند تیری محنت و مشقت سے اورسخت خدمت سےجو انہوں نے تجھ سے کرائی راحت بخشے گا۔
4 تب توشاہ بابل کے خلاف یہ مثل لائیگا اور کہیگا کہ ظالم کیسا نابود ہو گیا! اور غاصب کیسا نیست ہوا ! ۔
5 خداوند نے شریروں کا لٹھ یعنی بےانصاف حاکموں کاعصا توڑڈالا۔
6 وہی جو لوگوں کو قہر سے مارتا رہا اورقوموں پر غضب کے ساتھ حکمرانی کرتا رہا اور کوئی روک نہ سکا ۔
7 ساری زمین پر آرام و آسائش ہے ۔ وہ یکایک گیت گانے لگتے ہیں۔
8 ہاں صنوبر کےدرخت اور لبنان کے دیودار تجھ پر یہ کہتے ہوئے خوشی کرتے ہیں کہ جب سے تو گرایا گیا تب سے کوئی کاٹنے والا ہماری طرف نہیں آیا۔
9 پاتال نیچے سے تیرےسبب سے جنبش کھاتا ہے کہ تیرے آتے وقت تیرا استقبال کرے وہ تیرے لئےمردوں کو یعنی زمین کے سب سرادروں کو جگاتا ہے۔ وہ قوموں کے سب بادشاہوں کو ان کے تختوں پر سے اٹھا کھڑا کرتا ہے۔
10 وہ سب تجھ سے کہیں گے کیا تو بھی ہماری مانند عاجز ہو گیا؟ تو ایسا ہو گیا جیسے ہم ہیں؟ ۔
11 تیری شان و شوکت اور تیرے سازوں کی خوش آوازی پاتال میں اتاری گئی تیرے نیچے کپڑوں کا فرش ہوا اور کپڑے ہی تیرے بالا پوش بنے۔
12 اےصبح کے روشن ستارے تو کیونکرآسمان سے گر پڑا! اے قوموں کر پست کرنے والے توکیونکر زمین پر ٹپکا گیا ! ۔
13 تُو تو اپنے دل میں کہتا تھا کہ میں آسمان پر چڑھ جاونگا میں اپنے تخت کو خدا کے ستاروں سے بھی اونچا کرونگا اور میں شمالی اطراف میں جماعت کے پہاروں پربیٹھوں گا۔
14 میں بادلوں سے بھی اوپر چڑھ جاونگا ۔ میں خدا تعالیٰ کی مانند ہونگا۔
15 لیکن تو پاتال میں گڑھے کی تہہ میں اتارا جائیگا۔
16 اور جنکی نظر تجھ پر پڑےگی تجھے غور سے دیکھ کر کہیں گے کیا یہ وہی شخص ہے جس نے زمین کو لرزایا اور مملکتوں کو ہلا دیا۔
17 جس نے جہان کو ویران کیا اور اسکی بستیاں اجاڑ دیں ۔ جس نے اپنے اسیروں کو آزاد نہ کیا کہ گھر کی طرف جائیں؟ ۔
18 قوموں کے تمام بادشاہ سب کے سب اپنے اپنےمسکن میں شوکت کے ساتھ آرام کرتے ہیں۔
19 لیکن تو اپنی گور سے باہر نکمی شاخ کی مانند نکال پھینکا گیا۔ تو اُن مقتولوں کے نیچے دبا ہے جو تلوار سے چھیدے گئے اور گڑھے کے پتھروں پر گرے ہیں ۔ اُس لاش کی مانند جوجو پاؤں سے لتاڑی گئی ہو ۔
20 تو انکے ساتھ کبھی قبر میں دفن نہ کیا جائے گا کیونکہ تو نے اپنے مملکت کو ویران کیا اور اپنی رعیت کو قتل کیا ۔بدکرداروں کی نسل کا نام باقی نہ رہیگا۔
21 اسکے فرزندوں کے لئے انکے باپ دادا کےگناہوں کے سبب سے قتل کے سامان تیار کرو تاکہ وہ پھر ملک کے مالک نہ ہو جائیں اور رُویِ زمین کو شہروں سے معمور نہ کریں۔
22 کیونکہ رب الافواج فرماتا ہے میں انکی مخالفت کو اٹھونگا اور میں بابل کا نام مٹاونگا اور انکو جو باقی ہیں بیٹوں اور پوتوں سمیت کاٹ ڈالونگا ۔ یہ خداوند کا فرمان ہے۔
23 رب الافواج فرماتا ہے میں اسے خار پشت کی میراث اور تالاب بناونگا اور میں اسے فنا کے جھاڑو سے صاف کردونگا۔
24 رب الافواج قسم کھا کر فرماتا ہےکہ یقیناً جیسا میں نے چاہا ویسا ہی ہو جائیگا اور جیسا میں نے ارادہ کیا ویسا ہی وقوع میں آئیگا۔
25 میں اپنے ہی ملک میں اسوری کی شکست دونگا اور اپنے پہاڑوں میں اُسے پاؤں تلے لتاڑونگا ۔ تب اُسکا جُوا ان پر سے اتریگا اور اسکا بوجھ ان کے کندھو ں پر سے ٹلیگا۔
26 ساری دنیا کی بابت یہی ہے اور سب قوموں پر یہی ہاتھ بڑھایا گیا ہے ۔
27 کیونکہ رب الافواج نے ارادہ کیا ہے۔ کون اسے باطل کریگا ؟ اور اسکا ہاتھ بڑھایا گیا ہے اُسے کون روکیگا؟ ۔
28 جس سال آخز بادشاہ نے وفات پائی اُسی سال یہ بار بنوت آئی۔
29 اے کل فلستین تو اس پر خوش نہ ہو کہ تجھے مارنے والا لٹھ ٹوٹ گیا کیونکہ سانپ کی اصل سے ایک ناگ نکلیگا اور اُس کا پھل ایک اڑنےوالا آتشی سانپ ہو گا ۔
30 تب مسکینوں کے پہلوٹھے کھائینگے اور محتاج آرام سے سوئیں گے پر میں تیری جڑ کال سے برباد کردونگا اور تیرے باقی لوگ قتل کیے جائینگے۔
31 اے پھاٹک تو واویلا کر اے شہر تو چلا اے فلستین تو بالکل گداز ہو گئی کیونکہ شمال سے ایک دھواں اُٹھیگااور اسکے لشکروں میں سے کوئی پیچھے نہ رہے گا ۔
32 اس وقت قوم کے قاصدوں کو کوئی کیا جواب دیگا؟ کہ خداوند نے صیون کو تعمیر کیا ہے اور اس میں اسکے مسکین بندے پناہ لیں گے۔

2 And the people H5971 NMP shall take H3947 them , and bring H935 them to H413 PREP their place H4725 : and the house H1004 of Israel H3478 shall possess H5157 them in H5921 PREP the land H127 of the LORD H3068 EDS for servants H5650 and handmaids H8198 : and they shall take H1961 W-VQQ3MS them captives H7617 , whose captives H7617 they were ; and they shall rule over H7287 their oppressors H5065 .
3 And it shall come to pass H1961 W-VQQ3MS in the day H3117 B-NMS that the LORD H3068 EDS shall give thee rest H5117 from thy sorrow H6090 , and from thy fear H7267 , and from H4480 W-PREP the hard H7186 bondage H5656 wherein H834 RPRO thou wast made to serve H5647 ,

5 The LORD H3068 EDS hath broken H7665 the staff H4294 of the wicked H7563 AMP , and the scepter H7626 CMS of the rulers H4910 .
6 He who smote H5221 the people H5971 NMP in wrath H5678 with a continual stroke H1115 PREP , he that ruled H7287 the nations H1471 NMP in anger H639 , is persecuted H4783 , and none H1097 ADV hindereth H2820 .
7 The whole H3605 NMS earth H776 D-GFS is at rest H5117 , and is quiet H8252 : they break forth H6476 into singing H7440 .
8 Yea H1571 CONJ , the fir trees H1265 rejoice H8055 at thee , and the cedars H730 of Lebanon H3844 , saying , Since H227 thou art laid down H7901 , no H3808 ADV feller H3772 is come up H5927 VQY3MS against H5921 us .

16 They that see H7200 thee shall narrowly look H7688 upon H413 PREP-2MS thee , and consider H995 thee , saying , Is this H2088 the man H376 D-NMS that made the earth H776 D-GFS to tremble H7264 , that did shake H7493 kingdoms H4467 ;

21 Prepare H3559 slaughter H4293 for his children H1121 L-CMP-3MS for the iniquity H5771 of their fathers H1 CMP-3MP ; that they do not H1077 ADV rise H6965 , nor possess H3423 the land H776 NFS , nor fill H4390 the face H6440 of the world H8398 NFS with cities H5892 .
22 For I will rise up H6965 against H5921 PREP-3MP them , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 EDS of hosts H6635 , and cut off H3772 from Babylon H894 the name H8034 CMS , and remnant H7605 , and son H5209 , and nephew H5220 , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
23 I will also make H7760 it a possession H4180 for the bittern H7090 , and pools H98 of water H4325 NMD : and I will sweep H2894 it with the broom H4292 of destruction H8045 , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 EDS of hosts H6635 .
24 The LORD H3068 EDS of hosts H6635 hath sworn H7650 , saying H559 L-VQFC , Surely H518 PART as H834 K-RPRO I have thought H1819 , so H3651 ADV shall it come to pass H1961 ; and as H834 I have purposed H3289 , so shall it H1931 PPRO-3FS stand H6965 :

28 In the year H8141 B-CFS that king H4428 D-NMS Ahaz H271 died H4194 was H1961 VQQ3MS this H2088 D-PMS burden H4853 .
29 Rejoice H8055 not H408 ADV thou , whole H3605 Philistia H6429 , because H3588 CONJ the rod H7626 CMS of him that H3588 CONJ smote H5221 thee is broken H7665 : for out of the serpent\'s root H8328 M-NMS shall come forth H3318 VQY3MS a cockatrice H6848 , and his fruit H6529 shall be a fiery flying serpent H8314 .
