1 صادق ہلاک ہو تا ہےاور کوئی اس بات کو خاطر میں نہیں لا تا اور نیک لوگ اُٹھا لئے جاتے ہیںاور نہیں سوچتا کہ صادق اُٹھا لیا گیا تا کہ انے والی آفت سے بچے
2 وہ سلامتی میں داخل ہو تا ہے۔ہر ایک راست رو اپنے بستر پرآرام پائے گا۔
3 لیکن تم اے جادوگرنی کے بیٹو! تم کیس پر ٹھٹھا مارتے ہو؟ تم کس پر منہ پھاڑتے اور زبان نکالتے ہو؟ کیا تم باغی اولاد اور دغا باز نسل نہیں ہو۔

5 جو بتوں کے ساتھ ہر ایک ہرے درخت کے نیچے اپنے اپ کو برانگخیتہ کرتے اور وادیوں میں چٹانوں کے شگافوں کے نیچے بچوں کو ذ بح کرتے ہو؟۔
6 وادی کے کے چکنے پتھر تیرا بخرہ ہیں وہ ہی تیرا حصہ ہیں۔ہاں تونے ان کے لئے تپاون دیا اور ہدیہ چڑھایا ہے۔کیا مجھے ان کاموں سے تسکین ہو گی؟۔
7 ایک اونچے اور بلند پہاڑ پر تو نے اپنا بستر بچھا یا ہے اور اسی پر ذ بیحہ ذبیحہ ذبح کرنے کوچڑھ گئی۔
8 اور تو نے دروازوں اور چو کھٹوں کے پیچھے اپنی یاد گار کی علامتیں نصب کیں اور تو میرے سوا دوسرے کے آگے بے پردہ ہوئی۔ ہاں تو نے اپنا بچھوونا بھی بڑا بنایا اور اُن کے ساتھ عہد کر لیا ہے۔تو نے اُن کے بستر کو جہاں دیکھا پسند کیا۔
9 تو خوشبو لگا کر بادشاہ کے حضور چلی گئی اور اپنے آپ کو خوب معطر کیا اور اپنے ایلچی دور دور بھیجے بلکہ تو نے اپنے آپ کو پا تا ل تک پست کیا۔
10 تو اپنے سفر کی درازی سے تھک گئی تو بھی تو نے نہ کہا کہ اس سے کچھہ فائدہ نہیں۔ تو نے اپنی قوت کی تازگی پائی اس لئے تو افسردہ نہ ہوئی۔
11 تو کس سے ڈری اور کس کے خوف سے تو نے جھوٹ بالا اور مجھے یاد نہ کیا اور خاطر میں نہ لائی؟کیا میں ایک مدت سے خاموش نہیں رہا؟ تو بھی تو مجھ سے نہ ڈری۔
12 میں تیری صداقت کو اور تیرے کاموں کو فاش کروں گا ان سے تجھے کچھ نفع نہ ہو گا۔
13 جب تو فریاد کرے تو جن کو تو نے جمع کیا وہ تجھے چھڑائیں پر ہوا ان سب کو اُڑالے جائے گی۔ایک جھانکا اُن کو لے جائے گا لیکن مجھ پر توکل کرنے وال زمین کا مالک ہو گا اور میرے کوہ مقدس کا وارث ہو گا۔
14 تب یوں کہا جائے گاراہ اُو نچی کرو اُو نچی کرو۔ہموار کرو۔میرے لوگوں کے راستہ سے ٹھوکر کا باعث دور کرو۔
15 کیونکہ جو عالی اور بلند ہے اور ابدالا آباد تک قائم ہے جس کا نام قدوس ہے یوں فرماتا ہے کہ میں بلند اور مقدس مقام میں رہتا ہوں اور اُس کے ساتھ بھی جو شکستہ دل اور فر تن ہے تاکہ فر تنوں کی روح کو زندہ کرو ں اور شکستہ دلوں کو حیات بخشوں۔
16 کیونکہ میں ہمیشہ نہ جھگڑوں گا اور سدا غضب ناک نہ رہوں گا اس لئے کہ میرے حضورروح اور جانیں جو میں نے پیدا کی ہیں بیتاب ہو جاتی ہیں۔
17 کہ میں اُس کے لا لچ کے گناہ سے غضب ناک ہواسو میں نے اُسے مارا۔میں نے اپنے آپ کو چھپایا غضب ناک ہوااس لئے راہ پر جو اُس پر جو اُس کے دل نے نکالی بھٹک گیا تھا۔
18 میں نے اُس کی راہیں دیکھیں اور میں ہی اسے شفا بخشوں گا۔میں میں اُس کی رہبری کرہں گا اور اس کو اور اس کے غم خواروں کو پھر دلاسا دوں گا۔
19 خداوند خدا فرماتا ہے میں لبوں کا پھل پیدا کرتا ہوں سلامتی سلامتی اس کو جو دورہے اور اس کو نزدیک ہے اور مین اس کو صحت بخشوں گا۔
20 لیکن شریر تو سمندر کی مانند ہیں جو ہمیشہ موجزن اور بے قرار ہے۔جس کا پانی کیچڑاور گندگی اچھالتا ہے۔
21 میرا خدا فرماتا ہے کہ شریروں کے لئے سلامتی نہیں ۔

6 Among the smooth H2511 stones of the stream H5158 NMS is thy portion H2506 ; they H1992 PPRO-3MP , they H1992 PPRO-3MP are thy lot H1486 : even H1571 CONJ to them hast thou poured H8210 a drink offering H5262 , thou hast offered H5927 a meat offering H4503 NFS . 10 Thou art wearied H3021 in the greatness H7230 of thy way H1870 ; yet saidst H559 VQQ2FS thou not H3808 NADV , There is no hope H2976 : thou hast found H4672 the life H2416 CFS of thine hand H3027 ; therefore H3651 ADV thou wast not H3808 NADV grieved H2470 .
11 And of whom H4310 IPRO hast thou been afraid H1672 or feared H3372 , that H3588 CONJ thou hast lied H3576 , and hast not H3808 NADV remembered H2142 me , nor H3808 NADV laid H7760 it to H5921 PREP thy heart H3820 ? have not H3808 ADV I H589 PPRO-1MS held my peace H2814 even of old H5769 , and thou fearest H3372 me not H3808 NADV ?
12 I H589 PPRO-1MS will declare H5046 VHY3MS thy righteousness H6666 , and thy works H4639 ; for they shall not H3808 W-NPAR profit H3276 thee .
13 When thou criest H2199 , let thy companies H6899 deliver H5337 thee ; but the wind H7307 NFS shall carry them all away H5375 VQY3MS ; vanity H1892 NMS shall take H3947 them : but he that putteth his trust H2620 in me shall possess H5157 the land H776 GFS , and shall inherit H3423 my holy H6944 mountain H2022 CMS ;
14 And shall say H559 , Cast ye up H5549 , cast ye up H5549 , prepare H6437 the way H1870 NMS , take up H7311 the stumblingblock H4383 out of the way H1870 of my people H5971 .
15 For H3588 CONJ thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the high H7311 and lofty One H5375 that inhabiteth H7931 VQPMS eternity H5703 NMS , whose name H8034 CMS-3MS is Holy H6918 ; I dwell H7931 in the high H4791 and holy H6918 place , with H854 W-PART him also that is of a contrite H1793 and humble H8217 spirit H7307 NFS , to revive H2421 the spirit H7307 NFS of the humble H8217 AMP , and to revive H2421 the heart H3820 NMS of the contrite ones H1792 .
16 For H3588 CONJ I will not H3808 NADV contend H7378 forever H5769 L-NMS , neither H3808 W-NADV will I be always wroth H7107 : for H3588 CONJ the spirit H7307 NFS should fail H5848 before H6440 me , and the souls H5397 which I H589 PPRO-1MS have made H6213 VQQ1MS .
17 For the iniquity H5771 of his covetousness H1215 was I wroth H7107 , and smote H5221 him : I hid H5641 me , and was wroth H7107 , and he went H1980 W-VQY3MS on frowardly H7726 in the way H1870 B-NMS of his heart H3820 CMS-3MS .
18 I have seen H7200 VQQ1MS his ways H1870 CMP-3MS , and will heal H7495 him : I will lead H5148 him also , and restore H7999 W-VPY1MS comforts H5150 unto him and to his mourners H57 .
19 I create H1254 the fruit H5108 of the lips H8193 ; Peace H7965 NMS , peace H7965 NMS to him that is far off H7350 , and to him that is near H7138 , saith H559 VQQ3MS the LORD H3068 EDS ; and I will heal H7495 him .
20 But the wicked H7563 are like the troubled H1644 sea H3220 , when H3588 CONJ it cannot H3201 rest H8252 , whose waters H4325 cast up H1644 mire H7516 and dirt H2916 .
21 There is no H369 NPAR peace H7965 NMS , saith H559 VQQ3MS my God H430 , to the wicked H7563 .
