21 This temple which is so exalted-- everyone passing by it will be amazed and ask: 'Why has the LORD done this to this land and to this house?'

ERVTA   மிக்க உயர்ந்த மாட்சிமை கொண்ட இவ்வாலயத்தைக் கடந்துபோகிற ஒவ்வொருவனும் வியந்து போகும்படி செய்வேன். அவர்கள், ‘ஏன் கர்த்தர் இதுபோன்ற மோசமான காரியத்தை இந்த நாட்டிற்கும் ஆலயத்திற்கும் செய்தார்?’ என்று கூறுவார்கள்.
RCTA   அப்பொழுது அவ்வழியே செல்பவர்களுக்கெல்லாம் அது ஒரு பழமொழியாய் இருக்கும். அவர்கள் அதைக் கண்டு வியந்து, 'ஆண்டவர் இந்நாட்டிற்கும் இவ்வாலயத்திற்கும் இவ்வாறு செய்தது ஏன்?' என்று வினவுவார்கள்.
