1. {ಅಶ್ಶೂರವು ದೇವದಾರು ಮರದಂತಿರುವದು} PS ಸೆರೆಹಿಡಿದ ಹನ್ನೊಂದನೇ ವರ್ಷದ ಮೂರನೇ ತಿಂಗಳಿನ ಮೊದಲನೇ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಸಂದೇಶ ನನಗೆ ಬಂದಿತು. ಆತನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ,

2. “ನರಪುತ್ರನೇ, ಇದನ್ನು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನ ರಾಜನಾದ ಫರೋಹನಿಗೂ ಅವನ ಜನರಿಗೂ ಹೇಳು: “ ‘ನೀನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಭಾವಶಾಲಿ,
ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಲಿ?

2. Son H1121 of man H120 , speak H559 unto H413 Pharaoh H6547 king H4428 of Egypt H4714 , and to H413 his multitude H1995 ; Whom H413 H4310 art thou like H1819 in thy greatness H1433 ?

3. ಅಶ್ಶೂರವು ಲೆಬನೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದೇವದಾರು ಮರದಂತೆ ಎತ್ತರವಾಗಿ,
ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳಿಂದಲೂ
ಕಾಡಿನ ನೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಶೋಭಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಅದರ ಮೇಲಿನ ತುದಿಯು ಮುಗಿಲನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುವದು.

4. ನೀರು ಆ ಮರವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿತು.
ನದಿಯು ಅದನ್ನು ಎತ್ತರವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿತು.
ಆ ಮರವು ನೆಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಹೊಳೆಯು ಹರಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಆ ಮರದಿಂದ ಬೇರೆ ಮರಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಣ್ಣ ಕಾಲುವೆಗಳು ಹೊರಡುತ್ತವೆ.

5. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಈ ಮರವು ಬೇರೆ ಮರಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಉನ್ನತವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು,
ಅದು ಅನೇಕ ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟಿತು.
ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಕಾದಷ್ಟು ನೀರು ಇದ್ದುದರಿಂದ
ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳು ಉದ್ದವಾಗಿಯೂ ವಿಶಾಲವಾಗಿಯೂ ಬೆಳೆದವು.

6. ಅದರ ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕಾಶದ ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ಗೂಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿದವು.
ಆ ಮರದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳು ಮರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಈದವು.
ಆ ಮರದ ನೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ
ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳು ವಾಸಿಸಿದವು.

7. ಆ ಮರವು ಮನೋಹರವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಅದು ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಅದರ ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳು ವಿಶಾಲವಾಗಿದ್ದವು.
ಅದರ ಬೇರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಧಾರಾಳವಾದ ನೀರಿತ್ತು.

7. Thus was he fair H3302 in his greatness H1433 , in the length H753 of his branches H1808 : for H3588 his root H8328 was H1961 by H413 great H7227 waters H4325 .

8. ದೇವರ ತೋಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದೇವದಾರು ಮರಗಳೂ
ಈ ಮರದಷ್ಟು ಎತ್ತರವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
ಈ ಮಹಾ ಮರಕ್ಕಿರುವಷ್ಟು ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳು ಸೈಪ್ರಸ್ ಮರಗಳಿಗೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.
ದೇವರ ತೋಟದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಯಾವ ಮರವಾದರೂ ಇದರಷ್ಟು ಅಂದವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.

The cedars H730 in the garden H1588 of God H430 could not H3808 hide H6004 him : the fir trees H1265 were not like H1819 H3808 H413 his boughs H5589 , and the chestnut trees H6196 were H1961 not H3808 like his branches H6288 ; nor H3808 any H3605 tree H6086 in the garden H1588 of God H430 was like H1819 unto H413 him in his beauty H3308 .

9. ನಾನು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅನೇಕ ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟು
ಅಂದವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆನು.
ದೇವರ ತೋಟವಾಗಿರುವ ಏದೆನಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ
ಮರಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅಸೂಯೆಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು.’ ” PS

10. ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ, “ಆ ಮರವು ಎತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯಿತು. ಅದರ ತುದಿ ಮುಗಿಲನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಿತು. ಇದು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯನ್ನು ತಂದಿತು.

10. Therefore H3651 thus H3541 saith H559 the Lord H136 GOD H3069 ; Because H3282 H834 thou hast lifted up H1361 thyself in height H6967 , and he hath shot up H5414 his top H6788 among H413 H996 the thick boughs H5688 , and his heart H3824 is lifted up H7311 in his height H1363 ;

11. ಆಗ ನಾನು ಒಬ್ಬ ಬಲಾಢ್ಯನಾದ ರಾಜನು ಬಂದು ಆ ಮರವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆನು. ಆ ರಾಜನು ಮರವು ಮಾಡಿದ ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸಿದನು. ಆ ಮರವನ್ನು ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ತೋಟದಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಿದೆನು.

11. I have therefore delivered H5414 him into the hand H3027 of the mighty one H352 of the heathen H1471 ; he shall surely deal H6213 H6213 with him : I have driven him out H1644 for his wickedness H7562 .

12. ಪರದೇಶದ ಕ್ರೂರ ಜನರು ಅದನ್ನು ಕಡಿದು ಅದರ ರೆಂಬೆಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬೆಟ್ಟ, ಬಯಲು, ತಗ್ಗುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚದರಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟರು. ಅದರ ಮುರಿಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳು ಆ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಿಯುವ ನದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇಲಿದವು. ಆ ಮರದಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ ನೆರಳು ಇಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಹೊರಟುಹೋದರು.

And strangers H2114 , the terrible H6184 of the nations H1471 , have cut him off H3772 , and have left H5203 him: upon H413 the mountains H2022 and in all H3605 the valleys H1516 his branches H1808 are fallen H5307 , and his boughs H6288 are broken H7665 by all H3605 the rivers H650 of the land H776 ; and all H3605 the people H5971 of the earth H776 are gone down H3381 from his shadow H4480 H6738 , and have left H5203 him.

13. ಕೆಳಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದ ಮರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ವಾಸಿಸಿದವು. ಕೆಳಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದ ಅದರ ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾಡುಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳು ನಡೆದವು. PEPS

13. Upon H5921 his ruin H4658 shall all H3605 the fowls H5775 of the heaven H8064 remain H7931 , and all H3605 the beasts H2416 of the field H7704 shall be H1961 upon H413 his branches H6288 :

14. “ಈಗ ಆ ನೀರಿನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಯಾವ ಮರಗಳೂ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಪಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವು ಮುಗಿಲನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆದ ಮರಗಳು ಆ ನೀರನ್ನು ಕುಡಿದು ತಾನು ಉದ್ದವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆದಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಕೊಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಸಾಯುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡಿವೆ. ಅವುಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮರಣದ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಸೇರುವವು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸತ್ತು, ಮರಣದ ಆ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಪಾತಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದವರನ್ನು ಸೇರುವವು.” PEPS

To the end H4616 that H834 none H3808 of all H3605 the trees H6086 by the waters H4325 exalt themselves H1361 for their height H6967 , neither H3808 shoot up H5414 H853 their top H6788 among H413 H996 the thick boughs H5688 , neither H3808 their trees H352 stand up H5975 in their height H1363 , all H3605 that drink H8354 water H4325 : for H3588 they are all H3605 delivered H5414 unto death H4194 , to H413 the nether parts H8482 of the earth H776 , in the midst H8432 of the children H1121 of men H120 , with H413 them that go down H3381 to the pit H953 .

15. ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಇದನ್ನು ನುಡಿದಿದ್ದಾನೆ: “ಆ ಮರವು ಪಾತಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಜನರನ್ನು ಅಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆನು. ಅದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಆಳವಾದ ಸಾಗರದಿಂದ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಬಿಟ್ಟೆನು. ನಾನು ಅದರ ನದಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಬೇರೆ ನೀರಿನ ತೊರೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟೆನು. ಲೆಬನೋನ್ ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಶೋಕಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆನು. ಆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮರವು ಹೋದುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಆ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯದ ಬೇರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮರಗಳು ದುಃಖದಿಂದ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದವು.

15. Thus H3541 saith H559 the Lord H136 GOD H3069 ; In the day H3117 when he went down H3381 to the grave H7585 I caused a mourning H56 : I covered H3680 H853 the deep H8415 for H5921 him , and I restrained H4513 the floods H5104 thereof , and the great H7227 waters H4325 were stayed H3607 : and I caused Lebanon H3844 to mourn H6937 for H5921 him , and all H3605 the trees H6086 of the field H7704 fainted H5969 for H5921 him.

16. ನಾನು ಆ ಮರವನ್ನು ಬೀಳಿಸಿದೆನು. ಬೀಳುವ ಅದರ ಶಬ್ದವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಭಯದಿಂದ ನಡುಗಿದವು. ನಾನು ಆ ಮರವನ್ನು ಪಾತಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದೆನು. ಅದು ಹೋಗಿ ಅದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮೊದಲೇ ಆ ಆಳವಾದ ಗುಂಡಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿರುವವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡಿತು. ಗತಿಸಿದ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಏದೆನಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮರಗಳು, ಲೆಬನೋನಿನ ಉತ್ಕೃಷ್ಟ ಮರಗಳು ಆ ನೀರನ್ನು ಕುಡಿದಿದ್ದವು. ಅವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಪಾತಾಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೈಸಿಕೊಂಡವು.

I made the nations H1471 to shake H7493 at the sound H4480 H6963 of his fall H4658 , when I cast him down H3381 H853 to hell H7585 with H854 them that descend H3381 into the pit H953 : and all H3605 the trees H6086 of Eden H5731 , the choice H4005 and best H2896 of Lebanon H3844 , all H3605 that drink H8354 water H4325 , shall be comforted H5162 in the nether parts H8482 of the earth H776 .

17. ಹೌದು, ಆ ಮರವೂ ಅದರ ನೆರಳಿನ ಆಶ್ರಯವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಅದರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂತತಿಗಳವರೂ ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಸತ್ತುಹೋಗಿದ್ದ ಸೈನಿಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪಾತಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿದು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದವು. PEPS

18. “ಈಜಿಪ್ಟೇ, ಏದೆನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ದೊಡ್ಡ, ಬಲಶಾಲಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಮರಗಳಿವೆ. ಅದರ ಯಾವ ಮರಕ್ಕೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೋಲಿಸಲಿ? ಅವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಪಾತಾಳವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿದವು. ನೀನು ಕೂಡಾ ಆ ಪರದೇಶಸ್ಥರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರುವಿ. ರಣರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸತ್ತವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೀನು ಬಿದ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿ. PEPS “ಹೌದು, ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಫರೋಹನಿಗೂ ಅವನೊಂದಿಗಿರುವ ಜನರ ಗುಂಪಿಗೂ ಆಗುವದು.” ಇದು ಒಡೆಯನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನ ನುಡಿ. PE

This H1931 is Pharaoh H6547 and all H3605 his multitude H1995 , saith H5002 the Lord H136 GOD H3069 .
