Genesis 3:19

• 19 তোমার খাদ্যের জন্যে তুমি কঠোর পরিশ্রম করবে য়ে পর্য্ন্ত না মুখ ঘামে ভরে যায়| তুমি মরণ পর্য্ন্ত পরিশ্রম করবে, তারপর পুনরায় ধূলি হয়ে যাবে| আমি ধুলি থেকে তোমায় সৃষ্টি করেছি এবং যখন তোমার মৃত্যু হবে পুনরায় তুমি ধূলিতে পরিণত হবে|”

Job 4:19

• 19 তাই সত্যিই মানুষ নশ্বর| ধূলার ভিতযুক্ত মাটির বাড়িতে যারা বাস করে তাদের ঈশ্বর কত কম বিশ্বাস করেন! ঈশ্বর পতঙ্গের মত তাদের পিষে ফেলেন| মানুষ মাটির ঘরে বাস করে (মানুষের দেহ মাটির তৈরী)| সেই মাটির ঘরের ভিত ধূলায বা পাঁকের মধ্যে থাকে| একটা পতঙ্গের থেকেও সহজে তাদের দেহ নষ্ট করে ফেলা যায়!

Ecclesiastes 12:7

• 7 তোমার শরীর মাটি থেকে এসেছে এবং তোমার মৃত্যুর পর তোমার শরীর আবার মাটিতেই মিশে যাবে, কিন্তু তোমার আত্মা এসেছে ঈশ্বরের কাছ থেকে, তোমার মৃত্যুর পর তা আবার ঈশ্বরের কাছেই ফিরে যাবে|

Luke 18:1

• 1 নিরাশ না হয়ে তাদের য়ে সব সময় প্রার্থনা করা উচিত, তা বোঝাতে গিয়ে যীশু তাদের এই দৃষ্টান্তটি দিলেন,

• 1 আমরা জানি পৃথিবীতে আমরা তাঁবুর মত য়ে বাড়িতে বাস করি তা যদি নষ্ট হয়ে যায় তবে আমাদের একটি ঈশ্বরদত্ত বাড়ি আছে, য়ে বাড়ি মানুষের তৈরী নয়, স্বর্গে সে বাড়ি চিরকাল ধরেই আছে৷

Hebrews 11:11

• 11 অব্রাহাম বযোবৃদ্ধ হয়েছিলেন তাই তাঁর সন্তান হওয়ার সন্ভব ছিল না৷ তাঁর স্ত্রী সারা বন্ধ্যা ছিলেন৷ কিন্তু ঈশ্বরের ওপর অব্রাহামের বিশ্বাস ছিল, তাই ঈশ্বর শক্তি দিলেন য়েন তাঁদের সন্তানলাভ হয়৷ ঈশ্বর যা প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছেন তা য়ে তিনি পূর্ণ করতে পারেন এ বিশ্বাস অব্রাহামের ছিল৷ তিনি প্রায় মৃতকল্প ছিলেন; কিন্তু এই একটি লোকের মধ্য দিয়ে জন্ম নিয়েছিল আকাশের তারার মতো অজস্র বংশধর৷

• 11 Sarah was not able to have children, and Abraham was too old. But he had faith in God, trusting him to do what he promised. And so God made them able to have children.
