3. ג התהללו בשם קדשו ישמח לב מבקשי יהוה

4. ד דרשו יהוה ועזו בקשו פניו תמיד
|

5. ה זכרו--נפלאותיו אשר-עשה מפתיו ומשפטי-פיו
|

6. ו זרע אברהם עבדו בני יעקב בחיריו
|
6. O ye seed H2233 of Abraham H85 his servant H5650 , ye children H1121 of Jacob H3290 his chosen H972 .
|
|
7. ז הוא יהוה אלהינו בכל-הארץ משפטיו
|
7. He H1931 is the LORD H3068 our God H430 : his judgments H4941 are in all H3605 the earth H776 .
|
|
8. ח זכר לעולם בריתו דבר צוה לאלף דור
|
8. He hath remembered H2142 his covenant H1285 forever H5769 , the word H1697 which he commanded H6680 to a thousand H505 generations H1755 .

9. ט אשר כרת את-אברהם ושבועתו לישחק
|
9. Which H834 covenant he made H3772 with H854 Abraham H85 , and his oath H7621 unto Isaac H3446 ;

10. י ויעמידה ליעקב לחק לישראל ברית עולם
|
10. And confirmed H5975 the same unto Jacob H3290 for a law H2706 , and to Israel H3478 for an everlasting H5769 covenant H1285 :

11. יא לאמר--לך אתן את-ארץ-כנען חבל נחלתכם
|

12. יב בהיותם מתי מספר כמעט וגרים בה
|

13. יג ויתהלכו מגוי אל-גוי מממלכה אל-עם אחר
|

14. יד לא-הניח אדם לעשקם ויוכח עליהם מלכים

15. טו אל-תגעו במשיחי ולנביאי אל-תרעו
|

|
16. טז ויקרא רעב על-הארץ כל-מטה-לחם שבר
|
16. Moreover he called for H7121 a famine H7458 upon H5921 the land H776 : he broke H7665 the whole H3605 staff H4294 of bread H3899 .

17. יז שלח לפניהם איש לעבד נמכר יוסף
|

18. יח ענו בכבל רגליו (רגלו) ברזל באה נפשו
|

19. יט עד-עת בא-דברו-- אמרת יהוה צרפתהו
|

20. כ שלח מלך ויתירהו משל עמים ויפתחהו
|

21. כא שמו אדון לביתו ומשל בכל-קנינו
|

22. כב לאסר שריו בנפשו וזקניו יחכם
|
22. To bind H631 his princes H8269 at his pleasure H5315 ; and teach his senators H2205 wisdom H2449 .

23. כג ויבא ישראל מצרים ויעקב גר בארץ-חם
|

24. כד ויפר את-עמו מאד ויעצמהו מצריו
|

25. כה הפך לבם לשנא עמו להתנכל בעבדיו

28. כח שלח חשך ויחשך ולא-מרו את-דבריו (דברו)

29. כט הפך את-מימיהם לדם וימת את-דגתם
|

|
30. ל שרץ ארצם צפרדעים בחדרי מלכיהם
|
30. Their land H776 brought forth frogs in abundance H8317 H6854 , in the chambers H2315 of their kings H4428 .

31. לא אמר ויבא ערב כנים בכל-גבולם
|
31. He spoke H559 , and there came H935 divers sorts of flies H6157 , and lice H3654 in all H3605 their coasts H1366 .

|
32. לב נתן גשמיהם ברד אש להבות בארצם
|
32. He gave H5414 them hail H1259 for rain H1653 , and flaming H3852 fire H784 in their land H776 .
|
|
33. לג ויך גפנם ותאנתם וישבר עץ גבולם
|
33. He smote H5221 their vines H1612 also and their fig trees H8384 ; and broke H7665 the trees H6086 of their coasts H1366 .
|
|
34. לד אמר ויבא ארבה וילק ואין מספר
|
34. He spoke H559 , and the locusts H697 came H935 , and caterpillars H3218 , and that without H369 number H4557 ,
|
|
35. לה ויאכל כל-עשב בארצם ויאכל פרי אדמתם
|
35. And did eat up H398 all H3605 the herbs H6212 in their land H776 , and devoured H398 the fruit H6529 of their ground H127 .
|
|
36. לו ויך כל-בכור בארצם ראשית לכל-אונם
|
36. He smote H5221 also all H3605 the firstborn H1060 in their land H776 , the chief H7225 of all H3605 their strength H202 .
|
|
37. לז ויוציאם בכסף וזהב ואין בשבטיו כושל
|
37. He brought them forth H3318 also with silver H3701 and gold H2091 : and there was not H369 one feeble H3782 person among their tribes H7626 .
|
|
38. לח שמח מצרים בצאתם כי-נפל פחדם עליהם
|
38. Egypt H4714 was glad H8055 when they departed H3318 : for H3588 the fear H6343 of them fell H5307 upon H5921 them.

39. לט פרש ענן למסך ואש להאיר לילה
|

40. מ שאל ויבא שלו ולחם שמים ישביעם
|

41. מא פתח צור ויזובו מים הלכו בציות נהר
|
41. He opened H6605 the rock H6697 , and the waters H4325 gushed out H2100 ; they ran H1980 in the dry places H6723 like a river H5104 .

42. מב כי-זכר את-דבר קדשו את-אברהם עבדו
|

|
43. מג ויוצא עמו בששון ברנה את-בחיריו
|
43. And he brought forth H3318 his people H5971 with joy H8342 , and H853 his chosen H972 with gladness H7440 :

44. מד ויתן להם ארצות גוים ועמל לאמים יירשו
|
44. And gave H5414 them the lands H776 of the heathen H1471 : and they inherited H3423 the labor H5999 of the people H3816 ;
|

45. מה בעבור ישמרו חקיו-- ותורתיו ינצרו הללו-יה
|
