2 Chronicles 17:1 (TOV) Tamil Old BSI Version

1 அவன் ஸ்தானத்திலே அவன் குமாரனாகிய யோசபாத் ராஜாவாகி, இஸ்ரவேலுக்கு விரோதமாய்ப் பலப்பட்டான்.
2 அவன் யூதாவின் அரணான பட்டணங்களிலெல்லாம் இராணுவத்தையும், யூதா தேசத்திலும், தன் தகப்பனாகிய ஆசா பிடித்த எப்பிராயீமின் பட்டணங்களிலும் தாணையங்களையும் வைத்தான்.
3 கர்த்தர் யோசபாத்தோடிருந்தார்; அவன் பாகால்களைத் தேடாமல், தன் தகப்பனாகிய தாவீது முன்நாட்களில் நடந்த வழிகளில் நடந்து,
4 தன் தகப்பனுடைய தேவனைத் தேடி, இஸ்ரவேலுடைய செய்கையின்படி நடவாமல், அவருடைய கற்பனைகளின்படி நடந்துகொண்டான்.
5 ஆகையால் கர்த்தர் அவன் கையில் ராஜ்யபாரத்தைத் திடப்படுத்தினார்; யூதா கோத்திரத்தார் எல்லாரும் யோசபாத்துக்குக் காணிக்கைகளைக் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள்; அவனுக்கு ஐசுவரியமும் கனமும் மிகுதியாயிருந்தது.
6 கர்த்தருடைய வழிகளில் அவன் இருதயம் உற்சாகங்கொண்டது; அவன் மேடைகளையும் விக்கிரகத் தோப்புகளையும் யூதாவை விட்டகற்றினான்.
7 அவன் அரசாண்ட மூன்றாம் வருஷத்தில் யூதாவின் பட்டணங்களிலே உபதேசம்பண்ணும்படிக்கு, அவன் தன் பிரபுக்களாகிய பென்னாயிலையும், ஒபதியாவையும், சகரியாவையும் நெதனெயேலையும், மிகாயாவையும்,
8 இவர்களோடேகூடச் செமாயா, நெதனியா, செபதியா, ஆசகேல், செமிரமோத், யோனத்தான், அதோனியா, தொபியா, தோபத்தோனியா என்னும் லேவியரையும், இவர்களோடேகூட ஆசாரியரான எலிஷமாவையும், யோராமையும் அனுப்பினான்.
9 இவர்கள் யூதாவிலே உபதேசித்து, கர்த்தருடைய வேதபுஸ்தகத்தை வைத்துக்கொண்டு, யூதாவின் பட்டணங்களிலெல்லாம் திரிந்து ஜனங்களுக்குப் போதித்தார்கள்.
10 யூதாவைச் சுற்றியிருக்கிற தேசங்களுடைய ராஜ்யங்களின்மேலெல்லாம் கர்த்தரால் உண்டான பயங்கரம் வந்ததினால், யோசபாத்தோடு யுத்தம்பண்ணாதிருந்தார்கள்.
11 பெலிஸ்தரிலும் சிலர் யோசபாத்துக்குப் பகுதிப்பணத்தோடேகூடக் காணிக்கைகளையும் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள்; அரபியரும் அவனுக்கு ஏழாயிரத்து எழுநூறு ஆட்டுக்கடாக்களையும், ஏழாயிரத்து எழுநூறு வெள்ளாட்டுக்கடாக்களையும் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள்.
12 இப்படியே யோசபாத் வரவர மிகவும் பெரியவனாகி, யூதாவிலே கோட்டைகளையும், ரஸ்துக்களை வைக்கும் பட்டணங்களையும் கட்டினான்.
13 யூதாவின் பட்டணங்களில் அவன் பெரிய வேலைகளை நடத்தினான்; எருசலேமிலே பராக்கிரமசாலிகளான சேவகர் அவனுக்கு இருந்தார்கள்.
14 தங்கள் பிதாக்களுடைய வம்சங்களின்படி அவர்களுடைய இலக்கமாவது: யூதாவிலே ஆயிரத்துக்கு அதிபதிகளில் அத்னா தலைமையானவன்; அவனிடத்திலே பராக்கிரமசாலிகள் மூன்று லட்சம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.
15 அவனுக்கு உதவியாக யோகனான் என்னும் சேனாபதியிருந்தான்; அவனிடத்திலே இரண்டுலட்சத்து எண்பதினாயிரம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.
16 அவனுக்கு உதவியாக கர்த்தருக்குத் தன்னை உற்சாகமாய் ஒப்புக்கொடுத்த சிக்ரியின் குமாரனாகிய அமசியா இருந்தான்; அவனிடத்திலே பராக்கிரமசாலிகள் இரண்டு லட்சம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.
17 பென்யமீனிலே எலியாதா என்னும் பராக்கிரமசாலி இருந்தான்; அவனிடத்திலே வில்லும் கேடகமும் பிடிக்கிறவர்கள் இரண்டுலட்சம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.
18 அவனுக்கு உதவியாக யோசபாத் இருந்தான்; அவனிடத்திலே சேவகத்திற்கு ஆயுதபாணிகள் லட்சத்துஎண்பதினாயிரம்பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.
19 ராஜா யூதா எங்குமுள்ள அரணான பட்டணங்களில் வைத்தவர்களைத்தவிர இவர்களே ராஜாவைச் சேவித்தவர்கள்.
1 And Jehoshaphat H3092 his son H1121 CMS-3MS reigned H4427 in his stead H8478 PREP-3MS , and strengthened himself H2388 against H5921 PREP Israel H3478 LMS .
2 And he placed H5414 W-VQY3MS forces H2428 NMS in all H3605 B-CMS the fenced H1219 cities H5892 of Judah H3063 , and set H5414 W-VQQ3MS garrisons H5333 in the land H776 B-GFS of Judah H3063 , and in the cities H5892 of Ephraim H669 , which H834 RPRO Asa H609 his father H1 had taken H3920 .
3 And the LORD H3068 EDS was H1961 W-VQY3MS with H5973 PREP Jehoshaphat H3092 , because H3588 CONJ he walked H1980 VQQ3MS in the first H7223 ways H1870 of his father H1 CMS-3MS David H1732 , and sought H1875 not H3808 W-NPAR unto Baalim H1168 ;
4 But H3588 CONJ sought H1875 to the LORD God H430 of his father H1 CMS-3MS , and walked H1980 in his commandments H4687 , and not H3808 W-NPAR after the doings H4639 of Israel H3478 LMS .
5 Therefore the LORD H3068 EDS established H3559 the kingdom H4467 in his hand H3027 B-CFS-3MS ; and all H3605 CMS Judah H3063 brought H5414 W-VQY3MP to Jehoshaphat H3092 presents H4503 NFS ; and he had H1961 W-VPY3MS riches H6239 NMS and honor H3519 in abundance H7230 .
6 And his heart H3820 CMS-3MS was lifted up H1361 in the ways H1870 of the LORD H3068 EDS : moreover H5750 W-ADV he took away H5493 VHQ3MS the high places H1116 and groves H842 out of Judah H3063 .
7 Also in the third H7969 MFS year H8141 of his reign H4427 he sent H7971 VQQ3MS to his princes H8269 , even to Ben H1134 - hail , and to Obadiah H5662 , and to Zechariah H2148 , and to Nethaneel H5417 , and to Michaiah H4322 , to teach H3925 in the cities H5892 B-CFP of Judah H3063 .
8 And with H5973 them he sent Levites H3881 , even Shemaiah H8098 , and Nethaniah H5418 , and Zebadiah H2069 , and Asahel H6214 , and Shemiramoth H8070 , and Jehonathan H3083 , and Adonijah H138 , and Tobijah H2900 , and Tob H2899 - adonijah , Levites H3881 ; and with H5973 them Elishama H476 and Jehoram H3088 , priests H3548 .
9 And they taught H3925 in Judah H3063 , and had the book H5612 CMS of the law H8451 CFS of the LORD H3068 EDS with H5973 them , and went about H5437 throughout all H3605 B-CMS the cities H5892 of Judah H3063 , and taught H3925 the people H5971 .
10 And the fear H6343 NMS of the LORD H3068 EDS fell H1961 W-VQY3MS upon H5921 PREP all H3605 NMS the kingdoms H4467 of the lands H776 that H834 RPRO were round about H5439 ADV Judah H3063 , so that they made no war H3898 against H5973 PREP Jehoshaphat H3092 .
11 Also some of H4480 W-PREP the Philistines H6430 TMS brought H935 Jehoshaphat H3092 presents H4503 NFS , and tribute H4853 silver H3701 W-CMS ; and H1571 CONJ the Arabians H6163 brought H935 him flocks H6629 NMS , seven H7651 RMS thousand H505 MMP and seven H7651 W-BFS hundred H3967 BFP rams H352 NMP , and seven H7651 RMS thousand H505 MMP and seven H7651 W-BFS hundred H3967 he goats H8495 .
12 And Jehoshaphat H3092 waxed H1961 W-VQY3MS great H1432 exceedingly H4605 ; and he built H1129 W-VQY3MS in Judah H3063 castles H1003 , and cities H5892 of store H4543 .
13 And he had H1961 VQQ3MS much H7227 AFS business H4399 in the cities H5892 B-CFP of Judah H3063 : and the men H376 W-CMP of war H4421 NFS , mighty men H1368 of valor H2428 NMS , were in Jerusalem H3389 .
14 And these H428 W-PMP are the numbers H6486 of them according to the house H1004 of their fathers H1 : Of Judah H3063 , the captains H8269 CMP of thousands H505 MMP ; Adnah H5734 the chief H8269 , and with H5973 W-PREP-3MS him mighty men H1368 of valor H2428 NMS three H7969 BFS hundred H3967 BFP thousand H505 MMS .
15 And next H5921 W-PREP to him was Jehohanan H3076 the captain H8269 , and with H5973 W-PREP-3MS him two hundred H3967 MFD and fourscore H8084 W-MMP thousand H505 MMS .
16 And next H5921 W-PREP him was Amasiah H6007 the son H1121 CMS of Zichri H2147 , who willingly offered himself H5068 unto the LORD H3068 L-EDS ; and with him H5973 W-PREP-3MS two hundred H3967 MFD thousand H505 W-BMS mighty men H1368 AMS of valor H2428 NMS .
17 And of H4480 W-PREP Benjamin H1144 ; Eliada H450 a mighty man H1368 AMS of valor H2428 NMS , and with H5973 W-PREP-3MS him armed men H5401 with bow H7198 CFS and shield H4043 two hundred H3967 MFD thousand H505 MMS .
18 And next H5921 W-PREP him was Jehozabad H3075 , and with H5973 W-PREP-3MS him a hundred H3967 and fourscore H8084 W-MMP thousand H505 W-BMS ready prepared H2502 for the war H6635 .
19 These H428 PMP waited on the king H4428 D-NMS , beside H905 ML-NMS those whom H834 RPRO the king H4428 D-NMS put H5414 VQQ3MS in the fenced H4013 cities H5892 B-CFP throughout all H3605 B-CMS Judah H3063 .
