Deuteronomy 22:1 (URV) Urdu Old BSI Version

1 تُو اپنے بھائی کے بیل یا بھیڑ کو بھٹکتی دیکھ کر اُس سے رو پوشی نہ کرنا بلکہ ضرور تُو اُسکو اپنے بھائی کے پاس پہنچا دینا ۔
2 اور اگر تیرا بھائی تیرے نزدیک نہ رہتا ہو یا تُو اُس سے واقف نہ ہو تو تُو اُس جانور کو اپنے گھر لے آنا اور وہ تیرے پاس رہے جب تک تیرا بھائی اُسکی تلاش نہ کرے۔ تب تُو اُسے اُسکو دے دینا ۔
3 تُو اُسکے گدھے اور اُسکے کپڑے سے بھی ایسا ہی کرنا ۔ غرض جو کچھ تیرے بھائی سے کھویا جائے اور تُجھ کو ملے تُو اُس سے ایسا ہی کرنا اور روپوشی نہ کرنا ۔
4 تُو اپنے بھائی کا گدھا یا بیل راستہ میں گِرا ہوا دیکھ کر اُس سے روپوشی نہ کرنا بلکہ ضرور اُسکے اُٹھانے میں اُسکی مدد کرنا ۔
5 عورت مرد کا لباس نہ پہنے اور نہ مرد عورت کی پوشاک پہنے کیونکہ جو ایسے کام کرتا ہے وہ خداوند تیرے خدا کے نزدیک مکروہ ہے ۔
6 اگر راہ چلتے اتفاقاً کسی پرندہ کا گھونسلا درخت یا زمین پر بچوں یا انڈوں سمیت تجھ کو مل جائے اور ماں بچوں یا انڈوں پر بیٹھی ہوئی ہو تو تُو بچوں کی ماں سمیت نہ پکڑ لینا ۔
7 بچوں کو تُو لے تو لے پر ماں کو ضرور چھوڑ دینا ےا کہ تیرا بھلا ہو اور تیری عمر دراز ہو ۔
8 جب تُو کوئی نیا گھر بنائے تو اپنی چھت پر منڈیر ضرور لگانا تا نہ ہو کہ کوئی آدمی وہاں سے گِرے اور تیرے سبب سے وہ خون تیرے ہی گھر والوں پر ہو ۔
9 تُو اپنے تاکستان میں دو قسم کے بیج نہ بونا تا نہ ہو کہ سارا پھل یعنی بیج تُو نے بویا اور تاکستان کی پیداوار دونوں ضبظ کر لیے جائیں ۔
10 تُو بیل اور گھدے دونوں کو ایک ساتھ جوت کر ہل نہ چلانا۔
11 تُو اُون اور سن دونوں کی ملاوٹ کا بُنا ہوا کپڑا نہ پہننا۔
12 تُو اپنے اوڑھنے کی چادر کے چاروں کناروں پر جھالر لگایا کرنا ۔
13 اگر کوئی مرد کسی عورت کو بہایے اور اُسکے پاس جائے اور بعد اُسکے اُس سے نفرت کر کے
14 شرمناک باتیں اُسکے حق میں کہے اور اُسے بدنام کرنے کے لیے یہ دعویٰ کرے کہ میں نے اِس عورت سے بیاہ کیا اور جب میں اُسکے پاس گیا تو میں نے کنوارے پن کے نشان اُس میں نہیں پائے
15 تب اُس لڑکی کا باپ اور اُسکی ماں اُس لڑکی کے کنوارے پن کے نشانوں کو اُس شہر کے پھاٹک پر بزرگوں کے پاس لے جائیں ۔
16 اور اُس لڑکی کا باپ بزرگوں سے کہے کہ میں نے اپنی بیٹی اِس شخص کو بیاہ دی پر یہ اُس سے نفرت رکھتا ہے ۔
17 اور شرمناک باتیں اُس کے حق میں کہتا اور یہ دعویٰ کرتا ہے کہ میں نے تیری بیٹی میں کنوارے پن کے نشان نہیں پائے حالانکہ میری بیٹی کے کنوارے پن کے نشان یہ موجود ہیں ۔ پھر وہ اُس چادر کو شہر کے بزرگوں کے آگے پھیلا دیں ۔
18 تب شہر کے بزرگ اُس شخس کو پکڑ کر اُس کو کوڑے لگائیں ۔
19 اور اُس سے چاندی کی سو مثقال جُرمانہ لیکر اُس لڑکی کے باپ کو دیں اِس لیے کہ اُس نے ایک اسرائیلی کنواری کو بدنام کیا اور وہ اُسکی بیوی بنی رہے اور وہ زندگی بھر اُسکو طلاق نہ دینے پائے ۔
20 پر اگر یہ بات سچ ہو کہ لڑکی نے کنوارے پن کے نشان نہیں پائے گئے ۔
21 تو وہ اُس لڑکی کو اُس کے باپ کے گھر کے دروازہ پر نکال لائیں اور اُس کے شہر کے لوگ اُسے سنگسار کریں کہ وہ مر جائے کیونکہ اُس نے اسرائیل کے درمیان شرارت کی کہ اپنے باپ کے گھر میں فاحشہ پن کیا یوں تُو ایسی بُرائی کو اپنے درمیان سے دفع کرنا ۔
22 اگر کوئی مرد کسی شوہر والی عورت سے زنا کرتے پکڑا جائے تو وہ دونوں مار ڈاے جائیں یعنی وہ مرد بھی جس نے اُس عورت سے صحبت کی اور وہ عورت بھی ۔ یوں تُو اسرائیل میں سے ایسی بُرائی کو دفع کرنا ۔
23 اگر کوئی کنواری لڑکی کسی شخص سے منسوب ہو گئی اور کوئی دوسرا آدمی اُسے شہر میں پا کر اُس سے صحبت کرے ۔
24 تو تُم اُن دونوں کو اُس شہر کے پھاٹک پر نکال لانا اور اُن کو تُم سنگسار کر دینا کہ وہ مر جائیں لڑکی کو اِس لیے کہ وہ شہر میں ہوتے ہوئے نہ چِلائی اور مرد کو اِس لیے کہ اُس نے اپنے ہمسایہ کی بیوی کو بے حُرمت کیا ۔ یوں تُو ایسی بُرائی کو اپنے درمیان سے دفع کرنا ۔
25 پر اگر اُس آدمی کو وہی لڑکی جس کی نسبت ہو چُکی ہو کسی میدان یا کھیت میں مِل جائے اور وہ آدمی جبرا! اُس سے صحبت کرے تو فقط وہ آدمی ہی جس نے صحبت کی مار دالا جائے ۔
26 پر اُس لڑکی سے کچھ نہ کرنا کیونکہ لڑکی کاایسا گناہ نہیں جس سے وہ قتل کے لائق ٹھہرے اِس لیے کہ یہ بات ایسی ہے جیسے کوئی اپنے ہمسایہ پر حملہ کرے اور اُسے مار ڈالے ۔
27 کیونکہ وہ لڑکی اُسے میدان میں مِلی اور وہ منسوبہ لڑکی چِلائی بھی پر وہاں کوئی ایسا نہ تھا جو اُسے چھُراتا ۔
28 اگر کسی آدمی کو کوئی کنواری لڑکی مل جائے جس کی نسبت نہ ہوئی ہو اور وہ اُسے پکڑ کر اُسے صحبت کرے اور وہ دونوں پکڑے جائیں ۔
29 تو وہ مرد جس نے اُس سے صحبت کی ہو لڑکی کے باپ کو چاندی کی پچاس مثقال دے او ر وہ لڑکی اُس کی بیوی بنے کیونکہ اُس نے اُسے بے حُرمت کیا او ر وہ اُسے اپنی زندگی بھر طلاق نہ دینے پائے ۔
30 کوئی شخص اپنے باپ کی بیوی سے بیاہ نہ کرے اور اپنے باپ کے دامن کو نہ کھولے ۔

2 And if H518 thy brother H251 be not H3808 nigh H7138 unto H413 thee , or if thou know H3045 him not, H3808 then thou shalt bring H622 it unto H413 H8432 thine own house, H1004 and it shall be H1961 with H5973 thee until H5704 thy brother H251 seek after H1875 it , and thou shalt restore H7725 it to him again.
3 In like manner H3651 shalt thou do H6213 with his ass; H2543 and so H3651 shalt thou do H6213 with his raiment; H8071 and with all H3605 lost thing H9 of thy brother's H251, which H834 he hath lost, H6 and thou hast found, H4672 shalt thou do H6213 likewise: H3651 thou mayest H3201 not H3808 hide thyself. 4 Thou shalt not H3808 see thy brother's H251 ass H2543 or H176 his ox H7794 fall down H5307 by the way, H1870 and hide thyself H5956 from H4480 them : thou shalt surely help him to lift them up again H6965 H6965. H5973
5 The woman H802 shall not H3808 wear H1961 that which pertaineth H3627 unto a man, H1397 neither H3808 shall a man H1397 put on H3847 a woman's H802 garment: H8071 for H3588 all H3605 that do H6213 so H428 are abomination H8441 unto the LORD H3068 thy God. H430
6 If H3588 a bird's H6833 nest H7064 chance to be H7122 before H6440 thee in the way H1870 in any H3605 tree, H6086 or H176 on H5921 the ground, H776 whether they be young ones, H667 or H176 eggs, H1000 and the dam H517 sitting H7257 upon H5921 the young, H667 or H176 upon H5921 the eggs, H1000 thou shalt not H3808 take H3947 the dam H517 with H5921 the young: H1121
7 But thou shalt in any wise H7971 H853 let the dam H517 go, H7971 and take H3947 the young H1121 to thee; that H4616 it may be well H3190 with thee , and that thou mayest prolong H748 thy days. H3117
8 When H3588 thou buildest H1129 a new H2319 house, H1004 then thou shalt make H6213 a battlement H4624 for thy roof, H1406 that thou bring H7760 not H3808 blood H1818 upon thine house, H1004 if H3588 any man H5307 fall H5307 from H4480 thence.
9 Thou shalt not H3808 sow H2232 thy vineyard H3754 with divers seeds: H3610 lest H6435 the fruit H4395 of thy seed H2233 which H834 thou hast sown, H2232 and the fruit H8393 of thy vineyard, H3754 be defiled. H6942

12 Thou shalt make H6213 thee fringes H1434 upon H5921 the four H702 quarters H3671 of thy vesture, H3682 wherewith H834 thou coverest H3680 thyself .
13 If H3588 any man H376 take H3947 a wife, H802 and go in H935 unto H413 her , and hate H8130 her,
14 And give H7760 occasions H5949 of speech H1697 against her , and bring up H3318 an evil H7451 name H8034 upon H5921 her , and say, H559 I took H3947 H853 this H2063 woman, H802 and when I came H7126 to H413 her , I found H4672 her not H3808 a maid: H1331
15 Then shall the father H1 of the damsel, H5291 and her mother, H517 take H3947 and bring forth H3318 H853 the tokens of the damsel's H5291 virginity H1331 unto H413 the elders H2205 of the city H5892 in the gate: H8179
16 And the damsel's H5291 father H1 shall say H559 unto H413 the elders, H2205 I gave H5414 H853 my daughter H1323 unto this H2088 man H376 to wife, H802 and he hateth H8130 her;
17 And, lo, H2009 he H1931 hath given H7760 occasions H5949 of speech H1697 against her , saying, H559 I found H4672 not H3808 thy daughter H1323 a maid; H1331 and yet these H428 are the tokens of my daughter's H1323 virginity. H1331 And they shall spread H6566 the cloth H8071 before H6440 the elders H2205 of the city. H5892
18 And the elders H2205 of that H1931 city H5892 shall take H3947 H853 that man H376 and chastise H3256 him;
19 And they shall amerce H6064 him in a hundred H3967 shekels of silver, H3701 and give H5414 them unto the father H1 of the damsel, H5291 because H3588 he hath brought up H3318 an evil H7451 name H8034 upon H5921 a virgin H1330 of Israel: H3478 and she shall be H1961 his wife; H802 he may H3201 not H3808 put her away H7971 all H3605 his days. 20 But if H518 this H2088 thing H1697 be H1961 true, H571 and the tokens of virginity H1331 be not H3808 found H4672 for the damsel: H5291
21 Then they shall bring out H3318 H853 the damsel H5291 to H413 the door H6607 of her father's H1 house, H1004 and the men H376 of her city H5892 shall stone H5619 her with stones H68 that she die: H4191 because H3588 she hath wrought H6213 folly H5039 in Israel, H3478 to play the whore H2181 in her father's H1 house: H1004 so shalt thou put evil away H1197 H7451 from among H4480 H7130 you.
22 If H3588 a man H376 be found H4672 lying H7901 with H5973 a woman H802 married H1166 to a husband, H1167 then they shall both H1571 H8147 of them die, H4191 both the man H376 that lay H7901 with H5973 the woman, H802 and the woman: H802 so shalt thou put away H1197 evil H7451 from Israel H4480 H3478 .
23 If H3588 a damsel H5291 that is a virgin H1330 be H1961 betrothed H781 unto a husband, H376 and a man H376 find H4672 her in the city, H5892 and lie H7901 with H5973 her;
24 Then ye shall bring them both out H3318 H853 H8147 unto H413 the gate H8179 of that H1931 city, H5892 and ye shall stone H5619 them with stones H68 that they die; H4191 H853 the damsel, H5291 because H5921 H1697 H834 she cried H6817 not, H3808 being in the city; H5892 and the man, H376 because H5921 H1697 H834 he hath humbled H6031 H853 his neighbor's H7453 wife: H802 so thou shalt put away H1197 evil H7451 from among H4480 H7130 you.
25 But if H518 a man H376 find H4672 H853 a betrothed H781 damsel H5291 in the field, H7704 and the man H376 force H2388 her , and lie H7901 with H5973 her : then the man H376 only H905 that H834 lay H7901 with H5973 her shall die: H4191
26 But unto the damsel H5291 thou shalt do H6213 nothing H3808 H1697 ; there is in the damsel H5291 no H369 sin H2399 worthy of death: H4194 for H3588 as H834 when a man H376 riseth H6965 against H5921 his neighbor, H7453 and slayeth H7523 H5315 him , even so H3651 is this H2088 matter: H1697
27 For H3588 he found H4672 her in the field, H7704 and the betrothed H781 damsel H5291 cried, H6817 and there was none H369 to save H3467 her.
28 If H3588 a man H376 find H4672 a damsel H5291 that is a virgin, H1330 which H834 is not H3808 betrothed, H781 and lay hold H8610 on her , and lie H7901 with H5973 her , and they be found; H4672
29 Then the man H376 that lay H7901 with H5973 her shall give H5414 unto the damsel's H5291 father H1 fifty H2572 shekels of silver, H3701 and she shall be H1961 his wife; H802 because H8478 H834 he hath humbled H6031 her , he may H3201 not H3808 put her away H7971 all H3605 his days. H3117
30 A man H376 shall not H3808 take H3947 H853 his father's H1 wife, H802 nor H3808 discover H1540 his father's H1 skirt. H3671
