Jeremiah 8:1 (URV) Urdu Old BSI Version

1 خداوند فرماتا ہے کہ اُس وقت وہ یہوداہ کے بادشاہوں اور اُسکے سرداروں اور کاہنوں اور نبیوں اور یروشیلم کے باشندوں کی ہڈیاں اُنکی قبروں سے نکال لائینگے ۔
2 اور اُنکو سُورج اور چاند اور تمام اجرام فلک کے سامنے جنکو وہ دوست رکھتے اور جنکی خدمت و پیروی کرتے تھے جن سے وہ صلاح لیتے تھے اور جنکو سجدہ کرتے تھے بچھا ئینگے ۔ وہ نہ جمع کی جائینگی نہ دفن ہونگی بلکہ رُویِ زمین پر کھاوبنینگی ۔
3 اور وہ سب لوگ جو اِس بُرے گھرانے میں سے باقی بچ رہینگے اُن سب مکانوں میں جہاں جہاں میں اُنکو ہانک دُوں موت کو زندگی سے زیادہ چاہینگے ربُّ الافوج فرماتا ہے۔
4 اور تو اُن سے کہدے کہ خداوند ےُوں فرماتا ہے کیا لوگ گر کر پھر نہیں اُٹھتے ؟ کیا کوئی برگشتہ ہو کر واپس نہیں آتا؟۔
5 پھر یروشیلم کے یہ لوگ کیوں ہمیشہ کی برگشتگی پر اڑے ہیں؟ وہ مکر سے لپٹے رہتے ہیں اور واپس آنے سے اِنکار کرتے ہیں۔
6 میں نے کان لگایا اور سُنا ۔ اُنکی باتیں ٹھیک نہیں ۔ کسی نے اپنی بُرائی سے توبہ کرکے نہیں کہا کہ میں نے کیا کِیا ؟ ہر ایک اپنی راہ کو پھرتا ہے جِس طرح گھوڑا لڑائی میں سرپٹ دَوڑتا ہے۔
7 ہاں ہوائی لقلق اپنے مُقررہ وقتوں کو جانتا ہے اور قمری اور ابابیل اور کُلنگ اپنے آنے کا وقت پہچان لیتے ہیں لیکن میرے لوگ خداوند کے احکام کو نہیں پہچانتے ۔
8 تم کیونکر کہتے ہو کہ ہم تو دانشمند ہیں اور خداوند کی شریعت ہمارے پاس ہے ؟ لیکن دیکھ لکھنے والوں کے باطل قلم نے بطالت پیدا کی ہے۔
9 دانشمند شرمندہ ہوئے ۔ وہ حیران ہُوئے اور پکڑے گئے ۔ دیکھ اُنہوں نے خداوند کے کلام کو رّد کیا۔ اُن میں کیسی دانائی ہے؟۔
10 پس میں اُنکی بیویاں اور وں کو اُنکے کھیت اُنکو دُونگا جو اُن پر قابض ہونگے کیونکہ وہ سب چھوٹے سے بڑے تک لالچی ہیں اور نبی سے کاہن تک ہر ایک دغا باز ہے۔
11 اور وہ میری بنتِ قوم کے زخم کو یوُں ہی سلامتی سلامتی کہکر اچھّا کرتے ہیں حالانکہ سلامتی نہیں ہے۔
12 کیا وہ اپنے مکُروہ کاموں کے سبب سے شرمندہ ہُوے ؟ وہ ہرگز شرمندہ نہ ہُوئے بلکہ وہ لجائے تک نہیں ۔ اِس واسطے وہ گرنے والوں کے ساتھ گرینگے ۔ خداوند فرماتا ہے جب اُنکو سزا ملیگی تو پست ہو جا ئینگے ۔
13 خداوند فرماتا ہے کہ میں اُنکو بِالکل فنا کُرونگا ۔ نہ تاک میں انگور لگینگے اور نہ انجیر کے درخت میں اِنجیر بلکہ پتے بھی سُوکھ جائینگے اور جو کچھ میں نے اُنکو دِیا جاتا رہیگا ۔
14 ہم کیوں چُپ چاپ بیٹھے ہیں؟ آؤ اِکٹھے ہو کر مُحکم شہروں میں بھاگ چلیں اور وہاں چُپ ہو رہیں کیونکہ خداوند ہمارے خدانے ہم کو چُپ کرایا اور ہم کو اِندراین کاپانی پینے کو دیا ہے۔ اِسلئے کہ ہم خداوند کے گُنہگار ہیں۔
15 سلامتی کا اِنتظار تھا پر کچھ فائدہ نہ ہوا اور شفا کے وقت کر پر دیکھو دہشت !۔
16 اُسکے جنگی گھوڑوں کے غرانے کی آواز دانؔ سے سُنائی دیتی ہے ۔ اُسکے جنگی گھوڑوں کے ہنہنانے کی آواز سے تمام زمین کانپ گئی کیونکہ وہ آپہنچے ہیں اور زمین کو اور سب کچھ جو اُس میں ہے اور شہر کو بھی اُسکے باشندوں سمیت کھا جائینگے ۔
17 کیونکہ خداوند فرماتا ہے دیکھو میں تمہارے درمیان سانپ اور افعی بھیجو نگا جِن پر منترکار گر نہ ہوگا اور وہ تمکو کاٹینگے ۔
18 کاشکہ میں غم سے تسلی پاتا ! میرا دِل مجھ میں سُست ہوگیا ۔
19 دیکھ میری بنتِ قوم کے نالہ کی آواز دُور کے ملک سے آتی ہے۔ کیا خداوند صیوُّن میں نہیں ؟ کیا اُسکا بادشاہ اُس میں نہیں ؟ اُنہوں نے کیوں اپنی تراشی ہُوئی مُورتوں سے بیگانہ معبودوں سے مجھکو غضبناک کیا ؟۔
20 فصل کاٹنے کا وقت گذرا ۔ گرمی کے ایام تمام ہُوئے اور ہم نے رہائی نہیں پائی۔
21 اپنی بنت قوم کی شکستگی کے سبب سے میں شکستہ حال ہُوا ۔ میں کُڑھتا رہتا ہوں ۔ حیرت نے مجھے دبا لیا ۔
22 کیا جِلعاد ؔ میں روغن بلسان نہیں ہے؟ کیا وہاں کوئی طبیب نہیں؟ میری بنتِ قوم کیوں شفا نہیں پاتی ؟۔

2 And they shall spread H7849 them before the sun H8121 , and the moon H3394 , and all H3605 WL-CMS the host H6635 of heaven H8064 D-NMD , whom H834 RPRO they have loved H157 , and whom H834 RPRO they have served H5647 , and after H310 whom H834 RPRO they have walked H1980 VQQ3MP , and whom H834 RPRO they have sought H1875 , and whom H834 RPRO they have worshiped H7812 : they shall not H3808 NADV be gathered H622 , nor H3808 W-NADV be buried H6912 VNY3MP ; they shall be H1961 VQY3MP for dung H1828 upon H5921 PREP the face H6440 CMP of the earth H127 D-NFS .
3 And death H4194 NMS shall be chosen H977 rather than life H2416 by all H3605 the residue H7611 of them that remain H7604 of H4480 PREP this H2063 D-DFS evil H7451 D-AFS family H4940 , which remain H7604 in all H3605 B-CMS the places H4725 whither H834 RPRO I have driven H5080 them , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 EDS of hosts H6635 .
4 Moreover thou shalt say H559 unto H413 PREP-3MP them , Thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the LORD H3068 EDS ; Shall they fall H5307 , and not H3808 W-NPAR arise H6965 VQY3MP ? shall he turn away H7725 VQY3MS , and not H3808 W-NPAR return H7725 VQY3MS ?
5 Why H4069 IPRO then is this H2088 D-PMS people H5971 of Jerusalem H3389 slid back H7725 by a perpetual H5329 backsliding H4878 ? they hold fast H2388 deceit H8649 , they refuse H3985 to return H7725 .
6 I hearkened H7181 and heard H8085 , but they spoke H1696 VPY3MP not H3808 aright H3651 ADV : no H369 NPAR man H376 NMS repented H5162 him of H5921 PREP his wickedness H7451 , saying H559 L-VQFC , What H4100 IPRO have I done H6213 VQQ1MS ? every one H3605 turned H7725 VQQ3MS to his course H4794 , as the horse H5483 rusheth H7857 into the battle H4421 .
7 Yea H1571 CONJ , the stork H2624 NFS in the heaven H8064 BD-NMP knoweth H3045 her appointed times H4150 ; and the turtle H8449 and the crane H5483 and the swallow H5693 observe H8104 the time H6256 NMS of their coming H935 ; but my people H5971 know H3045 not H3808 NADV the judgment H4941 CMS of the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
8 How H349 do ye say H559 VQY2MP , We H587 PPRO-1MP are wise H2450 AMP , and the law H8451 of the LORD H3068 EDS is with H854 PREP-1MP us ? Lo H2009 IJEC , certainly H403 ADV in vain H8267 made H6213 VQQ3MS he it ; the pen H5842 of the scribes H5608 is in vain H8267 NMS .
9 The wise H2450 AMP men are ashamed H954 , they are dismayed H2865 VQQ3MP and taken H3920 : lo H2009 IJEC , they have rejected H3988 the word H1697 of the LORD H3068 EDS ; and what H4100 IPRO wisdom H2451 is in them ?
10 Therefore H3651 L-ADV will I give H5414 VQY1MS their wives H802 unto others H312 , and their fields H7704 to them that shall inherit H3423 them : for H3588 CONJ every one H3605 from the least H6996 even unto H5704 W-PREP the greatest H1419 AMS is given to covetousness H1214 , from the prophet H5030 even unto H5704 W-PREP the priest H3548 every one H3605 dealeth H6213 VQPMS falsely H8267 .
11 For they have healed H7495 the hurt H7667 of the daughter H1323 CFS of my people H5971 slightly H7043 , saying H559 L-VQFC , Peace H7965 NMS , peace H7965 NMS ; when there is no H369 W-NPAR peace H7965 .
12 Were they ashamed H954 when H3588 CONJ they had committed H6213 VQQ3MP abomination H8441 ? nay H1571 CONJ , they were not H3808 ADV at all ashamed H954 , neither H3808 NADV could H3045 VQQ3MP they blush H3637 : therefore H3651 L-ADV shall they fall H5307 among them that fall H5307 : in the time H6256 of their visitation H6486 they shall be cast down H3782 , saith H559 VQQ3MS the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
13 I will surely consume H5486 them , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS : there shall be no H369 NPAR grapes H6025 on the vine H1612 , nor H369 W-NPAR figs H8384 on the fig tree H8384 , and the leaf H5929 shall fade H5034 ; and the things that I have given H5414 them shall pass away H5674 from them .
14 Why H4100 IGAT do we H587 PPRO-1MP sit H3427 still ? assemble yourselves H622 , and let us enter H935 into H413 PREP the defensed H4013 cities H5892 , and let us be silent H1826 there H8033 : for H3588 CONJ the LORD H3068 EDS our God H430 hath put us to silence H1826 , and given us water H4325 of gall H7219 CMS to drink H8248 , because H3588 CONJ we have sinned H2398 against the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
15 We looked H6960 for peace H7965 , but no H369 W-NPAR good H2896 AMS came ; and for a time H6256 L-CMS of health H4832 , and behold H2009 IJEC trouble H1205 !
16 The snorting H5170 of his horses H5483 was heard H8085 VQY1MP from Dan H1835 : the whole H3605 NMS land H776 D-GFS trembled H7493 at the sound H6963 of the neighing H4684 of his strong ones H47 ; for they are come H935 , and have devoured H398 the land H776 GFS , and all H4393 that is in it ; the city H5892 GFS , and those that dwell H3427 therein .
17 For H3588 CONJ , behold H2009 , I will send H7971 serpents H5175 , cockatrices H6848 , among you , which H834 RPRO will not H369 NPAR be charmed H3908 , and they shall bite H5391 you , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
18 When I would comfort H4010 myself against H5921 PREP sorrow H3015 , my heart H3820 NMS-1MS is faint H1742 in H5921 PREP-1MS me .
19 Behold H2009 IJEC the voice H6963 CMS of the cry H7775 of the daughter H1323 CFS of my people H5971 because of them that dwell in a far H4801 country H776 M-NFS : Is not H369 NPAR the LORD H3068 in Zion H6726 ? is not H369 NPAR her king H4428 in her ? Why H4069 IPRO have they provoked me to anger H3707 with their graven images H6456 , and with strange H5236 vanities H1892 ?
20 The harvest H7105 NMS is past H5674 VQQ3MS , the summer H7019 is ended H3615 VQQ3MS , and we H587 are not H3808 saved H3467 .
21 For H5921 PREP the hurt H7667 of the daughter H1323 CFS of my people H5971 am I hurt H7665 ; I am black H6937 ; astonishment H8047 hath taken hold H2388 on me .
22 Is there no H369 NPAR balm H6875 in Gilead H1568 ; is there no H369 NPAR physician H7495 there H8033 ADV ? why H4069 IPRO then H3588 CONJ is not H3808 NADV the health H724 of the daughter H1323 CFS of my people H5971 recovered H5927 ?
