ERVKN   ಒಟ್ಟು ಇನ್ನೂರ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಮಂದಿ ಪವಿತ್ರಗುಡಾರದ ಬಾಗಿಲನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಆರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರ ಹೆಸರುಗಳು ವಂಶದ ಚರಿತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ದಾವೀದನೂ ದೇವರ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಾದ ಸಮುವೇಲನೂ ಇವರನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಇವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
