28 ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನನು ಮೌನವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯೆಂದು ಎಣಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವನು; ತನ್ನ ತುಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಗಿ ಹಿಡಿಯುವವನು ವಿವೇಕಿಯೆಂದು ಅನ್ನಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.
