ORV   ତେଣୁ ଏହି କୁଷ୍ଠୀମାନେ ଆସି ନଗରର ଦ୍ବାରୀକୁ ଡାକି କହିଲେ। ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଜଣାଇ କହିଲେ, "ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଅରାମୀଯ ଛାଉଣୀକୁ ୟାଇଥିଲୁ ଏବଂ ସଠାେରେ କାହାକୁ ପାଇଲୁ ନାହିଁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ କୌଣସି ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ବିଷଯ ରେ ଶୁଣିଲୁ ନାହିଁ। କୌଣସି ମଣିଷ ନଥିଲେ, କାହାରି ଶଦ୍ଦ ଶୁଣିଲୁ ନାହିଁ। ଅଶ୍ବ ଗର୍ଦ୍ଦଭ ସଠାେରେ ବନ୍ଧା ହାଇେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି ତମ୍ବୁଗୁଡିକ ସହେିପରି ଅଛି।"

ERVTA   எனவே தொழுநோயாளிகள் வந்து வாயில் காவலரை அழைத்தனர். அவர்களிடம், "நாங்கள் ஆராமியர்களின் முகாமிற்குச் சென்றோம். அங்கே மனிதர்களும் யாரும் இல்லை. குதிரைகளும் கழுதைகளும் கட்டப்பட்டுள்ளன. கூடாரங்களும் அங்கு உள்ளன. ஆனால் மனிதர்கள் யாரும் இல்லை" என்றனர்.

ERVTE   తరువాత కుష్ఠరోగులు వచ్చి, నగర ద్వారపాలకులతో చెప్పారు: “మేము సిరియావారి శిబిరాలకు వెళ్లాము. కాని మేము ఎవ్వరి గొంతు వినలేదు. అక్కడ ఎవ్వరూ లేరు. గుర్రాలు గాడిదలు ఇంకా కట్టివేయబడివున్నాయి. గుడారాలు అలాగేవున్నాయి. కాని మనుష్యులందురూ వెళ్లిపోయారు.”

ERVKN   ಕುಷ್ಠರೋಗಿಗಳು ನಗರದ ಬಾಗಿಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ದ್ವಾರಪಾಲಕರನ್ನು ಕರೆದು, “ನಾವು ಅರಾಮ್ಯರ ಪಾಳೆಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದೆವು. ಆದರೆ ನಾವು ಜನರ ಧ್ವನಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರ ಸುಳಿವಿಲ್ಲ. ಕುದುರೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಹೇಸರಕತ್ತೆಗಳು ಕಟ್ಟಿಹಾಕಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಇವೆ. ಗುಡಾರಗಳಿನ್ನೂ ಯಥಾಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸೈನಿಕರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
