ERVTA   அம்மோனியர்கள் 32,000 இரதங்களை வாங்கினார்கள். அவர்கள் மாக்காவின் அரசுக்கு அதனுடைய படைகள் வந்து உதவுவதற்காகப் பணம் செலுத்தினர். மாக்காவின் அரசின் ஆட்களும் வந்து மேதேபாவுக்கு அருகில் பாசறை அமைத்தனர். அம்மோனியர்கள் தம் நகரங்களை விட்டு வெளியே வந்து போருக்கு தயாரானார்கள்.

ERVTE   అమ్మోనీయులు ముప్పది రెండువేల రథాలను కొన్నారు. వారు మయకా రాజుకు, అతని సైన్యానికి కొంత సొమ్ము చెల్లించి వారి సహాయాన్ని కూడ అర్థించారు. మయకా రాజు, అతని సైనికులు వచ్చి మెదెబా పట్టణం వద్ద గుడారాలు వేశారు. అమ్మోనీయులు తమ పట్టణాల నుండి బయటకు వచ్చి యుద్ధానికి సిద్ధమయ్యారు.
KNV   ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಅವರು ಮೂವತ್ತೆರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ರಥಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮಾಕದ ಅರಸನನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಜನರನ್ನೂ ಕೂಲಿಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡರು. ಇವರು ಬಂದು ಮೇದೆಬ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಂಡಿಳಿದರು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅಮ್ಮೋ ನಿಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಯುದ್ಥಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರು.
ERVKN   ಹೀಗೆ ಅಮ್ಮೋನಿಯರು ಮೂವತ್ತೆರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ರಥಗಳಿಂದ ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಸಜ್ಜಾದರು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಮಾಕಾದ ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಅವನ ಸೈನ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಹಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಮಾಡಿದರು. ಮಾಕದ ಅರಸನೂ ಅವನ ಸೈನಿಕರೂ ಬಂದು ಮೇದೆಬ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಬಳಿ ಪಾಳೆಯ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಇತ್ತ ಅಮ್ಮೋನಿಯರೂ ಯುದ್ಧಸನ್ನದ್ಧರಾದರು.
