unto
him,
Sir,
thou
hast
nothing
to
draw
with,
and
the
well
is
deep:
from
whence
then
hast
thou
that
living
water?
12
Art
thou
greater
than
our
father
Jacob,
which
gave
us
the
well,
and
drank
thereof
himself,
and
his
children,
and
his
cattle?
13
Jesus
answered
and
said
unto
her,
Whosoever
drinketh
of
this
water
shall
thirst
again:
14
But
whosoever
drinketh
of
the
water
that
I
shall
give
him
shall
never
thirst;
but
the
water
that
I
shall
give
him
shall
be
in
him
a
well
of
water
springing
up
into
everlasting
life.
15
The
woman
saith
unto
him,
Sir,
give
me
this
water,
that
I
thirst
not,
neither
come
hither
to
draw.
16
Jesus
saith
unto
her,
Go,
call
thy
husband,
and
come
hither.
17
The
woman
answered
and
said,
I
have
no
husband.
Jesus
said
unto
her,
Thou
hast
well
said,
I
have
no
husband:
18
For
thou
hast
had
five
husbands;
and
he
whom
thou
now
hast
is
not
thy
husband:
in
that
saidst
thou
truly.
19
The
woman
saith
unto
him,
Sir,
I
perceive
that
thou
art
a
prophet.
20
Our
fathers
worshipped
in
this
mountain;
and
ye
say,
that
in
Jerusalem
is
the
place
where
men
ought
to
worship.
21
Jesus
saith
unto
her,
Woman,
believe
me,
the
hour
cometh,
when
ye
shall
neither
in
this
mountain,
nor
yet
at
Jerusalem,
worship
the
Father.
22
Ye
worship
ye
know
not
what:
we
know
what
we
worship:
for
salvation
is
of
the
Jews.
23
But
the
hour
cometh,
and
now
is,
when
the
true
worshippers
shall
worship
the
Father
in
spirit
and
in
truth:
for
the
Father
seeketh
such
to
worship
him.
24
God
is
a
Spirit:
and
they
that
worship
him
must
worship
him
in
spirit
and
in
truth.
25
The
woman
saith
unto
him,
I
know
that
Messias
cometh,
which
is
called
Christ:
when
he
is
come,
he
will
tell
us
all
things.
26
Jesus
saith
unto
her,
I
that
speak
unto
thee
am
he.
27
And
upon
this
came
his
disciples,
and
marvelled
that
he
talked
with
the
woman:
yet
no
man
said,
What
seekest
thou?
or,
Why
talkest
thou
with
her?
28
The
woman
then
left
her
waterpot,
and
went
her
way
into
the
city,
and
saith
to
the
men,
29
Come,
see
a
man,
which
told
me
all
things
that
ever
I
did:
is
not
this
the
Christ?
30
Then
they
went
out
of
the
city,
and
came
unto
him.
31
In
the
mean
while
his
disciples
prayed
him,
saying,
Master,
eat.
32
But
he
said
unto
them,
I
have
meat
to
eat
that
ye
know
not
of.
33
Therefore
said
the
disciples
one
to
another,
Hath
any
man
brought
him
ought
to
eat?
34
Jesus
saith
unto
them,
My
meat
is
to
do
the
will
of
him
that
sent
me,
and
to
finish
his
work.
35
Say
not
ye,
There
are
yet
four
months,
and
then
cometh
harvest?
behold,
I
say
unto
you,
Lift
up
your
eyes,
and
look
on
the
fields;
for
they
are
white
already
to
harvest.
36
And
he
that
reapeth
receiveth
wages,
and
gathereth
fruit
unto
life
eternal:
that
both
he
that
soweth
and
he
that
reapeth
may
rejoice
together.
37
And
herein
is
that
saying
true,
One
soweth,
and
another
reapeth.
38
I
sent
you
to
reap
that
whereon
ye
bestowed
no
labour:
other
men
laboured,
and
ye
are
entered
into
their
labours.
39
And
many
of
the
Samaritans
of
that
city
believed
on
him
for
the
saying
of
the
woman,
which
testified,
He
told
me
all
that
ever
I
did.
40
So
when
the
Samaritans
were
come
unto
him,
they
besought
him
that
he
would
tarry
with
them:
and
he
abode
there
two
days.
41
And
many
more
believed
because
of
his
own
word;
42
And
said
unto
the
woman,
Now
we
believe,
not
because
of
thy
saying:
for
we
have
heard
him
ourselves,
and
know
that
this
is
indeed
the
Christ,
the
Saviour
of
the
world.
43
Now
after
two
days
he
departed
thence,
and
went
into
Galilee.
44
For
Jesus
himself
testified,
that
a
prophet
hath
no
honour
in
his
own
country.
45
Then
when
he
was
come
into
Galilee,
the
Galilaeans
received
him,
having
seen
all
the
things
that
he
did
at
Jerusalem
at
the
feast:
for
they
also
went
unto
the
feast.
46
So
Jesus
came
again
into
Cana
of
Galilee,
where
he
made
the
water
wine.
And
there
was
a
certain
nobleman,
whose
son
was
sick
at
Capernaum.
47
When
he
heard
that
Jesus
was
come
out
of
Judaea
into
Galilee,
he
went
unto
him,
and
besought
him
that
he
would
come
down,
and
heal
his
son:
for
he
was
at
the
point
of
death.
48
Then
said
Jesus
unto
him,
Except
ye
see
signs
and
wonders,
ye
will
not
believe.
49
The
nobleman
saith
unto
him,
Sir,
come
down
ere
my
child
die.
50
Jesus
saith
unto
him,
Go
thy
way;
thy
son
liveth.
And
the
man
believed
the
word
that
Jesus
had
spoken
unto
him,
and
he
went
his
way.
51
And
as
he
was
now
going
down,
his
servants
met
him,
and
told
him,
saying,
Thy
son
liveth.
52
Then
enquired
he
of
them
the
hour
when
he
began
to
amend.
And
they
said
unto
him,
Yesterday
at
the
seventh
hour
the
fever
left
him.
53
So
the
father
knew
that
it
was
at
the
same
hour,
in
the
which
Jesus
said
unto
him,
Thy
son
liveth:
and
himself
believed,
and
his
whole
house.
54
This
is
again
the
second
miracle
that
Jesus
did,
when
he
was
come
out
of
Judaea
into
Galilee.

G1163
worship
G4352
him
in
G1722
spirit
G4151
and
G2532
in
truth.
G225
25
The
G3588
woman
G1135
saith
G3004
unto
him,
G846
I
know
G1492
that
G3754
Messiah
G3323
cometh,
G2064
which
is
called
G3004
Christ:
G5547
when
G3752
he
G1565
is
come,
G2064
he
will
tell
G312
us
G2254
all
things.
G3956
26
Jesus
G2424
saith
G3004
unto
her,
G846
I
G1473
that
speak
G2980
unto
thee
G4671
am
G1510
he.
27
And
G2532
upon
G1909
this
G5129
came
G2064
his
G846
disciples,
G3101
and
G2532
marveled
G2296
that
G3754
he
talked
G2980
with
G3326
the
woman:
G1135
yet
G3305
no
man
G3762
said,
G2036
What
G5101
seekest
G2212
thou?
or,
G2228
Why
G5101
talkest
G2980
thou
with
G3326
her
G846
?
28
The
G3588
woman
G1135
then
G3767
left
G863
her
G848
waterpot,
G5201
and
G2532
went
her
way
G565
into
G1519
the
G3588
city,
G4172
and
G2532
saith
G3004
to
the
G3588
men,
G444
29
Come
G1205
,
see
G1492
a
man,
G444
which
G3739
told
G2036
me
G3427
all
things
G3956
that
ever
G3745
I
did:
G4160
is
G2076
not
G3385
this
G3778
the
G3588
Christ
G5547
?
30
Then
G3767
they
went
G1831
out
of
G1537
the
G3588
city,
G4172
and
G2532
came
G2064
unto
G4314
him.
G846
31
G1161
In
G1722
the
G3588
mean
while
G3342
his
disciples
G3101
prayed
G2065
him,
G846
saying,
G3004
Master,
G4461
eat.
G5315
32
But
G1161
he
G3588
said
G2036
unto
them,
G846
I
G1473
have
G2192
meat
G1035
to
eat
G5315
that
G3739
ye
G5210
know
G1492
not
G3756
of.
33
Therefore
G3767
said
G3004
the
G3588
disciples
G3101
one
to
another
G240
G4314
,
Hath
any
man
G3387
brought
G5342
him
G846
aught
to
eat
G5315
?
34
Jesus
G2424
saith
G3004
unto
them,
G846
My
G1699
meat
G1033
is
G2076
to
G2443
do
G4160
the
G3588
will
G2307
of
him
that
sent
G3992
me,
G3165
and
G2532
to
finish
G5048
his
G846
work.
G2041
35
Say
G3004
not
G3756
ye,
G5210
There
are
G2076
yet
G2089
four
months,
G5072
and
G2532
then
cometh
G2064
harvest
G2326
?
behold,
G2400
I
say
G3004
unto
you,
G5213
Lift
up
G1869
your
G5216
eyes,
G3788
and
G2532
look
on
G2300
the
G3588
fields;
G5561
for
G3754
they
are
G1526
white
G3022
already
G2235
to
G4314
harvest.
G2326
36
And
G2532
he
that
reapeth
G2325
receiveth
G2983
wages,
G3408
and
G2532
gathereth
G4863
fruit
G2590
unto
G1519
life
G2222
eternal:
G166
that
G2443
both
G2532
he
that
soweth
G4687
and
G2532
he
that
reapeth
G2325
may
rejoice
G5463
together.
G3674
37
And
G1063
herein
G1722
G5129
is
G2076
that
saying
G3056
true,
G228
One
G243
soweth,
G4687
and
G2532
another
G243
reapeth.
G2325
38
I
G1473
sent
G649
you
G5209
to
reap
G2325
that
whereon
G3739
ye
G5210
bestowed
no
labor
G2872
G3756
:
other
men
G243
labored,
G2872
and
G2532
ye
G5210
are
entered
G1525
into
G1519
their
G846
labors.
G2873
39
And
G1161
many
G4183
of
the
G3588
Samaritans
G4541
of
G1537
that
G1565
city
G4172
believed
G4100
on
G1519
him
G846
for
G1223
the
G3588
saying
G3056
of
the
G3588
woman,
G1135
which
testified,
G3140
He
told
G2036
me
G3427
all
G3956
that
ever
G3745
I
did.
G4160
40
So
G3767
when
G5613
the
G3588
Samaritans
G4541
were
come
G2064
unto
G4314
him,
G846
they
besought
G2065
him
G846
that
he
would
tarry
G3306
with
G3844
them:
G846
and
G2532
he
abode
G3306
there
G1563
two
G1417
days.
G2250
41
And
G2532
many
G4183
more
G4119
believed
G4100
because
G1223
of
his
own
G846
word;
G3056
42
And
G5037
said
G3004
unto
the
G3588
woman,
G1135
Now
G3765
we
believe,
G4100
not
because
G1223
of
thy
G4674
saying:
G2981
for
G1063
we
have
heard
G191
him
ourselves,
G846
and
G2532
know
G1492
that
G3754
this
G3778
is
G2076
indeed
G230
the
G3588
Christ,
G5547
the
G3588
Savior
G4990
of
the
G3588
world.
G2889
43
Now
G1161
after
G3326
two
G1417
days
G2250
he
departed
G1831
thence,
G1564
and
G2532
went
G565
into
G1519
Galilee.
G1056
44
For
G1063
Jesus
G2424
himself
G846
testified,
G3140
that
G3754
a
prophet
G4396
hath
G2192
no
G3756
honor
G5092
in
G1722
his
own
G2398
country.
G3968
45
Then
G3767
when
G3753
he
was
come
G2064
into
G1519
Galilee,
G1056
the
G3588
Galilaeans
G1057
received
G1209
him,
G846
having
seen
G3708
all
the
things
G3956
that
G3739
he
did
G4160
at
G1722
Jerusalem
G2414
at
G1722
the
G3588
feast:
G1859
for
G1063
they
G846
also
G2532
went
G2064
unto
G1519
the
G3588
feast.
G1859
46
So
G3767
Jesus
G2424
came
G2064
again
G3825
into
G1519
Cana
G2580
of
Galilee,
G1056
where
G3699
he
made
G4160
the
G3588
water
G5204
wine.
G3631
And
G2532
there
was
G2258
a
certain
G5100
nobleman,
G937
whose
G3739
son
G5207
was
sick
G770
at
G1722
Capernaum.
G2584
47
When
he
G3778
heard
G191
that
G3754
Jesus
G2424
was
come
G2240
out
of
G1537
Judea
G2449
into
G1519
Galilee,
G1056
he
went
G565
unto
G4314
him,
G846
and
G2532
besought
G2065
him
G846
that
G2443
he
would
come
down,
G2597
and
G2532
heal
G2390
his
G846
son:
G5207
for
G1063
he
was
at
the
point
of
death
G3195
G599
.
48
Then
G3767
said
G2036
Jesus
G2424
unto
G4314
him,
G846
Except
G3362
ye
see
G1492
signs
G4592
and
G2532
wonders,
G5059
ye
will
not
G3364
believe.
G4100
49
The
G3588
nobleman
G937
saith
G3004
unto
G4314
him,
G846
Sir,
G2962
come
down
G2597
ere
G4250
my
G3450
child
G3813
die.
G599
50
Jesus
G2424
saith
G3004
unto
him,
G846
Go
thy
way;
G4198
thy
G4675
son
G5207
liveth.
G2198
And
G2532
the
G3588
man
G444
believed
G4100
the
G3588
word
G3056
that
G3739
Jesus
G2424
had
spoken
G2036
unto
him,
G846
and
G2532
he
went
his
way.
G4198
51
And
G1161
as
he
G846
was
now
G2235
going
down,
G2597
his
G846
servants
G1401
met
G528
him,
G846
and
G2532
told
G518
him,
saying,
G3004
Thy
G4675
son
G3816
liveth.
G2198
52
Then
G3767
inquired
G4441
he
of
G3844
them
G846
the
G3588
hour
G5610
when
G1722
G3739
he
began
to
amend
G2192
G2866
.
And
G2532
they
said
G2036
unto
him,
G846
Yesterday
G5504
at
the
seventh
G1442
hour
G5610
the
G3588
fever
G4446
left
G863
him.
G846
53
So
G3767
the
G3588
father
G3962
knew
G1097
that
G3754
it
was
at
G1722
the
same
G1565
hour,
G5610
in
G1722
the
which
G3739
Jesus
G2424
said
G2036
unto
him,
G846
Thy
G4675
son
G5207
liveth:
G2198
and
G2532
himself
G846
believed,
G4100
and
G2532
his
G846
whole
G3650
house.
G3614
54
This
G5124
is
again
G3825
the
second
G1208
miracle
G4592
that
Jesus
G2424
did,
G4160
when
he
was
come
G2064
out
of
G1537
Judea
G2449
into
G1519
Galilee.

1
When
therefore
the
Lord
knew
that
the
Pharisees
heard
that
Jesus
more
disciples
doth
make
and
baptize
than
John,
2
(though
indeed
Jesus
himself
was
not
baptizing,
but
his
disciples,)
3
he
left
Judea
and
went
away
again
to
Galilee,
4
and
it
was
behoving
him
to
go
through
Samaria.
5
He
cometh,
therefore,
to
a
city
of
Samaria,
called
Sychar,
near
to
the
place
that
Jacob
gave
to
Joseph
his
son;
6
and
there
was
there
a
well
of
Jacob.
Jesus
therefore
having
been
weary
from
the
journeying,
was
sitting
thus
on
the
well;
it
was
as
it
were
the
sixth
hour;
7
there
cometh
a
woman
out
of
Samaria
to
draw
water.
Jesus
saith
to
her,
`Give
me
to
drink;`
8
for
his
disciples
were
gone
away
to
the
city,
that
they
may
buy
victuals;
9
the
Samaritan
woman
therefore
saith
to
him,
`How
dost
thou,
being
a
Jew,
ask
drink
from
me,
being
a
Samaritan
woman?`
for
Jews
have
no
dealing
with
Samaritans.
10
Jesus
answered
and
said
to
her,
`If
thou
hadst
known
the
gift
of
God,
and
who
it
is
who
is
saying
to
thee,
Give
me
to
drink,
thou
wouldest
have
asked
him,
and
he
would
have
given
thee
living
water.`
11
The
woman
saith
to
him,
`Sir,
thou
hast
not
even
a
vessel
to
draw
with,
and
the
well
is
deep;
whence,
then,
hast
thou
the
living
water?
12
Art
thou
greater
than
our
father
Jacob,
who
did
give
us
the
well,
and
himself
out
of
it
did
drink,
and
his
sons,
and
his
cattle?`
13
Jesus
answered
and
said
to
her,
`Every
one
who
is
drinking
of
this
water
shall
thirst
again;
14
but
whoever
may
drink
of
the
water
that
I
will
give
him,
may
not
thirst
--
to
the
age;
and
the
water
that
I
will
give
him
shall
become
in
him
a
well
of
water,
springing
up
to
life
age-during.`
15
The
woman
saith
unto
him,
`Sir,
give
me
this
water,
that
I
may
not
thirst,
nor
come
hither
to
draw.`
16
Jesus
saith
to
her,
`Go,
call
thy
husband,
and
come
hither;`
17
the
woman
answered
and
said,
`I
have
not
a
husband.`
Jesus
saith
to
her,
`Well
didst
thou
say
--
A
husband
I
have
not;
18
for
five
husbands
thou
hast
had,
and,
now,
he
whom
thou
hast
is
not
thy
husband;
this
hast
thou
said
truly.`
19
The
woman
saith
to
him,
`Sir,
I
perceive
that
thou
art
a
prophet;
20
our
fathers
in
this
mountain
did
worship,
and
ye
--
ye
say
that
in
Jerusalem
is
the
place
where
it
behoveth
to
worship.`
21
Jesus
saith
to
her,
`Woman,
believe
me,
that
there
doth
come
an
hour,
when
neither
in
this
mountain,
nor
in
Jerusalem,
shall
ye
worship
the
Father;
22
ye
worship
what
ye
have
not
known;
we
worship
what
we
have
known,
because
the
salvation
is
of
the
Jews;
23
but,
there
cometh
an
hour,
and
it
now
is,
when
the
true
worshippers
will
worship
the
Father
in
spirit
and
truth,
for
the
Father
also
doth
seek
such
to
worship
him;
24
God
is
a
Spirit,
and
those
worshipping
Him,
in
spirit
and
truth
it
doth
behove
to
worship.`
25
The
woman
saith
to
him,
`I
have
known
that
Messiah
doth
come,
who
is
called
Christ,
when
that
one
may
come,
he
will
tell
us
all
things;`
26
Jesus
saith
to
her,
`I
am
he
,
who
am
speaking
to
thee.`
27
And
upon
this
came
his
disciples,
and
were
wondering
that
with
a
woman
he
was
speaking,
no
one,
however,
said,
`What
seekest
thou?`
or
`Why
speakest
thou
with
her?`
28
The
woman
then
left
her
water-jug,
and
went
away
to
the
city,
and
saith
to
the
men,
29
`Come,
see
a
man,
who
told
me
all
things
--
as
many
as
I
did;
is
this
the
Christ?`
30
They
went
forth
therefore
out
of
the
city,
and
were
coming
unto
him.
31
And
in
the
meanwhile
his
disciples
were
asking
him,
saying,
`Rabbi,
eat;`
32
and
he
said
to
them,
`I
have
food
to
eat
that
ye
have
not
known.`
33
The
disciples
then
said
one
to
another,
`Did
any
one
bring
him
anything
to
eat?`
34
Jesus
saith
to
them,
`My
food
is,
that
I
may
do
the
will
of
Him
who
sent
me,
and
may
finish
His
work;
35
do
not
say
that
it
is
yet
four
months,
and
the
harvest
cometh;
lo,
I
say
to
you,
Lift
up
your
eyes,
and
see
the
fields,
that
they
are
white
unto
harvest
already.
36
`And
he
who
is
reaping
doth
receive
a
reward,
and
doth
gather
fruit
to
life
age-during,
that
both
he
who
is
sowing
and
he
who
is
reaping
may
rejoice
together;
37
for
in
this
the
saying
is
the
true
one,
that
one
is
the
sower
and
another
the
reaper.
38
I
sent
you
to
reap
that
on
which
ye
have
not
laboured;
others
laboured,
and
ye
into
their
labour
have
entered.
39
And
from
that
city
many
believed
in
him,
of
the
Samaritans,
because
of
the
word
of
the
woman
testifying,
--
`He
told
me
all
things
--
as
many
as
I
did.`
40
When,
then,
the
Samaritans
came
unto
him,
they
were
asking
him
to
remain
with
them,
and
he
remained
there
two
days;
41
and
many
more
did
believe
because
of
his
word,
42
and
said
to
the
woman
--
`No
more
because
of
thy
speaking
do
we
believe;
for
we
ourselves
have
heard
and
known
that
this
is
truly
the
Saviour
of
the
world
--
the
Christ.`
43
And
after
the
two
days
he
went
forth
thence,
and
went
away
to
Galilee,
44
for
Jesus
himself
testified
that
a
prophet
in
his
own
country
shall
not
have
honour;
45
when
then,
he
came
to
Galilee,
the
Galileans
received
him,
having
seen
all
things
that
he
did
in
Jerusalem
in
the
feast
--
for
they
also
went
to
the
feast.
46
Jesus
came,
therefore,
again
to
Cana
of
Galilee,
where
he
made
the
water
wine,
and
there
was
a
certain
courtier,
whose
son
was
ailing
in
Capernaum,
47
he,
having
heard
that
Jesus
is
come
out
of
Judea
to
Galilee,
went
away
unto
him,
and
was
asking
him
that
he
may
come
down
and
may
heal
his
son,
for
he
was
about
to
die.
48
Jesus
then
said
unto
him,
`If
signs
and
wonders
ye
may
not
see,
ye
will
not
believe.`
49
The
courtier
saith
unto
him,
`Sir,
come
down
before
my
child
die;`
50
Jesus
saith
to
him,
`Be
going
on;
thy
son
doth
live.`
And
the
man
believed
the
word
that
Jesus
said
to
him,
and
was
going
on,
51
and
he
now
going
down,
his
servants
met
him,
and
told,
saying
--
`Thy
child
doth
live;`
52
he
inquired
then
of
them
the
hour
in
which
he
became
better,
and
they
said
to
him
--
`Yesterday
at
the
seventh
hour
the
fever
left
him;`
53
then
the
father
knew
that
it
was
in
that
hour
in
which
Jesus
said
to
him
--
`Thy
son
doth
live,`
and
he
himself
believed,
and
his
whole
house;
54
this
again
a
second
sign
did
Jesus,
having
come
out
of
Judea
to
Galilee.

19
The
woman
saith
unto
him,
Sir,
I

thou
art
a
prophet.
20
Our
fathers
worshipped
in
this
mountain;
and
ye
say,
that
in
Jerusalem
is
the
place
where
men
ought
to
worship.
21
Jesus
saith
unto
her,
Woman,
believe
me,
the
hour

when
neither
in
this
mountain,
nor

shall

22
Ye
worship

ye

not:
we

the
Jews.
23
But
the
hour

the
true

for
such
doth
the
Father
seek
to
be
his
worshippers.
24
God
is
a
Spirit:
and
they
that
worship
him
must
worship
in
spirit
and
truth.
25
The
woman
saith
unto
him,
I
know
that
Messiah
cometh
(he
that
is
called
Christ):
when
he
is
come,
he
will
declare
unto
us
all
things.
26
Jesus
saith
unto
her,
I
that
speak
unto
thee
am
he.
27
And
upon
this
came
his
disciples;
and
they
marvelled
that
he
was
speaking
with
a
woman;
yet
no
man
said,
What
seekest
thou?
or,
Why
speakest
thou
with
her?
28
So
the
woman
left
her
waterpot,
and
went
away
into
the
city,
and
saith
to
the
people,
29
Come,
see
a
man,
who
told
me
all
things
that
ever
I
did:
can
this
be
the
Christ?
30
They
went
out
of
the
city,
and
were
coming
to
him.
31
In
the
mean
while
the
disciples
prayed
him,
saying,
Rabbi,
eat.
32
But
he
said
unto
them,
I
have
meat
to
eat
that
ye
know
not.
33
The
disciples
therefore
said
one
to
another,
Hath
any
man
brought
him
aught
to
eat?
34
Jesus
saith
unto
them,
My
meat
is
to
do
the
will
of
him
that
sent
me,
and
to
accomplish
his
work.
35
Say
not
ye,
There
are
yet
four
months,
and
then
cometh
the
harvest?
behold,
I
say
unto
you,
Lift
up
your
eyes,
and
look
on
the
fields,
that
they
are
white
already
unto
harvest.
36
He
that
reapeth
receiveth
wages,
and
gathereth
fruit
unto
life
eternal;
that
he
that
soweth
and
he
that
reapeth
may
rejoice
together.
37
For
herein
is
the
saying
true,
One
soweth,
and
another
reapeth.
38
I
sent
you
to
reap
that
whereon
ye
have
not
labored:
others
have
labored,
and
ye
are
entered
into
their
labor.
39
And
from
that
city
many
of
the
Samaritans
believed
on
him
because
of
the
word
of
the
woman,
who
testified,
He
told
me
all
things
that
ever
I
did.
40
So
when
the
Samaritans
came
unto
him,
they
besought
him
to
abide
with
them:
and
he
abode
there
two
days.
41
And
many
more
believed
because
of
his
word;
42
and
they
said
to
the
woman,
Now
we
believe,
not
because
of
thy
speaking:
for
we
have
heard
for
ourselves,
and
know
that
this
is
indeed
the
Saviour
of
the
world.
43
And
after
the
two
days
he
went
forth
from
thence
into
Galilee.
44
For
Jesus
himself
testified,
that
a
prophet
hath
no
honor
in
his
own
country.
45
So
when
he
came
into
Galilee,
the
Galilaeans
received
him,
having
seen
all
the
things
that
he
did
in
Jerusalem
at
the

for
they
also

46
He
came
therefore
again
unto
Cana
of

where
he
made
the

And
there
was
a
certain
nobleman,
whose
son
was
sick
at
Capernaum.
47
When
he
heard
that
Jesus
was
come
out
of
Judaea
into
Galilee,
he
went
unto
him,
and
besought
him
that
he
would
come
down,
and
heal
his
son;
for
he
was
at
the
point
of
death.
48
Jesus
therefore
said
unto
him,
Except
ye
see
signs
and
wonders,
ye
will
in
no
wise
believe.
49
The
nobleman
saith
unto
him,
Sir,
come
down
ere
my
child
die.
50
Jesus
saith
unto
him,
Go
thy
way;
thy
son
liveth.
The
man
believed
the
word
that
Jesus
spake
unto
him,
and
he
went
his
way.
51
And
as
he
was
now
going
down,
his
servants
met
him,
saying,
that
his
son
lived.
52
So
he
inquired
of
them
the
hour
when
he
began
to
amend.
They
said
therefore
unto
him,
Yesterday
at
the
seventh
hour
the
fever
left
him.
53
So
the
father
knew
that
it
was
at
that
hour
in

Jesus
said
unto
him,
Thy
son
liveth:
and
himself
believed,
and
his
whole
house.
54
This
is
again
the
second
sign
that
Jesus
did,
having
come
out
of
Judaea
into
Galilee.

spirit,
and
those
who
worship
him
must
worship
in
spirit
and
truth."
25
The
woman
said
to
him,
"I
know
that
Messiah
comes,"
(he
who
is
called
Christ).
"When
he
has
come,
he
will
declare
to
us
all
things."
26
Jesus
said
to
her,
"I
am
he,
the
one
who
speaks
to
you."
27
At
this,
his
disciples
came.
They
marveled
that
he
was
speaking
with
a
woman;
yet
no
one
said,
"What
are
you
looking
for?"
or,
"Why
do
you
speak
with
her?"
28
So
the
woman
left
her
water
pot,
and
went
away
into
the
city,
and
said
to
the
people,
29
"Come,
see
a
man
who
told
me
everything
that
I
did.
Can
this
be
the
Christ?"
30
They
went
out
of
the
city,
and
were
coming
to
him.
31
In
the
meanwhile,
the
disciples
urged
him,
saying,
"Rabbi,
eat."
32
But
he
said
to
them,
"I
have
food
to
eat
that
you
don't
know
about."
33
The
disciples
therefore
said
one
to
another,
"Has
anyone
brought
him
something
to
eat?"
34
Jesus
said
to
them,
"My
food
is
to
do
the
will
of
him
who
sent
me,
and
to
accomplish
his
work.
35
Don't
you
say,
'There
are
yet
four
months
until
the
harvest?'
Behold,
I
tell
you,
lift
up
your
eyes,
and
look
at
the
fields,
that
they
are
white
for
harvest
already.
36
He
who
reaps
receives
wages,
and
gathers
fruit
to
eternal
life;
that
both
he
who
sows
and
he
who
reaps
may
rejoice
together.
37
For
in
this
the
saying
is
true,
'One
sows,
and
another
reaps.'
38
I
sent
you
to
reap
that
for
which
you
haven't
labored.
Others
have
labored,
and
you
have
entered
into
their
labor."
39
From
that
city
many
of
the
Samaritans
believed
in
him
because
of
the
word
of
the
woman,
who
testified,
"He
told
me
everything
that
I
did."
40
So
when
the
Samaritans
came
to
him,
they
begged
him
to
stay
with
them.
He
stayed
there
two
days.
41
Many
more
believed
because
of
his
word.
42
They
said
to
the
woman,
"Now
we
believe,
not
because
of
your
speaking;
for
we
have
heard
for
ourselves,
and
know
that
this
is
indeed
the
Christ,
the
Savior
of
the
world."
43
After
the
two
days
he
went
out
from
there
and
went
into
Galilee.
44
For
Jesus
himself
testified
that
a
prophet
has
no
honor
in
his
own
country.
45
So
when
he
came
into
Galilee,
the
Galileans
received
him,
having
seen
all
the
things
that
he
did
in
Jerusalem
at
the
feast,
for
they
also
went
to
the
feast.
46
Jesus
came
therefore
again
to
Cana
of
Galilee,
where
he
made
the
water
into
wine.
There
was
a
certain
nobleman
whose
son
was
sick
at
Capernaum.
47
When
he
heard
that
Jesus
had
come
out
of
Judea
into
Galilee,
he
went
to
him,
and
begged
him
that
he
would
come
down
and
heal
his
son,
for
he
was
at
the
point
of
death.
48
Jesus
therefore
said
to
him,
"Unless
you
see
signs
and
wonders,
you
will
in
no
way
believe."
49
The
nobleman
said
to
him,
"Sir,
come
down
before
my
child
dies."
50
Jesus
said
to
him,
"Go
your
way.
Your
son
lives."
The
man
believed
the
word
that
Jesus
spoke
to
him,
and
he
went
his
way.
51
As
he
was
now
going
down,
his
servants
met
him
and
reported,
saying
"Your
child
lives!"
52
So
he
inquired
of
them
the
hour
when
he
began
to
get
better.
They
said
therefore
to
him,
"Yesterday
at
the
seventh
hour,
the
fever
left
him."
53
So
the
father
knew
that
it
was
at
that
hour
in
which
Jesus
said
to
him,
"Your
son
lives."
He
believed,
as
did
his
whole
house.
54
This
is
again
the
second
sign
that
Jesus
did,
having
come
out
of
Judea
into
Galilee.

his

were
gone

The

saith
unto
him,
How
is

that
thou,
being
a
Jew,
askest
drink
of
me,
which
am
a
Samaritan
woman?
(For
Jews
have
no
dealings
with
Samaritans.)
10
Jesus
answered
and
said
unto
her,
If
thou

God,
and
who

Give

thou

saith
unto
him,
Sir,
thou

13
Jesus
answered
and
said
unto
her,

one
that
drinketh
of
this
water
shall
thirst
again:
14
but
whosoever
drinketh
of
the

the
water

a

Jesus
saith
unto
her,
Go,

husband,
and

The
woman
answered
and
said
unto
him,
I
have
no
husband.
Jesus
saith
unto
her,
Thou
saidst
well,
I
have
no
husband:
18
for
thou
hast
had
five
husbands;
and
he

thou
now
hast

this
hast
thou
said
truly.
19
The
woman
saith
unto
him,
Sir,
I
perceive
that
thou
art
a
prophet.
20
Our
fathers
worshipped
in
this
mountain;
and
ye
say,
that
in
Jerusalem
is
the
place
where
men
ought
to
worship.
21
Jesus
saith
unto
her,
Woman,
believe
me,
the
hour
cometh,
when
neither
in
this
mountain,
nor
in
Jerusalem,
shall
ye
worship
the
Father.
22
Ye
worship
that
which
ye
know
not:
we
worship
that
which
we
know:
for
salvation
is
from
the
Jews.
23
But
the
hour
cometh,
and
now
is,
when
the
true
worshippers
shall
worship
the
Father
in
spirit
and
truth:
for
such
doth
the
Father
seek
to
be
his
worshippers.
24
God
is
a
Spirit:
and
they
that
worship
him
must
worship
in
spirit
and
truth.
25
The
woman
saith
unto
him,
I
know
that
Messiah
cometh
(which
is
called
Christ):
when
he
is
come,
he
will
declare
unto
us
all
things.
26
Jesus
saith
unto
her,
I
that
speak
unto
thee
am
{cf15i
he}.
27
And
upon
this
came
his
disciples;
and
they
marveled
that
he
was
speaking
with
a
woman;
yet
no
man
said,
What
seekest
thou?
or,
Why
speakest
thou
with
her?
28
So
the
woman
left
her
waterpot,
and
went
away
into
the
city,
and
saith
to
the
men,
29
Come,
see
a
man,
which
told
me
all
things
that
{cf15i
ever}
I
did:
can
this
be
the

30
They
went
out
of
the
city,
and
were
coming
to
him.
31
In
the
mean
while
the
disciples
prayed
him,
saying,
Rabbi,
eat.
32
But
he
said
unto
them,
I
have
meat
to
eat
that
ye
know
not.
33
The
disciples
therefore
said
one
to
another,
Hath
any
man
brought
him
{cf15i
aught}
to
eat?
34
Jesus
saith
unto
them,
My
meat
is
to
do
the
will
of
him
that
sent
me,
and
to
accomplish
his
work.
35
Say
not
ye,
There

the

I
say
unto
you,
Lift

36
He

reapeth

wages,
and
gathereth
fruit
unto
life
eternal;
that
he
that
soweth
and
he
that
reapeth
may
rejoice

37
For
herein
is
the
saying
true,
One
soweth,
and
another
reapeth.
38
I
sent
you
to
reap
that
whereon
ye
have
not
laboured:
others
have
laboured,
and
ye
are
entered
into
their
labour.
39
And
from
that
city
many
of
the
Samaritans
believed
on
him
because
of
the
word
of
the
woman,
who
testified,
He
told
me
all
things
that
{cf15i
ever}
I
did.
40
So
when
the
Samaritans
came
unto
him,
they
besought
him
to
abide
with
them:
and
he
abode
there
two
days.
41
And
many
more
believed
because
of
his
word;
42
and
they
said
to

from
thence
into

For
Jesus
himself
testified,
that

49
The

saith
unto

50
Jesus

the
man
you
are
living
with
now
is
not
your
husband.
This
you
said
truthfully!"
19
The
woman
said
to
him,
"Sir,
I
see
that
you
are
a
prophet.
20
Our
fathers
worshiped
on
this
mountain,
and
you
people
say
that
the
place
where
people
must
worship
is
in
Jerusalem."
21
Jesus
said
to
her,
"Believe
me,
woman,
a
time
is
coming
when
you
will
worship
the
Father
neither
on
this
mountain
nor
in
Jerusalem.
22
You
people
worship
what
you
do
not
know.
We
worship
what
we
know,
because
salvation
is
from
the
Jews.
23
But
a
time
is
coming
and
now
is
here
when
the
true
worshipers
will
worship
the
Father
in
spirit
and
truth,
for
the
Father
seeks
such
people
to
be
his
worshipers.
24
God
is
spirit,
and
the
people
who
worship
him
must
worship
in
spirit
and
truth."
25
The
woman
said
to
him,
"I
know
that
Messiah
is
coming"
(the
one
called
Christ);
"whenever
he
comes,
he
will
tell
us
everything."
26
Jesus
said
to
her,
"I,
the
one
speaking
to
you,
am
he."
27
Now
at
that
very
moment
his
disciples
came
back.
They
were
shocked
because
he
was
speaking
with
a
woman.
However,
no
one
said,
"What
do
you
want?"
or
"Why
are
you
speaking
with
her?"
28
Then
the
woman
left
her
water
jar,
went
off
into
the
town
and
said
to
the
people,
29
"Come,
see
a
man
who
told
me
everything
I
ever
did.
Surely
he
can't
be
the
Messiah,
can
he?"
30
So
they
left
the
town
and
began
coming
to
him.
31
Meanwhile
the
disciples
were
urging
him,
"Rabbi,
eat
something."
32
But
he
said
to
them,
"I
have
food
to
eat
that
you
know
nothing
about."
33
So
the
disciples
began
to
say
to
one
another,
"No
one
brought
him
anything
to
eat,
did
they?"
34
Jesus
said
to
them,
"My
food
is
to
do
the
will
of
the
one
who
sent
me
and
to
complete
his
work.
35
Don't
you
say,
'There
are
four
more
months
and
then
comes
the
harvest?'
I
tell
you,
look
up
and
see
that
the
fields
are
already
white
for
harvest!
36
The
one
who
reaps
receives
pay
and
gathers
fruit
for
eternal
life,
so
that
the
one
who
sows
and
the
one
who
reaps
can
rejoice
together.
37
For
in
this
instance
the
saying
is
true,
'One
sows
and
another
reaps.'
38
I
sent
you
to
reap
what
you
did
not
work
for;
others
have
labored
and
you
have
entered
into
their
labor."
39
Now
many
Samaritans
from
that
town
believed
in
him
because
of
the
report
of
the
woman
who
testified,
"He
told
me
everything
I
ever
did."
40
So
when
the
Samaritans
came
to
him,
they
began
asking
him
to
stay
with
them.
He
stayed
there
two
days,
41
and
because
of
his
word
many
more
believed.
42
They
said
to
the
woman,
"No
longer
do
we
believe
because
of
your
words,
for
we
have
heard
for
ourselves,
and
we
know
that
this
one
really
is
the
Savior
of
the
world."
43
After
the
two
days
he
departed
from
there
to
Galilee.
44
(For
Jesus
himself
had
testified
that
a
prophet
has
no
honor
in
his
own
country.)
45
So
when
he
came
to
Galilee,
the
Galileans
welcomed
him
because
they
had
seen
all
the
things
he
had
done
in
Jerusalem
at
the
feast
(for
they
themselves
had
gone
to
the
feast).
46
Now
he
came
again
to
Cana
in
Galilee
where
he
had
made
the
water
wine.
In
Capernaum
there
was
a
certain
royal
official
whose
son
was
sick.
47
When
he
heard
that
Jesus
had
come
back
from
Judea
to
Galilee,
he
went
to
him
and
begged
him
to
come
down
and
heal
his
son,
who
was
about
to
die.
48
So
Jesus
said
to
him,
"Unless
you
people
see
signs
and
wonders
you
will
never
believe!"
49
"Sir,"
the
official
said
to
him,
"come
down
before
my
child
dies."
50
Jesus
told
him,
"Go
home;
your
son
will
live."
The
man
believed
the
word
that
Jesus
spoke
to
him,
and
set
off
for
home.
51
While
he
was
on
his
way
down,
his
slaves
met
him
and
told
him
that
his
son
was
going
to
live.
52
So
he
asked
them
the
time
when
his
condition
began
to
improve,
and
they
told
him,
"Yesterday
at
one
o'clock
in
the
afternoon
the
fever
left
him."
53
Then
the
father
realized
that
it
was
the
very
time
Jesus
had
said
to
him,
"Your
son
will
live,"
and
he
himself
believed
along
with
his
entire
household.
54
Jesus
did
this
as
his
second
miraculous
sign
when
he
returned
from
Judea
to
Galilee.

1
Jesus
learned
that
the
Pharisees
had
heard
the
report
that
he
was
making
and
baptizing
more
followers
than
John.
2
(But
really,
Jesus
himself
did
not
baptize
anyone;
his
followers
baptized
people
for
him.)
3
So
he
left
Judea
and
went
back
to
Galilee.
4
On
the
way
to
Galilee
he
had
to
go
through
the
country
of
Samaria.
5
In
Samaria
Jesus
came
to
the
town
called
Sychar,
which
is
near
the
field
that
Jacob
gave
to
his
son
Joseph.
6
Jacob's
well
was
there.
Jesus
was
tired
from
his
long
trip,
so
he
sat
down
beside
the
well.
It
was
about
noon.
7
A
Samaritan
woman
came
to
the
well
to
get
some
water,
and
Jesus
said
to
her,
"Please
give
me
a
drink."
8
This
happened
while
his
followers
were
in
town
buying
some
food.
9
The
woman
answered,
"I
am
surprised
that
you
ask
me
for
a
drink!
You
are
a
Jew
and
I
am
a
Samaritan
woman!"
(Jews
have
nothing
to
do
with
Samaritans.
)
10
Jesus
answered,
"You
don't
know
what
God
can
give
you.
And
you
don't
know
who
I
am,
the
one
who
asked
you
for
a
drink.
If
you
knew,
you
would
have
asked
me,
and
I
would
have
given
you
living
water."
11
The
woman
said,
"Sir,
where
will
you
get
that
living
water?
The
well
is
very
deep,
and
you
have
nothing
to
get
water
with.
12
Are
you
greater
than
our
ancestor
Jacob?
He
is
the
one
who
gave
us
this
well.
He
drank
from
it
himself,
and
his
sons
and
all
his
animals
drank
from
it
too."
13
Jesus
answered,
"Everyone
who
drinks
this
water
will
be
thirsty
again.
14
But
anyone
who
drinks
the
water
I
give
will
never
be
thirsty
again.
The
water
I
give
people
will
be
like
a
spring
flowing
inside
them.
It
will
bring
them
eternal
life."
15
The
woman
said
to
Jesus,
"Sir,
give
me
this
water.
Then
I
will
never
be
thirsty
again
and
won't
have
to
come
back
here
to
get
more
water."
16
Jesus
told
her,
"Go
get
your
husband
and
come
back."
17
The
woman
answered,
"But
I
have
no
husband."
Jesus
said
to
her,
"You
are
right
to
say
you
have
no
husband.
18
That's
because,
although
you
have
had
five
husbands,
the
man
you
live
with
now
is
not
your
husband.
That
much
was
the
truth."
19
The
woman
said,
"Sir,
I
can
see
that
you
are
a
prophet.
20
Our
fathers
worshiped
on
this
mountain.
But
you
Jews
say
that
Jerusalem
is
the
place
where
people
must
worship."
21
Jesus
said,
"Believe
me,
woman!
The
time
is
coming
when
you
will
not
have
to
be
in
Jerusalem
or
on
this
mountain
to
worship
the
Father.
22
You
Samaritans
worship
something
you
don't
understand.
We
Jews
understand
what
we
worship,
since
salvation
comes
from
the
Jews.
23
But
the
time
is
coming
when
the
true
worshipers
will
worship
the
Father
in
spirit
and
truth.
In
fact,
that
time
is
now
here.
And
these
are
the
kind
of
people
the
Father
wants
to
be
his
worshipers.
24
God
is
spirit.
So
the
people
who
worship
him
must
worship
in
spirit
and
truth."
25
The
woman
said,
"I
know
that
the
Messiah
is
coming."
(Messiah
is
the
one
called
Christ.
)
"When
he
comes,
he
will
explain
everything
to
us."
26
Then
Jesus
said,
"He
is
talking
to
you
nowI'm
the
Messiah."
27
Just
then
Jesus'
followers
came
back
from
town.
They
were
surprised
because
they
saw
Jesus
talking
with
a
woman.
But
none
of
them
asked,
"What
do
you
want?"
or
"Why
are
you
talking
with
her?"
28
Then
the
woman
left
her
water
jar
and
went
back
to
town.
She
told
the
people
there,
29
"A
man
told
me
everything
I
have
ever
done.
Come
see
him.
Maybe
he
is
the
Christ."
30
So
the
people
left
the
town
and
went
to
see
Jesus.
31
While
the
woman
was
in
town,
Jesus'
followers
were
begging
him,
"Teacher,
eat
something!"
32
But
Jesus
answered,
"I
have
food
to
eat
that
you
know
nothing
about."
33
So
the
followers
asked
themselves,
"Did
someone
already
bring
him
some
food?"
34
Jesus
said,
"My
food
is
to
do
what
the
one
who
sent
me
wants
me
to
do.
My
food
is
to
finish
the
work
that
he
gave
me
to
do.
35
When
you
plant,
you
always
say,
'Four
more
months
to
wait
before
we
gather
the
grain.'
But
I
tell
you,
open
your
eyes,
and
look
at
the
fields.
They
are
ready
for
harvesting
now.
36
Even
now,
the
people
who
harvest
the
crop
are
being
paid.
They
are
gathering
crops
for
eternal
life.
So
now
the
people
who
plant
can
be
happy
together
with
those
who
harvest.
37
It
is
true
when
we
say,
'One
person
plants,
but
another
person
harvests
the
crop.'
38
I
sent
you
to
harvest
a
crop
that
you
did
not
work
for.
Others
did
the
work,
and
you
get
the
profit
from
their
work."
39
Many
of
the
Samaritan
people
in
that
town
believed
in
Jesus.
They
believed
because
of
what
the
woman
had
told
them
about
him.
She
had
told
them,
"He
told
me
everything
I
have
ever
done."
40
The
Samaritans
went
to
Jesus.
They
begged
him
to
stay
with
them.
So
he
stayed
there
two
days.
41
Many
more
people
became
believers
because
of
the
things
he
said.
42
The
people
said
to
the
woman,
"First
we
believed
in
Jesus
because
of
what
you
told
us.
But
now
we
believe
because
we
heard
him
ourselves.
We
know
now
that
he
really
is
the
one
who
will
save
the
world."
43
Two
days
later
Jesus
left
and
went
to
Galilee.
44
(Jesus
had
said
before
that
a
prophet
is
not
respected
in
his
own
country.)
45
When
he
arrived
in
Galilee,
the
people
there
welcomed
him.
They
had
been
at
the
Passover
festival
in
Jerusalem
and
had
seen
everything
he
did
there.
46
Jesus
went
to
visit
Cana
in
Galilee
again.
Cana
is
where
he
had
changed
the
water
into
wine.
One
of
the
king's
important
officials
lived
in
the
city
of
Capernaum.
This
man's
son
was
sick.
47
The
man
heard
that
Jesus
had
come
from
Judea
and
was
now
in
Galilee.
So
he
went
to
Jesus
and
begged
him
to
come
to
Capernaum
and
heal
his
son,
who
was
almost
dead.
48
Jesus
said
to
him,
"You
people
must
see
miraculous
signs
and
wonders
before
you
will
believe
in
me."
49
The
king's
official
said,
"Sir,
come
before
my
little
son
dies."
50
Jesus
answered,
"Go.
Your
son
will
live."
The
man
believed
what
Jesus
told
him
and
went
home.
51
On
the
way
home
the
man's
servants
came
and
met
him.
They
said,
"Your
son
is
well."
52
The
man
asked,
"What
time
did
my
son
begin
to
get
well?"
They
answered,
"It
was
about
one
o'clock
yesterday
when
the
fever
left
him."
53
The
father
knew
that
one
o'clock
was
the
same
time
that
Jesus
had
said,
"Your
son
will
live."
So
the
man
and
everyone
in
his
house
believed
in
Jesus.
54
That
was
the
second
miraculous
sign
that
Jesus
did
after
coming
from
Judea
to
Galilee.
