2 נָשֹׂא אֶת־רֹאשׁ בְּנֵי קְהָת מִתּוֹךְ בְּנֵי לֵוִי לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם לְבֵית אֲבֹתָם ׃

3 מִבֶּן שְׁלֹשִׁים שָׁנָה וָמַעְלָה וְעַד בֶּן־חֲמִשִּׁים שָׁנָה כָּל־בָּא לַצָּבָא לַעֲשׂוֹת מְלָאכָה בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד ׃

5 וּבָא אַהֲרֹן וּבָנָיו בִּנְסֹעַ הַמַּחֲנֶה וְהוֹרִדוּ אֵת פָּרֹכֶת הַמָּסָךְ וְכִסּוּ־בָהּ אֵת אֲרֹן הָעֵדֻת ׃

6 וְנָתְנוּ עָלָיו כְּסוּי עוֹר תַּחַשׁ וּפָרְשׂוּ בֶגֶד־כְּלִיל תְּכֵלֶת מִלְמָעְלָה וְשָׂמוּ בַּדָּיו ׃

7 וְעַל שֻׁלְחַן הַפָּנִים יִפְרְשׂוּ בֶּגֶד תְּכֵלֶת וְנָתְנוּ עָלָיו אֶת־הַקְּעָרֹת וְאֶת־הַכַּפֹּת וְאֶת־הַמְּנַקִּיֹּת וְאֵת קְשׂוֹת הַנָּסֶךְ וְלֶחֶם הַתָּמִיד עָלָיו יִהְיֶה ׃

8 וּפָרְשׂוּ עֲלֵיהֶם בֶּגֶד תּוֹלַעַת שָׁנִי וְכִסּוּ אֹתוֹ בְּמִכְסֵה עוֹר תָּחַשׁ וְשָׂמוּ אֶת־בַּדָּיו ׃

9 וְלָקְחוּ בֶּגֶד תְּכֵלֶת וְכִסּוּ אֶת־מְנֹרַת הַמָּאוֹר וְאֶת־נֵרֹתֶיהָ וְאֶת־מַלְקָחֶיהָ וְאֶת־מַחְתֹּתֶיהָ וְאֵת כָּל־כְּלֵי שַׁמְנָהּ אֲשֶׁר יְשָׁרְתוּ־לָהּ בָּהֶם ׃

10 וְנָתְנוּ אֹתָהּ וְאֶת־כָּל־כֵּלֶיהָ אֶל־מִכְסֵה עוֹר תָּחַשׁ וְנָתְנוּ עַל־הַמּוֹט ׃

11 וְעַל מִזְבַּח הַזָּהָב יִפְרְשׂוּ בֶּגֶד תְּכֵלֶת וְכִסּוּ אֹתוֹ בְּמִכְסֵה עוֹר תָּחַשׁ וְשָׂמוּ אֶת־בַּדָּיו ׃

12 וְלָקְחוּ אֶת־כָּל־כְּלֵי הַשָּׁרֵת אֲשֶׁר יְשָׁרְתוּ־בָם בַּקֹּדֶשׁ וְנָתְנוּ אֶל־בֶּגֶד תְּכֵלֶת וְכִסּוּ אוֹתָם בְּמִכְסֵה עוֹר תָּחַשׁ וְנָתְנוּ עַל־הַמּוֹט ׃

13 וְדִשְּׁנוּ אֶת־הַמִּזְבֵּחַ וּפָרְשׂוּ עָלָיו בֶּגֶד אַרְגָּמָן ׃

14 וְנָתְנוּ עָלָיו אֶת־כָּל־כֵּלָיו אֲשֶׁר יְשָׁרְתוּ עָלָיו בָּהֶם אֶת־הַמַּחְתֹּת אֶת־הַמִּזְלָגֹת וְאֶת־הַיָּעִים וְאֶת־הַמִּזְרָקֹת כֹּל כְּלֵי הַמִּזְבֵּחַ וּפָרְשׂוּ עָלָיו כְּסוּי עוֹר תַּחַשׁ וְשָׂמוּ בַדָּיו ׃

15 וְכִלָּה אַהֲרֹן־וּבָנָיו לְכַסֹּת אֶת־הַקֹּדֶשׁ וְאֶת־כָּל־כְּלֵי הַקֹּדֶשׁ בִּנְסֹעַ הַמַּחֲנֶה וְאַחֲרֵי־כֵן יָבֹאוּ בְנֵי־קְהָת לָשֵׂאת וְלֹא־יִגְּעוּ אֶל־הַקֹּדֶשׁ וָמֵתוּ אֵלֶּה מַשָּׂא בְנֵי־קְהָת בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד ׃

16 וּפְקֻדַּת אֶלְעָזָר בֶּן־אַהֲרֹן הַכֹּהֵן שֶׁמֶן הַמָּאוֹר וּקְטֹרֶת הַסַּמִּים וּמִנְחַת הַתָּמִיד וְשֶׁמֶן הַמִּשְׁחָה פְּקֻדַּת כָּל־הַמִּשְׁכָּן וְכָל־אֲשֶׁר־בּוֹ בְּקֹדֶשׁ וּבְכֵלָיו ׃ ס

17 וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה וְאֶל־אַהֲרֹן לֵאמֹר ׃

18 אַל־תַּכְרִיתוּ אֶת־שֵׁבֶט מִשְׁפְּחֹת הַקְּהָתִי מִתּוֹךְ הַלְוִיִּם ׃

19 וְזֹאת עֲשׂוּ לָהֶם וְחָיוּ וְלֹא יָמֻתוּ בְּגִשְׁתָּם אֶת־קֹדֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִׁים אַהֲרֹן וּבָנָיו יָבֹאוּ וְשָׂמוּ אוֹתָם אִישׁ אִישׁ עַל־עֲבֹדָתוֹ וְאֶל־מַשָּׂאוֹ ׃

20 וְלֹא־יָבֹאוּ לִרְאוֹת כְּבַלַּע אֶת־הַקֹּדֶשׁ וָמֵתוּ ׃ פ

21 וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר ׃

22 נָשֹׂא אֶת־רֹאשׁ בְּנֵי גֵרְשׁוֹן גַּם־הֵם לְבֵית אֲבֹתָם לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם ׃

23 מִבֶּן שְׁלֹשִׁים שָׁנָה וָמַעְלָה עַד בֶּן־חֲמִשִּׁים שָׁנָה תִּפְקֹד אוֹתָם כָּל־הַבָּא לִצְבֹא צָבָא לַעֲבֹד עֲבֹדָה בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד ׃

24 זֹאת עֲבֹדַת מִשְׁפְּחֹת הַגֵּרְשֻׁנִּי לַעֲבֹד וּלְמַשָּׂא ׃

25 וְנָשְׂאוּ אֶת־יְרִיעֹת הַמִּשְׁכָּן וְאֶת־אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד מִכְסֵהוּ וּמִכְסֵה הַתַּחַשׁ אֲשֶׁר־עָלָיו מִלְמָעְלָה וְאֶת־מָסַךְ פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד ׃

26 וְאֵת קַלְעֵי הֶחָצֵר וְאֶת־מָסַךְ פֶּתַח שַׁעַר הֶחָצֵר אֲשֶׁר עַל־הַמִּשְׁכָּן וְעַל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַ סָבִיב וְאֵת מֵיתְרֵיהֶם וְאֶת־כָּל־כְּלֵי עֲבֹדָתָם וְאֵת כָּל־אֲשֶׁר יֵעָשֶׂה לָהֶם וְעָבָדוּ ׃

27 עַל־פִּי אַהֲרֹן וּבָנָיו תִּהְיֶה כָּל־עֲבֹדַת בְּנֵי הַגֵּרְשֻׁנִּי לְכָל־מַשָּׂאָם וּלְכֹל עֲבֹדָתָם וּפְקַדְתֶּם עֲלֵהֶם בְּמִשְׁמֶרֶת אֵת כָּל־מַשָּׂאָם ׃

28 זֹאת עֲבֹדַת מִשְׁפְּחֹת בְּנֵי הַגֵּרְשֻׁנִּי בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וּמִשְׁמַרְתָּם בְּיַד אִיתָמָר בֶּן־אַהֲרֹן הַכֹּהֵן ׃ פ

29 בְּנֵי מְרָרִי לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם לְבֵית־אֲבֹתָם תִּפְקֹד אֹתָם ׃

30 מִבֶּן שְׁלֹשִׁים שָׁנָה וָמַעְלָה וְעַד בֶּן־חֲמִשִּׁים שָׁנָה תִּפְקְדֵם כָּל־הַבָּא לַצָּבָא לַעֲבֹד אֶת־עֲבֹדַת אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד ׃

31 וְזֹאת מִשְׁמֶרֶת מַשָּׂאָם לְכָל־עֲבֹדָתָם בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד קַרְשֵׁי הַמִּשְׁכָּן וּבְרִיחָיו וְעַמּוּדָיו וַאֲדָנָיו ׃

32 וְעַמּוּדֵי הֶחָצֵר סָבִיב וְאַדְנֵיהֶם וִיתֵדֹתָם וּמֵיתְרֵיהֶם לְכָל־כְּלֵיהֶם וּלְכֹל עֲבֹדָתָם וּבְשֵׁמֹת תִּפְקְדוּ אֶת־כְּלֵי מִשְׁמֶרֶת מַשָּׂאָם ׃

33 זֹאת עֲבֹדַת מִשְׁפְּחֹת בְּנֵי מְרָרִי לְכָל־עֲבֹדָתָם בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד בְּיַד אִיתָמָר בֶּן־אַהֲרֹן הַכֹּהֵן ׃

34 וַיִּפְקֹד מֹשֶׁה וְאַהֲרֹן וּנְשִׂיאֵי הָעֵדָה אֶת־בְּנֵי הַקְּהָתִי לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם וּלְבֵית אֲבֹתָם ׃

35 מִבֶּן שְׁלֹשִׁים שָׁנָה וָמַעְלָה וְעַד בֶּן־חֲמִשִּׁים שָׁנָה כָּל־הַבָּא לַצָּבָא לַעֲבֹדָה בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד ׃

36 וַיִּהְיוּ פְקֻדֵיהֶם לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם אַלְפַּיִם שְׁבַע מֵאוֹת וַחֲמִשִּׁים ׃

37 אֵלֶּה פְקוּדֵי מִשְׁפְּחֹת הַקְּהָתִי כָּל־הָעֹבֵד בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד אֲשֶׁר פָּקַד מֹשֶׁה וְאַהֲרֹן עַל־פִּי יְהוָה בְּיַד־מֹשֶׁה ׃

38 ס וּפְקוּדֵי בְּנֵי גֵרְשׁוֹן לְמִשְׁפְּחוֹתָם וּלְבֵית אֲבֹתָם ׃

39 מִבֶּן שְׁלֹשִׁים שָׁנָה וָמַעְלָה וְעַד בֶּן־חֲמִשִּׁים שָׁנָה כָּל־הַבָּא לַצָּבָא לַעֲבֹדָה בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד ׃

40 וַיִּהְיוּ פְּקֻדֵיהֶם לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם לְבֵית אֲבֹתָם אַלְפַּיִם וְשֵׁשׁ מֵאוֹת וּשְׁלֹשִׁים ׃

41 אֵלֶּה פְקוּדֵי מִשְׁפְּחֹת בְּנֵי גֵרְשׁוֹן כָּל־הָעֹבֵד בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד אֲשֶׁר פָּקַד מֹשֶׁה וְאַהֲרֹן עַל־פִּי יְהוָה ׃

42 וּפְקוּדֵי מִשְׁפְּחֹת בְּנֵי מְרָרִי לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם לְבֵית אֲבֹתָם ׃

43 מִבֶּן שְׁלֹשִׁים שָׁנָה וָמַעְלָה וְעַד בֶּן־חֲמִשִּׁים שָׁנָה כָּל־הַבָּא לַצָּבָא לַעֲבֹדָה בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד ׃

44 וַיִּהְיוּ פְקֻדֵיהֶם לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם שְׁלֹשֶׁת אֲלָפִים וּמָאתָיִם ׃

45 אֵלֶּה פְקוּדֵי מִשְׁפְּחֹת בְּנֵי מְרָרִי אֲשֶׁר פָּקַד מֹשֶׁה וְאַהֲרֹן עַל־פִּי יְהוָה בְּיַד־מֹשֶׁה ׃

46 כָּל־הַפְּקֻדִים אֲשֶׁר פָּקַד מֹשֶׁה וְאַהֲרֹן וּנְשִׂיאֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶת־הַלְוִיִּם לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם וּלְבֵית אֲבֹתָם ׃

47 מִבֶּן שְׁלֹשִׁים שָׁנָה וָמַעְלָה וְעַד בֶּן־חֲמִשִּׁים שָׁנָה כָּל־הַבָּא לַעֲבֹד עֲבֹדַת עֲבֹדָה וַעֲבֹדַת מַשָּׂא בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד ׃

48 וַיִּהְיוּ פְּקֻדֵיהֶם שְׁמֹנַת אֲלָפִים וַחֲמֵשׁ מֵאוֹת וּשְׁמֹנִים ׃

49 עַל־פִּי יְהוָה פָּקַד אוֹתָם בְּיַד־מֹשֶׁה אִישׁ אִישׁ עַל־עֲבֹדָתוֹ וְעַל־מַשָּׂאוֹ וּפְקֻדָיו אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת־מֹשֶׁה ׃ פ

1 And the LORD ^H3068 ^EDS spoke ^H1696 ^W-VPY3MS unto ^H413 ^PREP Moses ^H4872 and unto ^H413 ^PREP Aaron ^H175 , saying ^H559 ^L-VQFC ,

2 Take ^H5375 the sum ^H7218 ^NMS of the sons ^H1121 of Kohath ^H6955 from among ^H8432 the sons ^H1121 of Levi ^H3878 , after their families ^H4940 ^L-CFP-3MP , by the house ^H1004 of their fathers ^H1 ,

3 From thirty ^H7970 ^MMP years ^H8141 ^NFS old ^H1121 and upward ^H4605 even until ^H5704 ^W-PREP fifty ^H2572 ^MMP years ^H8141 ^NFS old ^H1121 , all ^H3605 ^NMS that enter ^H935 ^VQPMS into the host ^H6635 , to do ^H6213 ^L-VQFC the work ^H4399 in the tabernacle ^H168 of the congregation ^H4150 .

4 This ^H2063 ^DPRO shall be the service ^H5656 of the sons ^H1121 of Kohath ^H6955 in the tabernacle ^H168 of the congregation ^H4150 ^NMS , about the most holy things ^H6944 :

5 And when the camp ^H4264 setteth forward ^H5265 , Aaron ^H175 shall come ^H935 , and his sons ^H1121 ^W-CMP-3MS , and they shall take down ^H3381 the covering ^H4539 veil ^H6532 , and cover ^H3680 the ark ^H727 of testimony ^H5715 with it :

6 And shall put ^H5414 thereon ^H5921 ^PREP-3MS the covering ^H3681 of badgers ^H8476 \' skins ^H5785 ^NMS , and shall spread ^H6566 over ^H4605 it a cloth ^H899 wholly ^H3632 of blue ^H8504 , and shall put ^H7760 in the staves ^H905 thereof .

7 And upon ^H5921 ^PREP-3MS the table ^H7979 of shewbread ^H6440 they shall spread ^H6566 a cloth ^H899 of blue ^H8504 , and put ^H5414 thereon ^H5921 ^PREP-3MS the dishes ^H7086 , and the spoons ^H3709 , and the bowls ^H4518 , and covers ^H7184 to cover ^H5262 withal : and the continual ^H8548 bread ^H3899 shall be ^H1961 thereon ^H5921 ^PREP-3MS :

8 And they shall spread ^H6566 upon ^H5921 ^PREP-3MP them a cloth ^H899 of scarlet ^H8438 ^CFS , and cover ^H3680 the same with a covering ^H4372 of badgers ^H8476 \' skins ^H5785 ^NMS , and shall put in the staves ^H905 thereof .

9 And they shall take ^H3947 a cloth ^H899 of blue ^H8504 , and cover ^H3680 the candlestick ^H4501 of the light ^H3974 ^D-AMS , and his lamps ^H5216 , and his tongs ^H4457 , and his censers ^H4289 , and all ^H3605 ^NMS the oil ^H8081 vessels ^H3627 thereof , wherewith ^H834 ^RPRO they minister ^H8334 unto it :

10 And they shall put ^H5414 it and all ^H3605 ^NMS the vessels ^H3627 thereof within ^H413 ^PREP a covering ^H4372 ^CMS of badgers ^H8476 \' skins ^H5785 ^NMS , and shall put ^H5414 it upon ^H5921 ^PREP a bar ^H4132 .

11 And upon ^H5921 ^W-PREP the golden ^H2091 altar ^H4196 they shall spread ^H6566 a cloth ^H899 of blue ^H8504 , and cover ^H3680 it with a covering ^H4372 of badgers ^H8476 \' skins ^H5785 ^NMS , and shall put ^H7725 to the staves ^H905 thereof :

12 And they shall take ^H3947 all ^H3605 ^NMS the instruments ^H3627 of ministry ^H8335 , wherewith ^H834 ^RPRO they minister ^H8334 in the sanctuary ^H6944 , and put ^H5414 them in ^H413 ^PREP a cloth ^H899 of blue ^H8504 , and cover ^H3680 them with a covering ^H4372 of badgers ^H8476 \' skins ^H5785 ^NMS , and shall put ^H5414 them on ^H5921 ^PREP a bar ^H4132 :

13 And they shall take away the ashes ^H1878 from the altar ^H4196 ^D-NMS , and spread ^H6566 a purple ^H713 cloth ^H899 thereon ^H5921 ^PREP-3MS :

14 And they shall put ^H5414 upon ^H5921 ^PREP-3MS it all ^H3605 ^NMS the vessels ^H3627 thereof , wherewith ^H834 ^RPRO they minister ^H8334 about ^H5921 ^PREP-3MS it , even the censers ^H4289 , the fleshhooks ^H4207 , and the shovels ^H3257 , and the basins ^H4219 , all ^H3605 ^NMS the vessels ^H3627 of the altar ^H4196 ^D-NMS ; and they shall spread ^H6566 upon ^H5921 ^PREP-3MS it a covering ^H3681 of badgers ^H8476 \' skins ^H5785 ^NMS , and put ^H7760 to the staves ^H905 of it .

15 And when Aaron ^H175 and his sons ^H1121 ^W-CMP-3MS have made an end ^H3615 of covering ^H3680 the sanctuary ^H6944 , and all ^H3605 ^NMS the vessels ^H3627 of the sanctuary ^H6944 , as the camp ^H4264 is to set forward ^H5265 ; after ^H310 that ^H3651 ^ADV , the sons ^H1121 ^CMP of Kohath ^H6955 shall come ^H935 ^VQY3MP to bear ^H5375 it : but they shall not ^H3808 ^W-NPAR touch ^H5060 any holy thing ^H6944 , lest they die ^H4191 . These ^H428 ^PMP things are the burden ^H4853 of the sons ^H1121 of Kohath ^H6955 in the tabernacle ^H168 of the congregation ^H4150 .

16 And to the office ^H6486 of Eleazar ^H499 the son ^H1121 of Aaron ^H175 the priest ^H3548 pertaineth the oil ^H8081 ^NMS for the light ^H3974 ^D-AMS , and the sweet ^H5561 incense ^H7004 ^W-CFS , and the daily ^H8548 meat offering ^H4503 , and the anointing ^H4888 oil ^H8081 ^NMS , and the oversight ^H6486 of all ^H3605 ^NMS the tabernacle ^H4908 , and of all ^H3605 ^NMS that ^H834 ^RPRO therein is , in the sanctuary ^H6944 , and in the vessels ^H3627 thereof .

17 And the LORD ^H3068 ^EDS spoke ^H1696 ^W-VPY3MS unto ^H413 ^PREP Moses ^H4872 and unto ^H413 ^PREP Aaron ^H175 , saying ^H559 ^L-VQFC ,

18 Cut ye not off ^H3772 the tribe ^H7626 ^CMS of the families ^H4940 ^CFP of the Kohathites ^H6956 from among ^H8432 the Levites ^H3881 :

19 But thus ^H2063 do ^H6213 unto them , that they may live ^H2421 , and not ^H3808 ^W-NPAR die ^H4191 ^VQY3MP , when they approach ^H5066 unto the most holy things ^H6944 : Aaron ^H175 and his sons ^H1121 ^W-CMP-3MS shall go in ^H935 ^VQY3MP , and appoint ^H7760 them every one ^H376 ^NMS to ^H5921 ^PREP his service ^H5656 and to ^H413 ^W-PREP his burden ^H4853 :

20 But they shall not ^H3808 ^W-NPAR go in ^H935 ^VQY3MP to see ^H7200 ^L-VQFC when the holy things ^H6944 are covered ^H1104 , lest they die ^H4191 .

21 And the LORD ^H3068 ^EDS spoke ^H1696 ^W-VPY3MS unto ^H413 ^PREP Moses ^H4872 , saying ^H559 ,

22 Take ^H5375 also ^H1571 ^CONJ the sum ^H7218 ^NMS of the sons ^H1121 of Gershon ^H1648 , throughout the houses ^H1004 of their fathers ^H1 , by their families ^H4940 ;

23 From thirty ^H7970 ^MMP years ^H8141 ^NFS old ^H1121 and upward ^H4605 until ^H5704 ^PREP fifty ^H2572 ^MMP years ^H8141 ^NFS old ^H1121 shalt thou number ^H6485 them ; all ^H3605 ^NMS that enter in ^H935 to perform ^H6633 the service ^H5656 , to do ^H5647 the work ^H5656 in the tabernacle ^H168 of the congregation ^H4150 .

24 This ^H2063 ^DPRO is the service ^H5656 of the families ^H4940 ^CFP of the Gershonites ^H1649 , to serve ^H5647 , and for burdens ^H4853 :

25 And they shall bear ^H5375 the curtains ^H3407 of the tabernacle ^H4908 , and the tabernacle ^H168 ^NMS of the congregation ^H4150 ^NMS , his covering ^H4372 , and the covering ^H4372 of the badgers\' skins ^H8476 that ^H834 ^RPRO is above ^H4605 upon ^H5921 ^PREP-3MS it , and the hanging ^H4539 for the door ^H6607 ^CMS of the tabernacle ^H168 ^NMS of the congregation ^H4150 ,

26 And the hangings ^H7050 of the court ^H2691 , and the hanging ^H4539 for the door ^H6607 ^CMS of the gate ^H8179 ^NMS of the court ^H2691 , which ^H834 ^RPRO is by ^H5921 ^PREP the tabernacle ^H4908 and by ^H5921 ^PREP the altar ^H4196 ^D-NMS round about ^H5439 ^ADV , and their cords ^H4340 , and all ^H3605 ^NMS the instruments ^H3627 of their service ^H5656 , and all ^H3605 ^NMS that ^H834 ^RPRO is made ^H6213 for them : so shall they serve ^H5647 .
