Isaiah 42:16 (URV) Urdu Old BSI Version

1 دیکھو میرا خادم جسکو میں سنبھالتاہوں ۔ میرا برگزیدہ جس سے میرا دل خوش ہے میں نے اپنی روح اس پر ڈالی۔ وہ قوموں میں عدالت جاری کرے گا۔
2 وہ نہ چلائیگا اورنہ شورکریگا اورنہ بازاروں میں اسکی آواز سنائی دیگی۔
3 وہ مسلے ہوئے سرکنڈے کو نہ توڑیگا اورٹمٹماتی بتی کو نہ بجھائیگا۔ وہ راستی سے عدالت کریگا۔
4 وہ ماندہ نہ ہو گا اور ہمت نہ ہارے گا جب تک کہ عدالت کو زمین پر قائم نہ کرلے۔ جزیرے اسکی شریعت کا انتظار کرینگے۔
5 جس نے آسمان کو پیدا کیا اور تان دیا جس نے زمین کو اور جو کچھ اس میں سے نکلتاہے پھیلایا اور جو اسکے باشندوں کو سانس اور اس پر چلنے والوں کو روح عنایت کرتا ہے یعنی خداوند خدا یوں فرماتا ہے۔
6 میں خداوند نے تجھے صداقت سے بُلایا میں ہی تیرا ہاتھ پکڑونگا اور تیری حفاظت کرونگا اور لوگوں کے عہد اور قوموں کے نور کے لیے تجھے دونگا۔
7 کہ تو اندھوں کی آنکھیں کھولے اور اسیروں کو قید سے نکالے اور انکو جو اندھیرے میں بیٹھے ہیں قید خانے سے چھڑائے۔
8 یہوواہ میں ہی ہوں۔ یہی میرا نام ہے میں اپنا جلال کسی دوسرے کےلیے اور اپنی حمد کھودی مورتوں کے لیے روا نہ رکھونگا۔
9 دیکھو پرانی باتیں پوری ہو گئیں اورمیں نئی باتیں بتاتا ہوں۔ اس سے پیشتر کہ واقع ہوں میں تم سےبیان کرتا ہوں ۔
10 اے سمندر پر گذرنے والو اور اس میں بسنے والو! اے جزیرو اور انکے باشندو خداوند کے لیے نیا گیت گاؤ۔ اور زمین پر سر تا سر اسکی ستائش کرو۔
11 بیابان اور اسکی بستیاں۔ قیدار کے آبادگاؤں اپنی آواز بلند کریں۔ سلع کے بسنے والے گیت گائیں۔ پہاڑوں کی چوٹیوں پر سے للکاریں۔
12 وہ خداوند کا جلال ظاہر کریں اور جزیروں میں اسکی ثنا خوانی کریں ۔
13 خداوند بہادر کی مانند نکلے گا وہ جنگی مرد کی مانند اپنی غیرت دکھائیگا۔ وہ نعرہ ماریگا ہاں وہ للکاریگا وہ اپنے دشمنوں پر غالب آئیگا۔
14 میں بہت مدت سے چپ رہا ۔ میں خاموش رہا اور ضبط کرتارہا پر اب میں دردزہ والی کی طرح چلاونگا میں ہانپونگا اورزور زورسے سانس لونگا۔
15 میں پہاڑوں اور ٹیلوں کو ویران کرڈالونگا اور انکے سبزہ زاروں کو خشک کرونگا اور انکی ندیوں کو جزیرے بناونگا اور تالابوں کو سکھا دونگا۔
16 اور اندھوں کو اس راہ سے جسے وہ نہیں جانتے لے جاونگا میں انکو ان راستوں سے جن سے وہ آگاہ نہیں لے چلونگا۔ میں انکے آگے تاریکی کو روشنی اور اونچی نیچی جگہوں کو ہموار کر دونگا میں ان سے یہ سلوک کرونگا اور اور ان کو ترک نہ کرونگا۔
17 جو کھودی ہوئی مورتوں پر بھروسہ کرتے اورڈھالے ہوئے بتوں سے کہتے ہیں تم ہمارے معبود ہو وہ پیچھے ہٹیں گے اور بہت شرمندہ ہونگے۔
18 اے بہرو سنو اے اندھو نظر کرو تاکہ تم دیکھو۔
19 میرے خادم کے سوا اندھا کون ہے؟ اور کون ایسا بہرا ہے جیسا میرا رسول جسے میں بھیجتا ہوں؟ میرے دوست کی اورخداوند کے خادم کی مانند نابینا کون ہے؟ ۔
20 تو بہت سی چیزوں پر نظر کرتاہے پر دیکھتانہیں۔ کان تو کھلے ہیں پر سنتا نہیں۔
21 خداوند کو پسند آیا کہ اپنی صداقت کی خاطر شریعت کو بزرگی دے اور اسے قابلِ تعظیم بنائے۔
22 لیکن یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جو لٹ گئے اور غارت ہوئے۔ وہ سب کے سب زندانوں میں گرفتار اور قید خانوں میں پوشیدہ ہیں۔ وہ شکار ہوئے اور کوئی نہیں چھڑاتا۔ وہ لٹ گئے اور کوئی نہیں کہتا پھیر دو۔
23 تم میں کون ہےجو اس پر کان لگائے؟ جو آیندہ کی بابت توجہ سے سنے؟ ۔
24 کس نے یعقوب کو حوالے کیا کہ غارت ہو اوراسرائیل کو کہ لٹیروں کے ہاتھ میں پڑے؟ کیا خداوند نے نہیں جس کے خلاف ہم نے گناہ کیا؟ کیونکہ انہوں نے نہ چاہا کہ اسکی راہ پر چلیں اور وہ اسکی شریعت کے تابع نہ ہوئے۔
25 اس لیے اس نے اپنے قہر کی شدت اور جنگ کی سختی کو اس پر ڈالا اور اسے ہر طرف سے آگ لگ گئی پر وہ اسے دریافت نہیں کرتا۔ وہ اس سے جل جاتا ہے پر خاطر میں نہیں لاتا۔

5 Thus H3541 saith H559 God H410 the LORD, H3068 he that created H1254 the heavens, H8064 and stretched them out; H5186 he that spread forth H7554 the earth, H776 and that which cometh out H6631 of it ; he that giveth H5414 breath H5397 unto the people H5971 upon H5921 it , and spirit H7307 to them that walk H1980 therein:

7 To open H6491 the blind H5787 eyes, H5869 to bring out H3318 the prisoners H616 from the prison H4480 H4525 , and them that sit H3427 in darkness H2822 out of the prison H3608 house H4480 H1004 .
8 I H589 am the LORD: H3068 that H1931 is my name: H8034 and my glory H3519 will I not H3808 give H5414 to another, H312 neither my praise H8416 to graven images. H6456
9 Behold H2009 , the former things H7223 are come to pass, H935 and new things H2319 do I H589 declare: H5046 before H2962 they spring forth H6779 I tell H8085 you of them.
10 Sing H7891 unto the LORD H3068 a new H2319 song, H7892 and his praise H8416 from the end H4480 H7097 of the earth, H776 ye that go down H3381 to the sea, H3220 and all that is therein; H4393 the isles, H339 and the inhabitants H3427 thereof.

19 Who H4310 is blind, H5787 but H3588 H518 my servant H5650 ? or deaf, H2795 as my messenger H4397 that I sent H7971 ? who H4310 is blind H5787 as he that is perfect, H7999 and blind H5787 as the LORD's H3068 servant H5650 ?
20 Seeing H7200 many things, H7227 but thou observest H8104 not; H3808 opening H6491 the ears, H241 but he heareth H8085 not. H3808
21 The LORD H3068 is well pleased H2654 for his righteousness' sake H4616 H6664 ; he will magnify H1431 the law, H8451 and make it honorable. H142
22 But this H1931 is a people H5971 robbed H962 and spoiled; H8154 they are all H3605 of them snared H6351 in holes, H2352 and they are hid H2244 in prison H3608 houses: H1004 they are H1961 for a prey, H957 and none H369 delivereth; H5337 for a spoil, H4933 and none H369 saith, H559 Restore. H7725
23 Who H4310 among you will give ear H238 to this H2063 ? who will hearken H7181 and hear H8085 for the time to come H268 ?
