1. וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה עֹוד נֶגַע אֶחָד אָבִיא עַל־פַּרְעֹה וְעַל־מִצְרַיִם אַחֲרֵי־כֵן יְשַׁלַּח אֶתְכֶם מִזֶּה כְּשַׁלְּחֹו כָּלָה גָּרֵשׁ יְגָרֵשׁ אֶתְכֶם מִזֶּה׃
|
1. And the LORD H3068 said H559 unto H413 Moses H4872 , Yet H5750 will I bring H935 one H259 plague H5061 more upon H5921 Pharaoh H6547 , and upon H5921 Egypt H4714 ; afterwards H310 H3651 he will let you go H7971 hence H4480 H2088 : when he shall let you go H7971 , he shall surely thrust you out H1644 H1644 H853 hence H4480 H2088 altogether H3617 .

2. דַּבֶּר־נָא בְּאָזְנֵי הָעָם וְיִשְׁאֲלוּ אִישׁ ׀ מֵאֵת רֵעֵהוּ וְאִשָּׁה מֵאֵת רְעוּתָהּ כְּלֵי־כֶסֶף וּכְלֵי זָהָב׃

2. Speak H1696 now H4994 in the ears H241 of the people H5971 , and let every man H376 borrow H7592 of H4480 H854 his neighbor H7453 , and every woman H802 of H4480 H854 her neighbor H7468 , jewels H3627 of silver H3701 , and jewels H3627 of gold H2091 .

3. וַיִּתֵּן יְהוָה אֶת־חֵן הָעָם בְּעֵינֵי מִצְרָיִם גַּם ׀ הָאִישׁ מֹשֶׁה גָּדֹול מְאֹד בְּאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם בְּעֵינֵי עַבְדֵי־פַרְעֹה וּבְעֵינֵי הָעָם׃ ס

3. And the LORD H3068 gave H5414 the people H5971 H853 favor H2580 in the sight H5869 of the Egyptians H4714 . Moreover H1571 the man H376 Moses H4872 was very H3966 great H1419 in the land H776 of Egypt H4714 , in the sight H5869 of Pharaoh H6547 's servants H5650 , and in the sight H5869 of the people H5971 .

4. וַיֹּאמֶר מֹשֶׁה כֹּה אָמַר יְהוָה כַּחֲצֹת הַלַּיְלָה אֲנִי יֹוצֵא בְּתֹוךְ מִצְרָיִם׃
|
4. And Moses H4872 said H559 , Thus H3541 saith H559 the LORD H3068 , About midnight H2676 H3915 will I H589 go out H3318 into the midst H8432 of Egypt H4714 :

5. וּמֵת כָּל־בְּכֹור בְּאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם מִבְּכֹור פַּרְעֹה הַיֹּשֵׁב עַל־כִּסְאֹו עַד בְּכֹור הַשִּׁפְחָה אֲשֶׁר אַחַר הָרֵחָיִם וְכֹל בְּכֹור בְּהֵמָה׃

5. And all H3605 the firstborn H1060 in the land H776 of Egypt H4714 shall die H4191 , from the firstborn H4480 H1060 of Pharaoh H6547 that sitteth H3427 upon H5921 his throne H3678 , even unto H5704 the firstborn H1060 of the maidservant H8198 that H834 is behind H310 the mill H7347 ; and all H3605 the firstborn H1060 of beasts H929 .

6. וְהָיְתָה צְעָקָה גְדֹלָה בְּכָל־אֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם אֲשֶׁר כָּמֹהוּ לֹא נִהְיָתָה וְכָמֹהוּ לֹא תֹסִף׃
|
6. And there shall be H1961 a great H1419 cry H6818 throughout all H3605 the land H776 of Egypt H4714 , such as H834 there was H1961 none H3808 like it H3644 , nor H3808 shall be like it H3644 any more H3254 .

7. וּלְכֹל ׀ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לֹא יֶחֱרַץ־כֶּלֶב לְשֹׁנֹו לְמֵאִישׁ וְעַד־בְּהֵמָה לְמַעַן תֵּדְעוּן אֲשֶׁר יַפְלֶה יְהוָה בֵּין מִצְרַיִם וּבֵין יִשְׂרָאֵל׃
|
7. But against any H3605 of the children H1121 of Israel H3478 shall not H3808 a dog H3611 move H2782 his tongue H3956 , against man H4480 H376 or H5704 beast H929 : that H4616 ye may know H3045 how that H834 the LORD H3068 doth put a difference H6395 between H996 the Egyptians H4714 and Israel H3478 .

8. וְיָרְדוּ כָל־עֲבָדֶיךָ אֵלֶּה אֵלַי וְהִשְׁתַּחֲוּוּ־לִי לֵאמֹר צֵא אַתָּה וְכָל־הָעָם אֲשֶׁר־בְּרַגְלֶיךָ וְאַחֲרֵי־כֵן אֵצֵא וַיֵּצֵא מֵעִם־פַּרְעֹה בָּחֳרִי־אָף׃ ס

8. And all H3605 these H428 thy servants H5650 shall come down H3381 unto H413 me , and bow down themselves H7812 unto me, saying H559 , Get thee out H3318 H859 , and all H3605 the people H5971 that H834 follow H7272 thee : and after H310 that H3651 I will go out H3318 . And he went out H3318 from H4480 H5973 Pharaoh H6547 in a great H2750 anger H639 .

9. וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה לֹא־יִשְׁמַע אֲלֵיכֶם פַּרְעֹה לְמַעַן רְבֹות מֹופְתַי בְּאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם׃
|
9. And the LORD H3068 said H559 unto H413 Moses H4872 , Pharaoh H6547 shall not H3808 hearken H8085 unto H413 you; that H4616 my wonders H4159 may be multiplied H7235 in the land H776 of Egypt H4714 .

10. וּמֹשֶׁה וְאַהֲרֹן עָשׂוּ אֶת־כָּל־הַמֹּפְתִים הָאֵלֶּה לִפְנֵי פַרְעֹה וַיְחַזֵּק יְהוָה אֶת־לֵב פַּרְעֹה וְלֹא־שִׁלַּח אֶת־בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל מֵאַרְצֹו׃ פ

10. And Moses H4872 and Aaron H175 did H6213 H853 all H3605 these H428 wonders H4159 before H6440 Pharaoh H6547 : and the LORD H3068 hardened H2388 H853 Pharaoh H6547 's heart H3820 , so that he would not H3808 let H853 the children H1121 of Israel H3478 go H7971 out of his land H4480 H776 .
