8 அதேபோல் திருச்சபையின் உதவி ஊழியரும் மதிப்புக்குரியவர்களாகவும், உண்மைத்தனம் உள்ளவர்களாகவும் இருக்கவேண்டும். அவர்கள் மதுபானத்தால் வெறிகொள்கிறவர்களாகவோ, நீதியற்ற முறையில் இலாபத்தைத் தேடுகிறவர்களாகவோ இருக்கக்கூடாது.
