1. To the chief Musician H5329 , Al H516 -taschith , A Psalm H4210 or Song H7892 of Asaph H623 . Unto thee , O God H430 , do we give thanks H3034 , unto thee do we give thanks H3034 : for that thy name H8034 is near H7138 thy wondrous works H6381 declare H5608 .

2. כִּי H3588 CONJ אֶקַּח H3947 VQY1MS מוֹעֵד H4150 NMS אֲנִי H589 PPRO-1MS מֵישָׁרִים H4339 אֶשְׁפֹּֽט H8199 ׃ EPUN

2. When H3588 I shall receive H3947 the congregation H4150 I H589 will judge H8199 uprightly H4339 .

3. נְֽמֹגִים H4127 אֶרֶץ H776 GFS וְכָל H3605 W-CMS ־ CPUN יֹשְׁבֶיהָ H3427 אָנֹכִי H595 PPRO-1MS תִכַּנְתִּי H8505 עַמּוּדֶיהָ H5982 CMP-3FS סֶּֽלָה H5542 ׃ EPUN

3. The earth H776 and all H3605 the inhabitants H3427 thereof are dissolved H4127 : I H595 bear up H8505 the pillars H5982 of it. Selah H5542 .

4. אָמַרְתִּי H559 VQQ1MS לַֽהוֹלְלִים H1984 אַל H408 NPAR ־ CPUN תָּהֹלּוּ H1984 וְלָרְשָׁעִים H7563 אַל H408 NPAR ־ CPUN תָּרִימוּ H7311 קָֽרֶן H7161 ׃ EPUN

4. I said H559 unto the fools H1984 , Deal not foolishly H408 H1984 : and to the wicked H7563 , Lift not up H7311 H408 the horn H7161 :

5. אַל H408 NPAR ־ CPUN תָּרִימוּ H7311 לַמָּרוֹם H4791 קַרְנְכֶם H7161 תְּדַבְּרוּ H1696 VPY2MP בְצַוָּאר H6677 עָתָֽק H6277 ׃ EPUN
|
5. Lift not up H7311 H408 your horn H7161 on high H4791 : speak H1696 not with a stiff H6277 neck H6677 .

6. כִּי H3588 CONJ לֹא H3808 NADV מִמּוֹצָא H4161 וּמִֽמַּעֲרָב H4628 וְלֹא H3808 W-NADV מִמִּדְבַּר H4057 הָרִֽים H7311 ׃ EPUN
|
6. For H3588 promotion H7311 cometh neither H3808 from the east H4480 H4161 , nor from the west H4480 H4628 , nor H3808 from the south H4480 H4057 .

7. כִּֽי H3588 CONJ ־ CPUN אֱלֹהִים H430 EDP שֹׁפֵט H8199 זֶה H2088 DPRO יַשְׁפִּיל H8213 וְזֶה H2088 W-PMS יָרִֽים H7311 ׃ EPUN
|
7. But H3588 God H430 is the judge H8199 : he putteth down H8213 one H2088 , and setteth H7311 up another H2088 .

8. כִּי H3588 CONJ כוֹס H3563 בְּֽיַד H3027 ־ CPUN יְהוָה H3068 EDS וְיַיִן H3196 חָמַר H2560 ׀ CPUN מָלֵא H4392 מֶסֶךְ H4538 וַיַּגֵּר H5064 מִזֶּה H2088 M-DPRO אַךְ H389 ADV ־ CPUN שְׁמָרֶיהָ H8105 יִמְצוּ H4680 יִשְׁתּוּ H8354 כֹּל H3605 NMS רִשְׁעֵי H7563 ־ CPUN אָֽרֶץ H776 GFS ׃ EPUN

8. For H3588 in the hand H3027 of the LORD H3068 there is a cup H3563 , and the wine H3196 is red H2560 ; it is full H4392 of mixture H4538 ; and he poureth out H5064 of the same H4480 H2088 : but H389 the dregs H8105 thereof, all H3605 the wicked H7563 of the earth H776 shall wring them out H4680 , and drink H8354 them .

9. וַאֲנִי H589 W-PPRO-1MS אַגִּיד H5046 VHY3MS לְעֹלָם H5769 L-NMS אֲזַמְּרָה H2167 לֵאלֹהֵי H430 יַעֲקֹֽב H3290 ׃ EPUN
|
9. But I H589 will declare H5046 forever H5769 ; I will sing praises H2167 to the God H430 of Jacob H3290 .

10. וְכָל H3605 W-CMS ־ CPUN קַרְנֵי H7161 רְשָׁעִים H7563 AMP אֲגַדֵּעַ H1438 תְּרוֹמַמְנָה H7311 קַֽרְנוֹת H7161 צַדִּֽיק H6662 ׃ EPUN

10. All H3605 the horns H7161 of the wicked H7563 also will I cut off H1438 ; but the horns H7161 of the righteous H6662 shall be exalted H7311 .
