1 യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:
2 മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ അമ്മോന്യരുടെ നേരെ മുഖംതിരിച്ചു അവരെക്കുറിച്ചു പ്രവചിച്ചു അമ്മോന്യരോടു പറയേണ്ടതു:
3 യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ വചനം കേൾപ്പിൻ; യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരം അശുദ്ധമായ്തീർന്നപ്പോൾ നീ അതിനെയും, യിസ്രായേൽദേശം ശൂന്യമായ്തീർന്നപ്പോൾ അതിനെയും, യെഹൂദാഗൃഹം പ്രവാസത്തിലേക്കു പോയപ്പോൾ അവരെയും ചൊല്ലി നന്നായി എന്നു പറഞ്ഞതുകൊണ്ടു
4 ഞാൻ നിന്നെ കിഴക്കുള്ളവർക്കു കൈവശമാക്കിക്കൊടുക്കും; അവർ നിങ്കൽ പാളയമടിച്ചു, നിവാസങ്ങളെ ഉണ്ടാക്കും; അവർ നിന്റെ ഫലം തിന്നുകയും നിന്റെ പാൽ കുടിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.
5 ഞാൻ രബ്ബയെ ഒട്ടകങ്ങൾക്കു കിടപ്പിടവും അമ്മോന്യരെ ആട്ടിൻ കൂട്ടങ്ങൾക്കു താവളവും ആക്കും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും.
6 യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: യിസ്രായേൽ ദേശത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു നീ കൈകൊട്ടി കാൽകൊണ്ടു ചവിട്ടി സർവ്വനിന്ദയോടുംകൂടെ ഹൃദയപൂർവ്വം സന്തോഷിച്ചതുകൊണ്ടു,
7 ഞാൻ നിന്റെ നേരെ കൈ നീട്ടി നിന്നെ ജാതികൾക്കു കവർച്ചയായി കൊടുക്കും; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ വംശങ്ങളിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചു ദേശങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു മുടിച്ചു നശപ്പിച്ചുകളയും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു നീ അറിയും.
8 യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: യെഹൂദാഗൃഹം സകല ജാതികളെയുംപോലെയത്രേ എന്നു മോവാബും സേയീരും പറയുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു,
9 ഞാൻ മോവാബിന്റെ പാർശ്വത്തെ അതിന്റെ അതൃത്തികളിലുള്ള പട്ടണങ്ങളായി ദേശത്തിന്റെ മഹത്വമായ ബേത്ത്-യെശീമോത്ത്, ബാൽ-മെയോൻ, കീർയ്യഥയീം എന്നീ പട്ടണങ്ങൾമുതൽ തുറന്നുവെച്ചു
10 അവയെ അമ്മോന്യർ ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ഓർക്കപ്പെടാതെ ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അമ്മോന്യരോടുകൂടെ കഴിക്കുള്ളവർക്കു കൈവശമാക്കിക്കൊടുക്കും.
11 ഇങ്ങനെ ഞാൻ മോവാബിൽ ന്യായവിധി നടത്തും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു അവർ അറിയും.
12 യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഏദോം യെഹൂദാഗൃഹത്തോടു പ്രതികാരം ചെയ്തു പകരം വീട്ടി ഏറ്റവും കുറ്റം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
13 അതുകൊണ്ടു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു; ഞാൻ ഏദോമിന്റേ നേരെ കൈ നീട്ടി അതിൽനിന്നു മനുഷ്യനെയും മൃഗത്തെയും ഛേദിച്ചു അതിനെ ശൂന്യമാക്കിക്കളയും; തേമാൻ മുതൽ ദേദാൻ വരെ അവർ വാളിനാൽ വീഴും.
14 ഞാൻ എന്റെ ജനമായ യിസ്രായേൽമുഖാന്തരം എദോമിനോടു പ്രതികാരം നടത്തും; അവർ എന്റെ കോപത്തിന്നും എന്റെ ക്രോധത്തിന്നും തക്കവണ്ണം എദോമിനോടു ചെയ്യും; അപ്പോൾ അവർ എന്റെ പ്രതികാരം അറിയും എന്നു യഹേഅവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.
15 യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഫെലിസ്ത്യർ പ്രതികാരം ചെയ്തു പൂർവ്വദ്വേഷത്തോടും നാശം വരുത്തുവാൻ നിന്ദാഹൃദയത്തോടും കൂടെ പകരം വീട്ടിയിരിക്കകൊണ്ടു
16 യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ ഫെലിസ്ത്യരുടെ നേരെ കൈ നീട്ടി ക്രേത്യരെ സംഹരിച്ചു കടൽക്കരയിൽ ശേഷിപ്പുള്ളവരെ നശിപ്പിച്ചുകളയും.
17 ഞാൻ ക്രോധശിക്ഷകളോടുകൂടെ അവരോടു മഹാപ്രതികാരം നടത്തും; ഞാൻ പ്രതികാരം അവരോടു നടത്തുമ്പോൾ, ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു അവർ അറിയും.

3 And say H559 unto the Ammonites H1121 L-CMP , Hear H8085 VQI2MP the word H1697 CMS of the Lord H136 EDS GOD H3069 ; Thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the Lord H136 EDS GOD H3069 ; Because H3282 ADV thou saidst H559 , Aha H1889 IJEC , against H413 PREP my sanctuary H4720 , when H3588 CONJ it was profaned H2490 ; and against H413 PREP the land H127 of Israel H3478 , when H3588 CONJ it was desolate H8074 ; and against H413 PREP the house H1004 CMS of Judah H3063 , when H3588 CONJ they went H1980 VQQ3MP into captivity H1473 ;
4 Behold H2009 , therefore H3651 L-ADV I will deliver H5414 thee to the men H1121 L-CMP of the east H6924 NMS for a possession H4181 , and they shall set H3427 their palaces H2918 in thee , and make H5414 their dwellings H4908 in thee : they H1992 PPRO-3MP shall eat H398 thy fruit H6529 , and they H1992 shall drink H8354 thy milk H2461 .
5 And I will make H5414 Rabbah H7237 a stable H5116 for camels H1581 NMP , and the Ammonites H1121 a couching place H4769 for flocks H6629 NMS : and ye shall know H3045 that H3588 CONJ I H589 PPRO-1MS am the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
6 For H3588 CONJ thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the Lord H136 EDS GOD H3069 ; Because H3282 ADV thou hast clapped H4222 thine hands H3027 NFS , and stamped H7554 with the feet H7272 , and rejoiced H8055 in heart H5315 B-CFS with all H3605 B-CMS thy despite H7589 against H413 PREP the land H127 of Israel H3478 LMS ;
7 Behold H2009 , therefore H3651 L-ADV I will stretch out H5186 VQQ1MS mine hand H3027 CFS-1MS upon H5921 PREP-2MS thee , and will deliver H5414 thee for a spoil H957 to the heathen H1471 LD-NMP ; and I will cut thee off H3772 from H4480 PREP the people H5971 , and I will cause thee to perish H6 out of H4480 PREP the countries H776 : I will destroy H8045 thee ; and thou shalt know H3045 W-VQY2MS that H3588 CONJ I H589 PPRO-1MS am the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
8 Thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the Lord H136 EDS GOD H3069 ; Because that H3282 ADV Moab H4124 and Seir H8165 do say H559 , Behold H2009 IJEC , the house H1004 CMS of Judah H3063 is like unto all H3605 the heathen H1471 D-NMP ;
9 Therefore H3651 L-ADV , behold H2009 , I will open H6605 the side H3802 of Moab H4124 from the cities H5892 , from his cities H5892 which are on his frontiers H7097 , the glory H6643 of the country H776 GFS , Beth H1020 - jeshimoth , Baal H1186 - meon , and Kiriathaim H7156 ,
10 Unto the men H1121 L-CMP of the east H6924 NMS with H5921 PREP the Ammonites H1121 , and will give H5414 them in possession H4181 , that H4616 L-CONJ the Ammonites H1121 L-CMP may not H3808 ADV be remembered H2142 among the nations H1471 .
11 And I will execute H6213 judgments H8201 upon Moab H4124 ; and they shall know H3045 that H3588 CONJ I H589 PPRO-1MS am the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
12 Thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the Lord H136 EDS GOD H3069 ; Because that H3282 ADV Edom H123 hath dealt H6213 VQFC against the house H1004 of Judah H3063 by taking H5358 vengeance H5359 , and hath greatly offended H816 , and revenged himself H5358 upon them ;
13 Therefore H3651 L-ADV thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the Lord H136 EDS GOD H3069 ; I will also stretch out H5186 mine hand H3027 CFS-1MS upon H5921 PREP Edom H123 , and will cut off H3772 man H120 NMS and beast H929 W-NFS from H4480 M-PREP-3FS it ; and I will make H5414 it desolate H2723 from Teman H8487 ; and they of Dedan H1719 shall fall H5307 by the sword H2719 .
14 And I will lay H5414 my vengeance H5360 upon Edom H123 by the hand H3027 B-CFS of my people H5971 Israel H3478 : and they shall do H6213 W-VQQ3MP in Edom H123 according to mine anger H639 and according to my fury H2534 ; and they shall know H3045 my vengeance H5360 , saith H5002 the Lord H136 EDS GOD H3069 .
15 Thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the Lord H136 EDS GOD H3069 ; Because H3282 ADV the Philistines H6430 TMS have dealt H6213 VQFC by revenge H5360 , and have taken H5358 vengeance H5359 with a despiteful H7589 heart H5315 B-CFS , to destroy H4889 it for the old H5769 NMS hatred H342 ;
16 Therefore H3651 L-ADV thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the Lord H136 EDS GOD H3069 ; Behold H2009 , I will stretch out H5186 mine hand H3027 CFS-1MS upon H5921 PREP the Philistines H6430 TMS , and I will cut off H3772 the Cherethims H3774 , and destroy H6 the remnant H7611 of the sea H3220 D-NMS coast H2348 .
17 And I will execute H6213 great H1419 vengeance H5360 upon them with furious H2534 NFS rebukes H8433 ; and they shall know H3045 that H3588 CONJ I H589 PPRO-1MS am the LORD H3068 EDS , when I shall lay H5414 my vengeance H5360 upon them .
