1 യഹോവ പിന്നെയും ഇയ്യോബിനോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു എന്തെന്നാല്‍
2 ആക്ഷേപകന്‍ സര്‍വ്വശക്തനോടു വാദിക്കുമോ? ദൈവത്തോടു തര്‍ക്കിക്കുന്നവന്‍ ഇതിന്നു ഉത്തരം പറയട്ടെ.
3 അതിന്നു ഇയ്യോബ് യഹോവയോടു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതു
4 ഞാന്‍ നിസ്സാരനല്ലോ, ഞാന്‍ നിന്നോടു എന്തുത്തരം പറയേണ്ടു? ഞാന്‍ കൈകൊണ്ടു വായി പൊത്തിക്കൊള്ളുന്നു.
5 ഒരുവട്ടം ഞാന്‍ സംസാരിച്ചു; ഇനി ഉത്തരം പറകയില്ല. രണ്ടുവട്ടം ഞാന്‍ ഉരചെയ്തു; ഇനി മിണ്ടുകയില്ല.
6 അപ്പോള്‍ യഹോവ ചുഴലിക്കാറ്റില്‍നിന്നു ഇയ്യോബിനോടു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതെന്തെന്നാല്‍
7 നീ പുരുഷനെപ്പോലെ അര മുറുക്കിക്കൊള്‍ക; ഞാന്‍ നിന്നോടു ചോദിക്കും; നീ എനിക്കു ഗ്രഹിപ്പിച്ചുതരിക.
8 നീ എന്റെ ന്യായത്തെ ദുര്‍ബ്ബലപ്പെടുത്തുമോ? നീ നീതിമാനാകേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്നെ കുറ്റം പറയുമോ?
9 ദൈവത്തിന്നുള്ളതുപോലെ നിനക്കു ഭുജം ഉണ്ടോ? അവനെപ്പോലെ നിനക്കു ഇടിമുഴക്കാമോ?
10 നീ മഹിമയും പ്രതാപവും അണിഞ്ഞുകൊള്‍ക. തേജസ്സും പ്രഭാവവും ധരിച്ചുകൊള്‍ക.
11 നിന്റെ കോപപ്രവാഹങ്ങളെ ഒഴുക്കുക; ഏതു ഗര്‍വ്വിയെയും നോക്കി താഴ്ത്തുക.
12 ഏതു ഗര്‍വ്വിയെയും നോക്കി കവിഴ്ത്തുക; ദുഷ്ടന്മാരെ അവരുടെ നിലയില്‍ തന്നേ വീഴ്ത്തിക്കളക.
13 അവരെ ഒക്കെയും പൊടിയില്‍ മറെച്ചുവെക്കുക; അവരുടെ മുഖങ്ങളെ മറവിടത്തു ബന്ധിച്ചുകളക.
14 അപ്പോള്‍ നിന്റെ വലങ്കൈ നിന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കുന്നു എന്നു ഞാനും നിന്നെ ശ്ളാഘിച്ചു പറയും.
15 ഞാന്‍ നിന്നെപ്പോലെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്ന നദീഹയമുണ്ടല്ലോ; അതു കാളയെപ്പോലെ പുല്ലുതിന്നുന്നു.
16 അതിന്റെ ശക്തി അതിന്റെ കടിപ്രദേശത്തും അതിന്റെ ബലം വയറ്റിന്റെ മാംസപേശികളിലും ആകുന്നു.
17 ദേവദാരുതുല്യമായ തന്റെ വാല്‍ അതു ആട്ടുന്നു; അതിന്റെ തുടയിലെ ഞരമ്പുകള്‍ കൂടി പിണഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.
18 അതിന്റെ അസ്ഥികള്‍ ചെമ്പുകുഴല്‍പോലെയും എല്ലുകള്‍ ഇരിമ്പഴിപോലെയും ഇരിക്കുന്നു.
19 അതു ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സൃഷ്ടികളില്‍ പ്രധാനമായുള്ളതു; അതിനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയവന്‍ അതിന്നു ഒരു വാള്‍ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
20 കാട്ടുമൃഗങ്ങളൊക്കെയും കളിക്കുന്നിടമായ പര്‍വ്വതങ്ങള്‍ അതിന്നു തീന്‍ വിളയിക്കുന്നു.
21 അതു നീര്‍മരുതിന്റെ ചുവട്ടിലും ഞാങ്ങണയുടെ മറവിലും ചതുപ്പുനിലത്തും കിടക്കുന്നു.
22 നീര്‍മരുതു നിഴല്‍കൊണ്ടു അതിനെ മറെക്കുന്നു; തോട്ടിങ്കലെ അലരി അതിനെ ചുറ്റി നിലക്കുന്നു;
23 നദി കവിഞ്ഞൊഴുകിയാലും അതു ഭ്രമിക്കുന്നില്ല; യോര്‍ദ്ദാന്‍ അതിന്റെ വായിലേക്കു ചാടിയാലും അതു നിര്‍ഭയമായിരിക്കും.
24 അതു നോക്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കെ അതിനെ പിടിക്കാമോ? അതിന്റെ മൂക്കില്‍ കയര്‍ കോര്‍ക്കാമോ?

2 Shall he that contendeth H7378 with H5973 the Almighty H7706 instruct H3250 him ? he that reproveth H3198 God, H433 let him answer H6030 it.
3 Then Job H347 answered H6030 H853 the LORD, H3068 and said, H559
4 Behold H2005 , I am vile; H7043 what H4100 shall I answer H7725 thee? I will lay H7760 mine hand H3027 upon H3926 my mouth. H6310
5 Once H259 have I spoken; H1696 but I will not H3808 answer: H6030 yea, twice; H8147 but I will proceed no further H3254 H3808 .
6 Then answered H6030 the LORD H3068 unto H853 Job H347 out of H4480 the whirlwind, H5591 and said, H559
7 Gird up H247 thy loins H2504 now H4994 like a man: H1397 I will demand H7592 of thee , and declare H3045 thou unto me.
8 Wilt thou also H637 disannul H6565 my judgment H4941 ? wilt thou condemn H7561 me, that H4616 thou mayest be righteous H6663 ?
9 Hast thou an arm H2220 like God H410 ? or canst thou thunder H7481 with a voice H6963 like him H3644 ?
10 Deck H5710 thyself now H4994 with majesty H1347 and excellency; H1363 and array H3847 thyself with glory H1935 and beauty. H1926
11 Cast abroad H6327 the rage H5678 of thy wrath: H639 and behold H7200 every one H3605 that is proud, H1343 and abase H8213 him.
