1 അനന്തരം അവര്‍ യെരൂശലേമിനോടു സമീപിച്ചു ഒലിവുമലയരികെ ബേത്ത്ഫഗയില്‍ എത്തിയപ്പോള്‍, യേശു രണ്ടു ശിഷ്യന്മാരെ അയച്ചു

2 “നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കു എതിരെയുള്ള ഗ്രാമത്തില്‍ ചെല്ലുവിന്‍ ; അവിടെ കെട്ടിയിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പെണ്കഴുതയെയും അതിന്റെ കുട്ടിയെയും നിങ്ങള്‍ ഉടനെ കാണും; അവയെ അഴിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുവരുവിന്‍ .

3 നിങ്ങളോടു ആരാനും വല്ലതും പറഞ്ഞാല്‍കര്‍ത്താവിന്നു ഇവയെക്കൊണ്ടു ആവശ്യം ഉണ്ടു എന്നു പറവിന്‍ ; തല്‍ക്ഷണം അവന്‍ അവയെ അയയക്കും” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

4 “സീയോന്‍ പുത്രിയോടുഇതാ, നിന്റെ രാജാവു സൌമ്യനായി കഴുതപ്പുറത്തും വാഹനമൃഗത്തിന്റെ കുട്ടിയുടെ പുറത്തും കയറി നിന്റെ അടുക്കല്‍ വരുന്നു എന്നു പറവിന്‍ ”

5 എന്നിങ്ങനെ പ്രവാചകന്‍ മുഖാന്തരം അരുളിചെയ്തതിന്നു നിവൃത്തിവരുവാന്‍ ഇതു സംഭവിച്ചു.

6 ശിഷ്യന്മാര്‍ പുറപ്പെട്ടു യേശു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ ചെയ്തു,

7 കഴുതയെയും കുട്ടിയെയും കൊണ്ടുവന്നു തങ്ങളുടെ വസ്ത്രം അവയുടെ മേല്‍ ഇട്ടു; അവന്‍ കയറി ഇരുന്നു.

8 പുരുഷാരം മിക്കതും തങ്ങളുടെ വസ്ത്രം വഴിയില്‍ വിരിച്ചുമറ്റു ചിലര്‍ വൃകഷങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നു കൊമ്പു വെട്ടി വഴിയില്‍ വിതറി.

9 മുന്നും പിന്നും നടന്ന പുരുഷാരംദാവീദ് പുത്രന്നു ഹോശന്നാ; കര്‍ത്താവിന്റെ നാമത്തില്‍ വരുന്നവന്‍ വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെട്ടവന്‍ ; അത്യുന്നതങ്ങളില്‍ ഹോശന്നാ എന്നു ആര്‍ത്തുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.

10 അവന്‍ യെരൂശലേമില്‍ കടന്നപ്പോള്‍ നഗരം മുഴുവനും ഇളകിഇവന്‍ ആര്‍ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

11 ഇവന്‍ ഗലീലയിലെ നസറെത്തില്‍നിന്നുള്ള പ്രവാചകനായ യേശു എന്നു പുരുഷാരം പറഞ്ഞു.

12 യേശു ദൈവലായത്തില്‍ ചെന്നു, ദൈവാലയത്തില്‍ വില്‍ക്കുന്നവരെയും കൊള്ളുന്നവരെയും എല്ലാം പുറത്താക്കി, പൊന്‍ വാണിഭക്കാരുടെ മേശകളെയും പ്രാവുകളെ വിലക്കുന്നവരുടെ പീഠങ്ങളെയും മറിച്ചു കളഞ്ഞു അവരോടു

13 “എന്റെ ആലയം പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥാനാലയം എന്നു വിളിക്കപ്പെടും എന്നു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു; നിങ്ങളോ അതിനെ കള്ളന്മാരുടെ ഗുഹയാക്കിത്തിര്‍ക്കുംന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

14 കുരുടന്മാരും മുടന്തന്മാരും ദൈവാലയത്തില്‍ അവന്റെ അടുക്കല്‍ വന്നു; അവന്‍ അവരെ സൌഖ്യമാക്കി.

15 എന്നാല്‍ മഹാപുരോഹിതന്മാരും ശാസ്ത്രിമാരും അവന്‍ ചെയ്ത അത്ഭുതങ്ങളെയും ദാവീദ് പുത്രന്നു ഹോശന്നാ എന്നു ദൈവാലയത്തില്‍ ആര്‍ക്കുംന്ന ബാലന്മാരെയും കണ്ടിട്ടു നീരസപ്പെട്ടു;

16 ഇവന്‍ പറയുന്നതു കേള്‍ക്കുന്നുവോ എന്നു അവനോടു ചോദിച്ചു. യേശു അവരോടു“ഉവ്വുശിശുക്കളുടെയും മുലകുടിക്കുന്നവരുടെയും വായില്‍ നിന്നു നീ പുകഴ്ച ഒരുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നുള്ളതു നിങ്ങള്‍ ഒരിക്കലും വായിച്ചിട്ടല്ലയോ” എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.

17 പിന്നെ അവരെ വിട്ടു നഗരത്തില്‍ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ബെഥാന്യയില്‍ ചെന്നു അവിടെ രാത്രി പാര്‍ത്തു.

18 രാവിലെ അവന്‍ നഗരത്തിലേക്കു മടങ്ങിപ്പോകുന്ന സമയം വിശന്നിട്ടു വഴിയരികെ ഒരു അത്തിവൃക്ഷം കണ്ടു

19 അടുക്കെ ചെന്നു, അതില്‍ ഇലയല്ലാതെ ഒന്നും കാണായ്കയാല്‍“ഇനി നിന്നില്‍ ഒരുനാളും ഫലം ഉണ്ടാകാതെ പോകട്ടെ” എന്നു അതിനോടു പറഞ്ഞു; ക്ഷണത്തില്‍ അത്തി ഉണങ്ങിപ്പോയി.

20 ശിഷ്യന്മാര്‍ അതു കണ്ടാറെഅത്തി ഇത്ര ക്ഷണത്തില്‍ ഉണങ്ങിപ്പോയതു എങ്ങനെ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു ആശ്ചര്യപ്പെട്ടു.

21 അതിന്നു യേശു“നിങ്ങള്‍ സംശയിക്കാതെ വിശ്വാസം ഉള്ളവരായാല്‍ ഈ അത്തിയോടു ചെയ്തതു നിങ്ങളും ചെയ്യും; എന്നു മാത്രമല്ല, ഈ മലയോടുനീങ്ങി കടലിലേക്കു ചാടിപ്പോക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞാല്‍ അതും സംഭവിക്കും എന്നു ഞാന്‍ സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.”

22 നിങ്ങള്‍ വിശ്വസിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥനയില്‍ എന്തു യാചിച്ചാലും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കു ലഭിക്കും എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

23 അവന്‍ ദൈവാലയത്തില്‍ ചെന്നു ഉപദേശിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ മഹാപുരോഹിതന്മാരും ജനത്തിന്റെ മൂപ്പന്മാരും അവന്റെ അടുക്കല്‍ വന്നുനീ എന്തു അധികാരം കൊണ്ടു ഇതു ചെയ്യുന്നു? ഈ അധികാരം നിനക്കു തന്നതു ആര്‍ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.

24 യേശു അവരോടു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതു“ഞാനും നിങ്ങളോടു ഒരു വാക്കു ചോദിക്കും; അതു നിങ്ങള്‍ എന്നോടു പറഞ്ഞാല്‍ എന്തു അധികാരം കൊണ്ടു ഞാന്‍ ഇതു ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്നുള്ളതു ഞാനും നിങ്ങളോടു പറയും.

25 യോഹന്നാന്റെ സ്നാനം എവിടെ നിന്നു? സ്വര്‍ഗ്ഗത്തില്‍നിന്നോ മനുഷ്യരില്‍ നിന്നോ?” അവര്‍ തമ്മില്‍ ആലോചിച്ചുസ്വര്‍ഗ്ഗത്തില്‍ നിന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞാല്‍, പിന്നെ നിങ്ങള്‍ അവനെ വിശ്വസിക്കാഞ്ഞതു എന്തു എന്നു അവന്‍ നമ്മോടു ചോദിക്കും;

26 മനുഷ്യരില്‍ നിന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞാലോ, നാം പുരുഷാരത്തെ ഭയപ്പെടുന്നു; എല്ലാവരും യോഹന്നാനെ പ്രവാചകന്‍ എന്നല്ലോ എണ്ണുന്നതു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

27 അങ്ങനെ അവര്‍ യേശുവിനോടുഞങ്ങള്‍ക്കു അറിഞ്ഞുകൂടാ എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു. അവന്‍ അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞതു“എന്നാല്‍ ഞാന്‍ ഇതു എന്തു അധികാരംകൊണ്ടു ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്നുള്ളതു ഞാനും നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നില്ല.”

28 എങ്കിലും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കു എന്തു തോന്നുന്നു? ഒരു മനുഷ്യന്നു രണ്ടു പുത്രന്മാര്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവന്‍ ഒന്നാമത്തവന്റെ അടുക്കല്‍ ചെന്നുമകനേ ഇന്നു എന്റെ മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടത്തില്‍ പോയി വേല ചെയ്ക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

29 എനിക്കു മനസ്സില്ല എന്നു അവന്‍ ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു; എങ്കിലും പിന്നത്തേതില്‍ അനുതപിച്ചു അവന്‍ പോയി.

30 രണ്ടാമത്തെവന്റെ അടുക്കല്‍ അവന്‍ ചെന്നു അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോള്‍ഞാന്‍ പോകാം അപ്പാ എന്നു അവന്‍ ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു; പോയില്ലതാനും.

31 ഈ രണ്ടുപേരില്‍ ആര്‍ ആകുന്നു അപ്പന്റെ ഇഷ്ടം ചെയ്തതു?” ഒന്നാമത്തവന്‍ എന്നു അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. യേശു അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞതു“ചുങ്കക്കാരും വേശ്യമാരും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കു മുമ്പായി ദൈവരാജ്യത്തില്‍ കടക്കുന്നു എന്നു സത്യമായിട്ടു ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.

32 യോഹന്നാന്‍ നീതിമാര്‍ഗ്ഗം ഉപദേശിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കല്‍ വന്നുനിങ്ങള്‍ അവനെ വിശ്വസിച്ചില്ല; എന്നാല്‍ ചുങ്കക്കാരും വേശ്യമാരും അവനെ വിശ്വസിച്ചു; അതു കണ്ടിട്ടും നിങ്ങള്‍ അവനെ വിശ്വസിപ്പാന്‍ തക്കവണ്ണം പിന്നത്തേതില്‍ അനുതപിച്ചില്ല.

33 മറ്റൊരു ഉപമ കേള്‍പ്പിന്‍ . ഗൃഹസ്ഥനായോരു മനുഷ്യന്‍ ഒരു മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടം നട്ടുണ്ടാക്കി, അതിന്നു വേലികെട്ടി, അതില്‍ ചകൂ കുഴിച്ചിട്ടു ഗോപുരവും പണിതു; പിന്നെ കുടിയാന്മാരെ പാട്ടത്തിന്നു ഏല്പിച്ചിട്ടു പരദേശത്തുപോയി.

34 ഫലകാലം സമീപിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ തനിക്കുള്ള അനുഭവം വാങ്ങേണ്ടതിന്നു അവന്‍ ദാസന്മാരെ കുടിയാന്മാരുടെ അടുക്കല്‍ അയച്ചു.

35 കുടിയാന്മാരോ അവന്റെ ദാസന്മാരെ പിടിച്ചു, ഒരുവനെ തല്ലി, ഒരുവനെ കൊന്നു, മറ്റൊരുവനെ കല്ലെറിഞ്ഞു.

36 അവന്‍ പിന്നെയും മുമ്പിലത്തേതിലും അധികം ദാസന്മാരെ അയച്ചു; അവരോടും അവര്‍ അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ചെയ്തു.

37 ഒടുവില്‍ അവന്‍ എന്റെ മകനെ അവര്‍ ശങ്കിക്കും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു, മകനെ അവരുടെ അടുക്കല്‍ അയച്ചു.

38 മകനെ കണ്ടിട്ടു കുടിയാന്മാര്‍ഇവന്‍ അവകാശി; വരുവിന്‍ , നാം അവനെ കൊന്നു അവന്റെ അവകാശം കൈവശമാക്കുക എന്നു തമ്മില്‍ പറഞ്ഞു,

39 അവനെ പിടിച്ചു തോട്ടത്തില്‍നിന്നു പുറത്താക്കി കൊന്നു കളഞ്ഞു.

40 ആകയാല്‍ മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടത്തിന്റെ ഉടയവന്‍ വരുമ്പോള്‍ ആ കുടിയാന്മാരോടു എന്തു ചെയ്യും?”

41 അവന്‍ ആ വല്ലാത്തവരെ വല്ലാതെ നിഗ്രഹിച്ചു തക്കസമയത്തു അനുഭവം കൊടുക്കുന്ന വേറെ കുടിയാന്മാര്‍ക്കും തോട്ടം ഏല്പിക്കും എന്നു അവര്‍ അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞു.

42 യേശു അവരോടു“'വീടുപണിയുന്നവര്‍ തള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞ കല്ലു മൂലക്കല്ലായി തീര്‍ന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; ഇതു കര്‍ത്താവിനാല്‍ സംഭവിച്ചു നമ്മുടെ ദൃഷ്ടിയില്‍ ആശ്ചര്യവുമായിരിക്കുന്നു' എന്നു നിങ്ങള്‍ തിരുവെഴുത്തുകളില്‍ ഒരിക്കലും വായിച്ചിട്ടില്ലയോ?

43 അതുകൊണ്ടു ദൈവ രാജ്യം നിങ്ങളുടെ പക്കല്‍നിന്നു എടുത്തു അതിന്റെ ഫലം കൊടുക്കുന്ന ജാതിക്കു കൊടുക്കും എന്നു ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.

44 ഈ കല്ലിന്മേല്‍ വീഴുന്നവന്‍ തകര്‍ന്നുപോകും; അതു ആരുടെ മേല്‍ എങ്കിലും വീണാല്‍ അവനെ ധൂളിപ്പിക്കും” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

45 അവന്റെ ഉപമകളെ മഹാപുരോഹിതന്മാരും പരീശരും കേട്ടിട്ടു, തങ്ങളെക്കൊണ്ടു പറയന്നു എന്നു അറിഞ്ഞു,

46 അവനെ പിടിപ്പാന്‍ അന്വേഷിച്ചു; എന്നാല്‍ പുരുഷാരം അവനെ പ്രവാചകന്‍ എന്നു എണ്ണുകകൊണ്ടു അവരെ ഭയപ്പെട്ടു.

44 And ^G2532 whosoever shall fall ^G4098 on ^G1909 this ^G5126 stone ^G3037 shall be broken: ^G4917 but ^G1161 on ^G1909 whomsoever ^G3739 ^G302 it shall fall, ^G4098 it will grind him to powder ^G3039 ^G846 .

45 And ^G2532 when the ^G3588 chief priests ^G749 and ^G2532 Pharisees ^G5330 had heard ^G191 his ^G846 parables, ^G3850 they perceived ^G1097 that ^G3754 he spake ^G3004 of ^G4012 them. ^G846
