1 “സ്വര്‍ഗ്ഗരാജ്യം മണവാളനെ എതിരേല്പാന്‍ വിളകൂ എടുത്തുകൊണ്ടു പുറപ്പെട്ട പത്തു കന്യകമാരോടു സദൃശം ആകും.
2 അവരില്‍ അഞ്ചുപേര്‍ ബുദ്ധിയില്ലാത്തവരും അഞ്ചുപേര്‍ ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവരും ആയിരുന്നു.
3 ബുദ്ധിയില്ലാത്തവര്‍ വിളകൂ എടുത്തപ്പോള്‍ എണ്ണ എടുത്തില്ല.
4 ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവരോ വിളക്കോടുകൂടെ പാത്രത്തില്‍ എണ്ണയും എടുത്തു.
5 പിന്നെ മണവാളന്‍ താമസിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ എല്ലാവരും മയക്കംപിടിച്ചു ഉറങ്ങി.
6 അര്‍ദ്ധരാത്രിക്കോ മണവാളന്‍ വരുന്നു; അവനെ എതിരേല്പാന്‍ പുറപ്പെടുവിന്‍ എന്നു ആര്‍പ്പുവിളി ഉണ്ടായി.
7 അപ്പോള്‍ കന്യകമാര്‍ എല്ലാവരും എഴന്നേറ്റു വിളകൂ തെളിയിച്ചു.
8 എന്നാല്‍ ബുദ്ധിയില്ലാത്തവര്‍ ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവരോടുഞങ്ങളുടെ വിളകൂ കെട്ടുപോകുന്നതു കൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണയില്‍ കുറെ ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്കു തരുവിന്‍ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
9 ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവര്‍ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്കും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കും പോരാ എന്നു വരാതിരിപ്പാന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ വിലക്കുന്നവരുടെ അടുക്കല്‍ പോയി വാങ്ങിക്കൊള്‍വിന്‍ എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.
10 അവര്‍ വാങ്ങുവാന്‍ പോയപ്പോള്‍ മണവാളന്‍ വന്നു; ഒരുങ്ങിയിരുന്നവര്‍ അവനോടുകൂടെ കല്യാണസദ്യെക്കു ചെന്നു; വാതില്‍ അടെക്കയും ചെയ്തു.
11 അതിന്റെ ശേഷം മറ്റെ കന്യകമാരും വന്നുകര്‍ത്താവേ, കര്‍ത്താവേ ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്കു തുറക്കേണമേ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
12 അതിന്നു അവന്‍ ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങളെ അറിയുന്നില്ല എന്നു സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
13 ആകയാല്‍ നാളും നാഴികയും നിങ്ങള്‍ അറിയായ്കകൊണ്ടു ഉണര്‍ന്നിരിപ്പിന്‍ .
14 ഒരു മനുഷ്യന്‍ പരദേശത്തു പോകുമ്പോള്‍ ദാസന്മാരെ വിളിച്ചു തന്റെ സമ്പത്തു അവരെ ഏല്പിച്ചു.
15 ഒരുവന്നു അഞ്ചു താലന്തു, ഒരുവന്നു രണ്ടു, ഒരുവന്നു ഒന്നു ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരോരുത്തന്നു അവനവന്റെ പ്രാപ്തിപോലെ കൊടുത്തു യാത്രപുറപ്പെട്ടു.
16 അഞ്ചു താലന്തു ലഭിച്ചവന്‍ ഉടനെ ചെന്നു വ്യാപാരം ചെയ്തു വേറെ അഞ്ചു താലന്തു സമ്പാദിച്ചു.
17 അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ രണ്ടു താലന്തു ലഭിച്ചവന്‍ വേറെ രണ്ടു നേടി.
18 ഒന്നു ലഭിച്ചവനോ പോയി നിലത്തു ഒരു കുഴി കുഴിച്ചു യജമാനന്റെ ദ്രവ്യം മറെച്ചുവെച്ചു.
19 വളരെ കാലം കഴിഞ്ഞശേഷം ആ ദാസന്മാരുടെ യജമാനന്‍ വന്നു അവരുമായി കണകൂ തീര്‍ത്തു.
20 അഞ്ചു താലന്തു ലഭിച്ചവന്‍ അടുക്കെ വന്നു വേറെ അഞ്ചു കൂടെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നുയജമാനനേ, അഞ്ചു താലന്തല്ലോ എന്നെ ഏല്പിച്ചതു; ഞാന്‍ അഞ്ചു താലന്തുകൂടെ നേടിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
21 അതിന്നു യജമാനന്‍ നന്നു, നല്ലവനും വിശ്വസ്തനുമായ ദാസനേ, നീ അല്പത്തില്‍ വിശ്വസ്തനായിരുന്നു; ഞാന്‍ നിന്നെ അധികത്തിന്നു വിചാരകനാക്കും; നിന്റെ യജമാനന്റെ സന്തോഷത്തിലേക്കു പ്രവേശിക്ക എന്നു അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞു.
22 രണ്ടു താലന്തു ലഭിച്ചവനും അടുക്കെ വന്നുയജമാനനേ, രണ്ടു താലന്തല്ലോ എന്നെ ഏല്പിച്ചതു; ഞാന്‍ രണ്ടു താലന്തുകൂടെ നേടിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
23 അതിന്നു യജമാനന്‍ നന്നു, നല്ലവനും വിശ്വസ്തനുമായ ദാസനേ, നീ അല്പത്തില്‍ വിശ്വസ്തനായിരുന്നു; ഞാന്‍ നിന്നെ അധികത്തിന്നു വിചാരകനാക്കും; നിന്റെ യജമാനന്റെ സന്തോഷത്തിലേക്കു പ്രവേശിക്ക എന്നു അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞു.
24 ഒരു താലന്തു ലഭിച്ചവനും അടുക്കെ വന്നുയജമാനനേ, നീ വിതെക്കാത്തേടുത്തു നിന്നു കൊയ്യുകയും വിതറാത്തേടുത്തു നിന്നു ചേര്‍ക്കുംകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന കഠിനമനുഷ്യന്‍ എന്നു ഞാന്‍ അറിഞ്ഞു
25 ഭയപ്പെട്ടു ചെന്നു നിന്റെ താലന്തു നിലത്തു മറെച്ചുവെച്ചു; നിന്റേതു ഇതാ, എടുത്തുകൊള്‍ക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
26 അതിന്നു യജമാനന്‍ ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതുദുഷ്ടനും മടിയനും ആയ ദാസനേ, ഞാന്‍ വിതെക്കാത്തേടത്തു നിന്നു കൊയ്യുകയും വിതറാത്തേടത്തുനിന്നു ചേര്‍ക്കുംകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവന്‍ എന്നു നീ അറിഞ്ഞുവല്ലോ.
27 നീ എന്റെ ദ്രവ്യം പൊന്‍ വാണിഭക്കാരെ ഏല്പിക്കേണ്ടിയിരുന്നു; എന്നാല്‍ ഞാന്‍ വന്നു എന്റേതു പലിശയോടുകൂടെ വാങ്ങിക്കൊള്ളുമായിരുന്നു.
28 ആ താലന്തു അവന്റെ പക്കല്‍നിന്നു എടുത്തു പത്തു താലന്തു ഉള്ളവന്നു കൊടുപ്പിന്‍ .
29 അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ളവന്നു ഏവന്നും ലഭിക്കും; അവന്നു സമൃദ്ധിയും ഉണ്ടാകും; ഇല്ലാത്തവനോടോ ഉള്ളതും കൂടെ എടുത്തുകളയും.
30 എന്നാല്‍ കൊള്ളരുതാത്ത ദാസനെ ഏറ്റവും പുറത്തുള്ള ഇരുട്ടിലേക്കു തള്ളിക്കളവിന്‍ ; അവിടെ കരച്ചലും പല്ലുകടിയും ഉണ്ടാകും.
31 മനുഷ്യപുത്രന്‍ തന്റെ തേജസ്സോടെ സകലവിശുദ്ധദൂതന്മാരുമായി വരുമ്പോള്‍ അവന്‍ തന്റെ തേജസ്സിന്റെ സിംഹാസനത്തില്‍ ഇരിക്കും.
32 സകല ജാതികളെയും അവന്റെ മുമ്പില്‍ കൂട്ടും; അവന്‍ അവരെ ഇടയന്‍ ചെമ്മരിയാടുകളെയും കോലാടുകളെയും തമ്മില്‍ വേര്‍തിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ വേര്‍തിരിച്ചു,
33 ചെമ്മരിയാടുകളെ തന്റെ വലത്തും കോലാടുകളെ ഇടത്തും നിറുത്തും.
34 രാജാവു തന്റെ വലത്തുള്ളവരോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുംഎന്റെ പിതാവിനാല്‍ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരേ, വരുവിന്‍ ; ലോകസ്ഥാപനംമുതല്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി ഒരുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്ന രാജ്യം അവകാശമാക്കിക്കൊള്‍വിന്‍ .
35 എനിക്കു വിശന്നു, നിങ്ങള്‍ ഭക്ഷിപ്പാന്‍ തന്നു, ദാഹിച്ചു നിങ്ങള്‍ കുടിപ്പാന്‍ തന്നു; ഞാന്‍ അതിഥിയായിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങള്‍ എന്നെ ചേര്‍ത്തുകൊണ്ടു;
36 നഗ്നനായിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങള്‍ എന്നെ ഉടുപ്പിച്ചു; രോഗിയായിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങള്‍ എന്നെ കാണ്മാന്‍ വന്നു; തടവില്‍ ആയിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങള്‍ എന്റെ അടുക്കല്‍ വന്നു.
37 അതിന്നു നീതിമാന്മാര്‍ അവനോടുകര്‍ത്താവേ, ഞങ്ങള്‍ എപ്പോള്‍ നിന്നെ വിശന്നു കണ്ടിട്ടു ഭക്ഷിപ്പാന്‍ തരികയോ ദാഹിച്ചു കണ്ടിട്ടു കുടിപ്പാന്‍ തരികയോ ചെയ്തു?
38 ഞങ്ങള്‍ എപ്പോള്‍ നിന്നെ അതിഥിയായി കണ്ടിട്ടു ചേര്‍ത്തുകൊള്‍കയോ നഗ്നനായി കണ്ടിട്ടു ഉടപ്പിക്കയോ ചെയ്തു?
39 നിന്നെ രോഗിയായിട്ടോ തടവിലോ എപ്പോള്‍ കണ്ടിട്ടു ഞങ്ങള്‍ നിന്റെ അടുക്കല്‍ വന്നു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറയും.
40 രാജാവു അവരോടുഎന്റെ ഈ ഏറ്റവും ചെറിയ സഹോദരന്മാരില്‍ ഒരുത്തന്നു നിങ്ങള്‍ ചെയ്തേടത്തോളം എല്ലാം എനിക്കു ചെയ്തു എന്നു ഞാന്‍ സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്യും.
41 പിന്നെ അവന്‍ ഇടത്തുള്ളവരോടുശപിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരെ, എന്നെ വിട്ടു പിശാചിന്നും അവന്റെ ദൂതന്മാര്‍ക്കും ഒരുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്ന നിത്യാഗ്നിയിലേക്കു പോകുവിന്‍ .
42 എനിക്കു വിശന്നു, നിങ്ങള്‍ ഭക്ഷിപ്പാന്‍ തന്നില്ല; ദാഹിച്ചു, നിങ്ങള്‍ കുടിപ്പാന്‍ തന്നില്ല.
43 അതിഥിയായിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങള്‍ എന്നെ ചേര്‍ത്തുകൊണ്ടില്ല; നഗ്നനായിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങള്‍ എന്നെ ഉടുപ്പിച്ചില്ല; രോഗിയും തടവിലും ആയിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങള്‍ എന്നെ കാണ്മാന്‍ വന്നില്ല എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്യും.
44 അതിന്നു അവര്‍കര്‍ത്താവേ, ഞങ്ങള്‍ നിന്നെ വിശക്കുന്നവനോ ദാഹിക്കുന്നവനോ അതിഥിയോ നഗ്നനോ രോഗിയോ തടവിലോ ആയി എപ്പോള്‍ കണ്ടു നിനക്കു ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യാതിരുന്നു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറയും. അവന്‍ അവരോടു
45 ഈ ഏറ്റവും ചെറിവരില്‍ ഒരുത്തന്നു നിങ്ങള്‍ ചെയ്യാഞ്ഞേടത്തോളമെല്ലാം എനിക്കു ആകുന്നു ചെയ്യാഞ്ഞതു എന്നു ഞാന്‍ സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു എന്നു ഉത്തരം അരുളും.
46 ഇവര്‍ നിത്യദണ്ഡനത്തിലേക്കും നീതിമാന്മാര്‍ നിത്യജീവങ്കലേക്കും പോകും.”

22 G1161 He also that had received G2983 G2532 two G1417 talents G5007 came G4334 and said, G2036 Lord, G2962 thou deliveredst G3860 unto me G3427 two G1417 talents: G5007 behold, G2396 I have gained G2770 two G1417 other G243 talents G5007 beside G1909 them. G846

32 And G2532 before G1715 him G846 shall be gathered G4863 all G3956 nations: G1484 and G2532 he shall separate G873 them G846 one from another G240 G575 , as G5618 a shepherd G4166 divideth G873 his sheep G4263 from G575 the G3588 goats: G2056
33 And G2532 he shall set G2476 the G3588 sheep G4263 on G1537 his G848 right hand, G1188 but G1161 the G3588 goats G2055 on G1537 the left. G2176

35 For G1063 I was hungry, G3983 and G2532 ye gave G1325 me G3427 meat: G5315 I was thirsty, G1372 and G2532 ye gave me drink G4222 G3165 : I was G2252 a stranger, G3581 and G2532 ye took me in G4863 G3165 :
36 Naked, G1131 and G2532 ye clothed G4016 me: G3165 I was sick, G770 and G2532 ye visited G1980 me: G3165 I was G2252 in G1722 prison, G5438 and G2532 ye came G2064 unto G4314 me. G3165
37 Then G5119 shall the G3588 righteous G1342 answer G611 him, G846 saying, G3004 Lord, G2962 when G4219 saw G1492 we thee G4571 hungry, G3983 and G2532 fed G5142 thee ? or G2228 thirsty, G1372 and G2532 gave thee G4222 drink?
38 G1161 When G4219 saw G1492 we thee G4571 a stranger, G3581 and G2532 took thee G4863 in? or G2228 naked, G1131 and G2532 clothed G4016 thee ?
39 Or G1161 when G4219 saw G1492 we thee G4571 sick, G772 or G2228 in G1722 prison, G5438 and G2532 came G2064 unto G4314 thee G4571 ?
40 And G2532 the G3588 King G935 shall answer G611 and say G2046 unto them, G846 Verily G281 I say G3004 unto you, G5213 Inasmuch as G1909 G3745 ye have done G4160 it unto one G1520 of the G3588 least G1646 of these G5130 my G3450 brethren, G80 ye have done G4160 it unto me. G1698

42 For G1063 I was hungry, G3983 and G2532 ye gave G1325 me G3427 no G3756 meat: G5315 I was thirsty, G1372 and G2532 ye gave me no drink G4222 G3165 :
43 I was G2252 a stranger, G3581 and G2532 ye took me not in G4863 G3165: G3756 naked, G1131 and G2532 ye clothed G4016 me G3165 not: G3756 sick, G772 and G2532 in G1722 prison, G5438 and G2532 ye visited G1980 me G3165 not. G3756
