1 എന്‍ മനമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക; എന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവേ, നീ ഏറ്റവും വലിയവന്‍ ; മഹത്വവും തേജസ്സും നീ ധരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു;
2 വസ്ത്രം ധരിക്കുമ്പോലെ നീ പ്രകാശത്തെ ധരിക്കുന്നു; തിരശ്ശീലപോലെ നീ ആകാശത്തെ വിരിക്കുന്നു.
3 അവന്‍ തന്റെ മാളികകളുടെ തുലാങ്ങളെ വെള്ളത്തിന്മേല്‍ നിരത്തുന്നു; മേഘങ്ങളെ തന്റെ തേരാക്കി, കാറ്റിന്‍ ചിറകിന്മേല്‍ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നു.
4 അവന്‍ കാറ്റുകളെ തന്റെ ദൂതന്മാരും അഗ്നിജ്വാലയെ തന്റെ ശുശ്രൂഷകന്മാരും ആക്കുന്നു.
5 അവന്‍ ഭൂമിയെ അതൊരിക്കലും ഇളകിപ്പോകാതവണ്ണം അതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിന്മേല്‍ സ്ഥാപിച്ചരിക്കുന്നു.
6 നീ അതിനെ വസ്ത്രംകൊണ്ടെന്നപോലെ ആഴികൊണ്ടു മൂടി; വെള്ളം പര്‍വ്വതങ്ങള്‍ക്കു മീതെ നിന്നു.
7 അവ നിന്റെ ശാസനയാല്‍ ഔടിപ്പോയി; നിന്റെ ഇടിമുഴക്കത്താല്‍ അവ ബദ്ധപ്പെട്ടു -
8 മലകള്‍ പൊങ്ങി, താഴ്വരകള്‍ താണു - നീ അവേക്കു നിശ്ചയിച്ച സ്ഥലത്തേക്കു വാങ്ങിപ്പോയി;
9 ഭൂമിയെ മൂടുവാന്‍ മടങ്ങിവരാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ അവേക്കു കടന്നുകൂടാത്ത ഒരു അതിര്‍ ഇട്ടു.
10 അവന്‍ ഉറവുകളെ താഴ്വരകളിലേക്കു ഒഴുക്കുന്നു; അവ മലകളുടെ ഇടയില്‍കൂടി ഒലിക്കുന്നു.
11 അവയില്‍നിന്നു വയലിലെ സകലമൃഗങ്ങളും കുടിക്കുന്നു; കാട്ടുകഴുതകളും തങ്ങളുടെ ദാഹം തീര്‍ക്കുംന്നു;
12 അവയുടെ തീരങ്ങളില്‍ ആകാശത്തിലെ പറവകള്‍ വസിക്കയും കൊമ്പുകളുടെ ഇടയില്‍ പാടുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
13 അവന്‍ തന്റെ മാളികകളില്‍ നിന്നു മലകളെ നനെക്കുന്നു; ഭൂമിക്കു നിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികളുടെ ഫലത്താല്‍ തൃപ്തിവരുന്നു.
14 അവന്‍ മൃഗങ്ങള്‍ക്കു പുല്ലും മനുഷ്യന്റെ ഉപയോഗത്തിന്നായി സസ്യവും മുളെപ്പിക്കുന്നു;
15 അവന്‍ ഭൂമിയില്‍നിന്നു ആഹാരവും മനുഷ്യന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തെ സന്തോഷിപ്പിക്കുന്ന വീഞ്ഞും അവന്റെ മുഖത്തെ മിനുക്കുവാന്‍ എണ്ണയും മനുഷ്യന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തെ ബലപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന അപ്പവും ഉത്ഭവിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
16 യഹോവയുടെ വൃക്ഷങ്ങള്‍ക്കു തൃപ്തിവരുന്നു; അവന്‍ നട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ലെബാനോനിലെ ദേവദാരുക്കള്‍ക്കു തന്നേ.
17 അവിടെ പക്ഷികള്‍ കൂടുണ്ടാക്കുന്നു; പെരുഞാറെക്കു സരളവൃക്ഷങ്ങള്‍ പാര്‍പ്പിടമാകുന്നു.
18 ഉയര്‍ന്നമലകള്‍ കാട്ടാടുകള്‍ക്കും പാറകള്‍ കുഴിമുയലുകള്‍ക്കും സങ്കേതമാകുന്നു.
19 അവന്‍ കാലനിര്‍ണ്ണയത്തിന്നായി ചന്ദ്രനെ നിയമിച്ചു; സൂര്യന്‍ തന്റെ അസ്തമാനത്തെ അറിയുന്നു.
20 നീ ഇരുട്ടു വരുത്തുന്നു; രാത്രി ഉണ്ടാകുന്നു; അപ്പോള്‍ കാട്ടുമൃഗങ്ങളൊക്കെയും സഞ്ചാരം തുടങ്ങുന്നു.
21 ബാലസിംഹങ്ങള്‍ ഇരെക്കായി അലറുന്നു; അവ ദൈവത്തോടു തങ്ങളുടെ ആഹാരം ചോദിക്കുന്നു.
22 സൂര്യന്‍ ഉദിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ അവ മടങ്ങുന്നു; തങ്ങളുടെ ഗുഹകളില്‍ ചെന്നു കിടക്കുന്നു.
23 മനുഷ്യന്‍ തന്റെ പണിക്കു പുറപ്പെടുന്നു; സന്ധ്യവരെയുള്ള തന്റെ വേലെക്കായി തന്നേ.
24 യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികള്‍ എത്ര പെരുകിയിരിക്കുന്നു! ജ്ഞാനത്തോടെ നീ അവയെ ഒക്കെയും ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു; ഭൂമി നിന്റെ സൃഷ്ടികളാല്‍ നിറെഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.
25 വലിപ്പവും വിസ്താരവും ഉള്ള സമുദ്രം അതാ കിടക്കുന്നു! അതില്‍ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്ന ചെറിയതും വലിയതുമായ അസംഖ്യജന്തുക്കള്‍ ഉണ്ടു.
26 അതില്‍ കപ്പലുകള്‍ ഔടുന്നു; അതില്‍ കളിപ്പാന്‍ നീ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ലിവ്യാഥാന്‍ ഉണ്ടു.
27 തക്കസമയത്തു തീന്‍ കിട്ടേണ്ടതിന്നു ഇവ ഒക്കെയും നിന്നെ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
28 നീ കൊടുക്കുന്നതിനെ അവ പെറുക്കുന്നു തൃക്കൈ തുറക്കുമ്പോള്‍ അവേക്കു നന്മകൊണ്ടു തൃപ്തിവരുന്നു.
29 തിരുമുഖത്തെ മറെക്കുമ്പോള്‍ അവ ഭ്രമിച്ചു പോകുന്നു; നീ അവയുടെ ശ്വാസം എടുക്കുമ്പോള്‍ അവ ചത്തു പൊടിയിലേക്കു തിരികെ ചേരുന്നു;
30 നീ നിന്റെ ശ്വാസം അയക്കുമ്പോള്‍ അവ സൃഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു; നീ ഭൂമിയുടെ മുഖത്തെ പുതുക്കുന്നു.
31 യഹോവയുടെ മഹത്വം എന്നേക്കും നിലക്കുമാറാകട്ടെ; യഹോവ തന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികളില്‍ സന്തോഷിക്കട്ടെ.
32 അവന്‍ ഭൂമിയെ നോക്കുന്നു, അതു വിറെക്കുന്നു; അവന്‍ മലകളെ തൊടുന്നു, അവ പുകയുന്നു.
33 എന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലത്തൊക്കെയും ഞാന്‍ യഹോവേക്കു പാടും; ഞാന്‍ ഉള്ളേടത്തോളം എന്റെ ദൈവത്തിന്നു കിര്‍ത്തനം പാടും.
34 എന്റെ ധ്യാനം അവന്നു പ്രസാദകരമായിരിക്കട്ടെ; ഞാന്‍ യഹോവയില്‍ സന്തോഷിക്കും.
35 പാപികള്‍ ഭൂമിയില്‍നിന്നു മുടിഞ്ഞുപോകട്ടെ; ദുഷ്ടന്മാര്‍ ഇല്ലാതെയാകട്ടെ; എന്‍ മനമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക; യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന്‍ .
