KNV   ಆದರೂ ಪೌಲನು ಹೇಳಿದವುಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಹಡಗಿನ ನಾಯಕನೂ ಯಜಮಾನನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದವನನ್ನು ಶತಾಧಿಪತಿಯು ನಂಬಿದನು.
ERVKN   ಆದರೆ ನೌಕೆಯ ನಾಯಕನು ಮತ್ತು ನೌಕೆಯ ಯಜಮಾನನು ಪೌಲನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದುದರಿಂದ ಸೇನಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯು ಪೌಲನ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ಗಮನ ಕೊಡದೆ, ನೌಕೆಯ ನಾಯಕನು ಮತ್ತು ಯಜಮಾನನು ಹೇಳಿದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ನಂಬಿದನು.
