14 তখন যে রাজসেনাপতি অরিয়োক বাবিলীয় বিদ্বান্‌ লোকদিগকে বধ করিবার নিমিত্ত বাহির হইয়াছিলেন, তাঁহার কাছে দানিয়েল বিবেচনা জ্ঞান সহকারে কথা কহিলেন।

MOV   എന്നാൽ രാജാവിന്റെ അകമ്പടിനായകനായി ബാബേലിലെ വിദ്വാന്മാരെ കൊന്നുകളവാൻ പുറപ്പെട്ടു അർയ്യോക്കിനോടു ദാനീയേൽ ബുദ്ധിയോടും വിവേകത്തോടും കൂടെ ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.
TEV   అప్పుడు దానియేలు బబులోనులోని జ్ఞానులను చంపుటకై బయలుదేరిన రాజ దేహసంరక్షకుల యధిపతియగు అర్యోకుదగ్గరకు పోయి, జ్ఞానయుక్తముగా మనవిచేసెను
ERVTE   అర్యోకు రాజరక్షకభటుల అధిపతి. బబులోనులోని వివేకవంతుల్ని చంపడానికి అతడు బయలు దేరాడు. కాని దానియేలు అతనితో తెలివిగా మాట్లాడాడు.
KNV   ಮೇಲೆ ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲಲ್ಲು ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದ ಅರಸನ ಕಾವಲುಗಾರರ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯಾದ ಅರ್ಯೋಕನಿಗೆ ದಾನಿಯೇಲನು ಆಲೋಚನೆ ಯಿಂದಲೂ ಜ್ಞಾನದಿಂದಲೂ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟನು;
ERVKN   ಅರ್ಯೋಕನು ಅರಸನ ಮೈಗಾವಲಿನವರ ದಳವಾಯಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದನು. ಅವನು ಬಾಬಿಲೋನಿನ ವಿದ್ವಾಂಸರನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲಲು ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದನು. ಆದರೆ ದಾನಿಯೇಲನು ಅವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದನು. ದಾನಿಯೇಲನು ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ವಿವೇಕ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ರತೆಯಿಂದ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದನು.
