14 তোমার ভ্রাতা হউক, কিম্বা তোমার দেশের নগরদ্বারের মধ্যবর্ত্তী বিদেশী হউক, দীন দুঃখী বেতনজীবীর প্রতি উপদ্রব করিবে না।
