9 তখন তৃতীয় মাসের অর্থাৎ সীবন মাসের ত্রয়োবিংশ দিনে রাজ-লেখকেরা আহূত হইল, আর মর্দখয়ের সমস্ত আজ্ঞানুসারে যিহূদীদিগকে, ক্ষিতিপালদিগকে, এবং হিন্দুস্থান অবধি কূশ দেশ পর্য্যন্ত এক শত সাতাইশ প্রদেশের মধ্যে প্রত্যেক প্রদেশের অক্ষরানুসারে ও প্রত্যেক জাতির ভাষানুসারে দেশাধ্যক্ষগণকে ও প্রদেশ সকলের প্রধানবর্গকে এবং যিহূদীদের অক্ষর ও ভাষানুসারে তাহাদিগকে পত্র লেখা গেল।

BNV   দ্রুত রাজার সমস্ত সচিবকে ডেকে পাঠানো হল| তৃতীয় মাসে অর্থাত্‌ সীবন মাসের 23 দিনে একাজ করা হল| এই সমস্ত সচিবরা তখন ইহুদীদের জন্য দেওয়া মর্দখয়ের নির্দেশগুলো লিখে নিল| সেই নির্দেশ ভারতবর্ষ থেকে কূশ দেশ পর্য়ন্ত বিস্তৃত 127 টি প্রদেশের প্রশাসক ও নেতা সকলকে পাঠানো হল| প্রত্যেকটি প্রাদেশিক ভাষায় ও সর্বজনবোধ্য ভাষায় নির্দেশগুলি লেখা হয়েছিল যাতে সবাই সহজে বুঝতে পারে| ইহুদীদের জন্য এই নির্দেশ তাদের নিজেদের ভাষায়, নিজস্ব বর্ণমালায লেখা হয়েছিল|

ERVTA   மிக விரைவாக அரசனின் செயலாளர்கள் அழைக்கப்பட்டனர். இது சீவான் என்னும் மூன்றாவது மாதத்தின் 23வது நாளில் நடந்தது அச்செயலாளர்கள் மொர்தெகாயின் அனைத்து கட்டளைகளையும் யூதர்கள், தலைவர்கள், ஆளுநர்கள், 127 மாகாணங்களில் உள்ள அதிகாரிகள் என அனைவருக்கும் எழுதினார்கள். அம்மாகாணங்கள் இந்தியா முதல் எத்தியோப்பியாவரை இருந்தது. இந்த கட்டளை ஒவ்வொரு மாகாணத்தின் மொழியிலும் எழுதப்பட்டது. ஒவ்வொரு குழு ஜனங்களின் மொழியிலும் இந்த கட்டளை மொழி பெயர்க்கப்பட்டது. இந்த கட்டளை யூதர்களின் சொந்த மொழியிலும் சொந்த எழுத்திலும் எழுதப்பட்டது.

ERVTE   మహారాజు వెంటనే లేఖకులను పిలువనంపించాడు. మూడవ నెల, అనగా సీవాను నెల 23వ రోజున యీ ఘటన జరిగింది. లేఖకులు మొర్దెకై ఆజ్ఞలన్నింటినీ వ్రాశారు. అవి యూదులకీ, సామంత రాజులకీ, రాజ్యాధిపతులకీ, 127 దేశాల అధికారులకీ పంప బడ్డాయి. ఆ దేశాలు భారత దేశంనుంచి ఇథియోపియాదాకా విస్తరించి వున్నాయి. ఆ ఆజ్ఞాపత్రాలు ఆయా దేశాల భాషల్లో వ్రాయబడ్డాయి. ఆవి ఆయా ప్రజాబృందాల భాషల్లోకి అనువదించబడ్డాయి. కాగా ఆ ఆజ్ఞాపత్రాలు యూదులకు వాళ్ల సోంత భాషలో, సోంతలిపిలో వ్రాయబడ్డాయి.

ERVKN   ಕೂಡಲೇ ರಾಜಲೇಖಕರನ್ನು ಕರೆಯಿಸಿ ಅವರಿಂದ ಮೊರ್ದೆಕೈ ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜಾಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾಮ್ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನಾನಾ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಹಿಂದುಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ಇಥಿಯೋಪ್ಯದ ತನಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನೂರಿಪ್ಪತ್ತೇಳು ಸಂಸ್ಥಾನಗಳ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರಿಗೆ, ಜನನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಆಯಾ ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ಲಿಪಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರನೇ ತಿಂಗಳಾದ ಸೀವಾನ್ ಮಾಸದ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತಮೂರನೇ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
HOV   सो उसी समय अर्थात सीवान नाम तीसरे महीने के तेईसवें दिन को राजा के लेखक बुलवाए गए और जिस जिस बात की आज्ञा मोर्दकै ने उन्हें दी थी उसे यहूदियों और अधिपतियोंऔर हिन्दुस्तान से ले कर कूश तक, जो एक सौ सत्ताईस प्रान्त हैं, उन सभों के अधिपतियों और हाकिमों को एक एक प्रान्त के अक्षरों में और एक एक देश के लोगों की भाषा में, और यहूदियों को उनके अक्षरों और भाषा में लिखी गई।
MRV   राजाच्या लेखकांना ताबडतोब बोलवण्यात आले. तिसऱ्या म्हणजे शिवान महिन्याच्या तेविसाव्या दिवशी हे झाले. सर्व यहुदी आणि हिंन्दूस्तानपासून कूशपर्यंतच्या एकशेसत्तावीस प्रांतांमधील अधिपती, अधिकारी आणि सरदार यांना उद्देशून मर्दखयने दिलेले सर्व आदेश त्या लेखकांनी लिहून काढले. प्रत्येक प्रांताच्या भाषेत ते लिहिण्यात आले. प्रत्येक भाषिक गटाच्या भाषेत त्यांचा अनुवाद करण्यात आला. यहुद्यांच्या भाषेत आणि त्यांच्या लिपीत ते आदेश लिहिले गेले.
GUV   આથી ત્રીજા એટલે કે સીવાન મહિનાના, ત્રેવીસમા દિવસે રાજાના મંત્રીઓને બોલાવવામાં આવ્યા અને બરાબર મોર્દૃખાયના કહેવા પ્રમાણે યહૂદીઓને લગતો એક હુકમ હિંદુસ્તાનથી તે કૂશ સુધીના એકસો ને સત્તાવીશ પ્રાંતના સૂબાઓ, રાજ્યપાલો, અને અમલદારોને તે પ્રાંતની ભાષાઓમાં અને લિપિમાં, તેમજ યહૂદીઓની ભાષા અને લિપિમાં લખાવવામાં આવ્યો.

NET   The king's scribes were quickly summoned— in the third month (that is, the month of Sivan), on the twenty-third day. They wrote out everything that Mordecai instructed to the Jews and to the satraps and the governors and the officials of the provinces all the way from India to Ethiopia— a hundred and twenty-seven provinces in all— to each province in its own script and to each people in their own language, and to the Jews according to their own script and their own language.
ERVEN   Very quickly the king's secretaries were called. This was done on the 23 day of the third month, the month of Sivan. They wrote out all of Mordecai's commands to the Jews, and to the satraps, the governors, and officials of the 127 provinces. These provinces reached from India to Ethiopia. The commands were written in the language of each province and translated into the language of each group of people. The commands were written to the Jews in their own language and alphabet.
