29 দেশের প্রজারা ভারী উপদ্রব করিয়াছে, পরের দ্রব্য বলপূর্ব্বক অপহরণ করিয়াছে, দুঃখী দরিদ্রের প্রতি দৌরাত্ম্য করিয়াছে, এবং বিদেশীর প্রতি অন্যায়পূর্ব্বক উপদ্রব করিয়াছে।
