27 তুমি আমাকে বঞ্চনা করিয়া কেন গোপনে পলাইলে? কেন আমাকে সংবাদ দিলে না? দিলে আমি তোমাকে আহলাদ ও গান এবং তবলের ও বীণার বাদ্য পুরঃসর বিদায় করিতাম।

KNV   ಯಾಕೆ ನೀನು ಗುಪ್ತವಾಗಿ ಕಳ್ಳತನದಿಂದ ಓಡಿ ಬಂದಿ? ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ಯಾಕೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ? ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಹಾಡು ತಾಳ ವೀಣೆಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆನು.
ERVKN   ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳದೆ ಓಡಿಬಂದದ್ದೇಕೆ? ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿನಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಔತಣಕೂಟವನ್ನೇರ್ಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಯನ, ನೃತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವಾದ್ಯಗೋಷ್ಠಿಗಳಿರುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು.
HOV   तू क्यों चुपके से भाग आया, और मुझ से बिना कुछ कहे मेरे पास से चोरी से चला आया; नहीं तो मैं तुझे आनन्द के साथ मृदंग और वीणा बजवाते, और गीत गवाते विदा करता?
