42 আমার পৈতৃক ঈশ্বর, অব্রাহামের ঈশ্বর ইস্‌হাকের ভয়স্থান যদি আমার পক্ষ না হইতেন, তবে অবশ্য এখন তুমি আমাকে রিক্তহস্তে বিদায় করিতে। ঈশ্বর আমার দুঃখ হস্তের পরিশ্রম দেখিয়াছেন, এই জন্য গত রাত্রিতে তোমাকে ধম্‌কাইলেন।

ERVTA   ஆனால் என் முற்பிதாக்களின் தேவனும், ஆபிரகாமின் தேவனும் ஈசாக்கின் பயபக்திக்குரிய தேவனுமானவர் என்னோடு இருந்தார். தேவன் என்னோடு இல்லாமற் போயிருந்தால் நீர் என்னை ஒன்றும் இல்லாதவனாக ஆக்கி அனுப்பி இருப்பீர். ஆனால் என் துன்பங்களையும், எனது உழைப்பையும் கண்ட தேவன் நேற்று இரவு நான் நியாயமானவன் என்பதை நிரூபித்துவிட்டார்" என்றான்.

ERVKN   ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ವಿಕರ ದೇವರೂ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನ ದೇವರೂ ಇಸಾಕನು ಭಯಪಡುವ ದೇವರೂ ನನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡವಿದ್ದನು. ದೇವರು ನನ್ನ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬರಿಗೈಲಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಬಿಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ. ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಕಷ್ಟವನ್ನೂ ನಾನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನೂ ದೇವರು ನೋಡಿದನು. ನಿನ್ನೆಯ ರಾತ್ರಿ ನಾನು ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥನಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ದೇವರು ನಿನಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
