13 তৎকালে সমগ্র দেশে ভক্ষ্য দ্রব্য ছিল না, কারণ অতি ভারী দুর্ভিক্ষ হইয়াছিল, তাহাতে মিসর দেশ কনান দেশ দুর্ভিক্ষপ্রযুক্ত অবসন্ন হইয়া পড়িল।
