5 আবার মদ্য প্রযুক্ত সে বিশ্বাসঘাতক; সে অভিমানী বীর, সে ঘরে থাকে না; সে পাতালের ন্যায় অপরিমিত লোভী, সে মৃত্যুর সদৃশ, তৃপ্ত হয় না, কিন্তু সর্ব্বজাতিকে একত্র করিয়া আত্মসাৎ করে, এবং সর্ব্বলোকবৃন্দকে আপনার কাছে সংগ্রহ করে।

ERVTE   దేవుడు చెప్పాడు: “ద్రాక్షమద్యం మనిషిని మోసం చేయగలదు. అదే మాదిరి ఒక బలవంతుని గర్వం అతనిని అవివేకునిగా చేస్తుంది. అతనికి శాంతి ఉండదు. అతడు మృత్యువువలె ఉంటాడు. అతడు ఇంకా, ఇంకా కోరుతూనే ఉంటాడు. మృత్యువువలె అతనికి తృప్తి అంటూ ఉండదు.అతడు ఇతర దేశాలను ఓడించటం కొనసాగిస్తూనే ఉంటాడు. ప్రజలను చెరపట్టటం కొనసాగిస్తూ ఉంటాడు.
KNV   ಹೌದು, ಅವನು ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸದಿಂದ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸು ತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅಹಂಕಾರದ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಇವನು ಪಾತಾಳದ ಹಾಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಆಶೆಯನ್ನು ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಮರಣದ ಹಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ, ತೃಪ್ತಿಯಾಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ತನಗಾಗಿ ಕೂಡಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಗಳನ್ನು ತನಗಾಗಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಗುಂಪನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
ERVKN   ಯೆಹೋವನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು: “ಒಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವು ಮೋಸಪಡಿಸಬಹುದು. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲಿಷ್ಠನ ಗರ್ವವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಮೋಸಪಡಿಸಬಹುದು. ಆದರೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಸಿಕ್ಕುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವನು ಮರಣದಂತಿರುವನು. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚೆಚ್ಚು ಬೇಕು. ಮರಣದಂತೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ತೃಪ್ತಿಯೇ ಇರದು. ಅವನು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ಸೋಲಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಇರುವನು. ಜನರನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಕೈದಿಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಲೇ ಇರುವನು.

ORV   ପରମେଶ୍ବର କହିଲେ, "ଧନ ଗୋଟିଏ ବଳବାନ୍ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିକୁ ପ୍ରତାରଣା କରିପାରିବ। ସେ କବେେ ସଫଳ ହାଇପୋରିବ ନାହିଁ। କବର ପରି ସେ ସର୍ବଦା ଅଧିକରୁ ଅଧିକ ପାଇବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରିବ। କିନ୍ତୁ ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ପରି ସେ କବେେ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ହବେନାହିଁ। ସେ ଅନ୍ୟସବୁ ଦେଶକୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରି ଗ୍ଭଲିବ। ସେ ସହେି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବନ୍ଦୀ କରି ଗ୍ଭଲିବ।
