ERVTA   நீர் பலிகளையும் காணிக்கைகளையும் விரும்புவதில்லை. மிருகங்களைக் கொன்றும் எரித்தும் கொடுக்கப்படுகிற பலிகளாலும் பாவநிவாரணபலிகளாலும் நீர் திருப்தியுறவில்லை (இந்தப் பலிகள் எல்லாம் கட்டளையிடப்பட்டிருந்தாலும் கூட) என்று முதலில் அவர் சொன்னார்.

ERVTE   “బలుల్ని, అర్పణల్ని, జంతువుల్నికాల్చి యిచ్చిన ఆహుతుల్ని, పాప పరిహారం కోసం యిచ్చిన ఆహుతుల్ని, నీవు కోరలేదు. అవి నీకు ఆనందం కలిగించలేదు” అని మొదట అన్నాడు. కాని, ధర్మశాస్త్రం ఆహుతుల్ని యివ్వమని ఆదేశించింది.

ERVKN   ಪವಿತ್ರ ಗ್ರಂಥದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ಮೊದಲನೆಯದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ: “ನಿನಗೆ ಯಜ್ಞನೈವೇದ್ಯಗಳು ಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ನೀನು ಸರ್ವಾಂಗಹೋಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪಾಪಪರಿಹಾರಕ ಯಜ್ಞಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.” (ಇವುಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ಧರ್ಮಶಾಸ್ತ್ರವು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸುವ ಯಜ್ಞಗಳು.)
HOV   ऊपर तो वह कहता है, कि तू ने बलिदान और भेंट और होम-बलियों और पाप-बलियों को चाहा, और उन से प्रसन्न हुआ; यद्यपि ये बलिदान तो व्यवस्था के अनुसार चढ़ाए जाते हैं।
