19 আর যখন তাহারা তোমাদিগকে বলে, তোমরা ভূতড়িয়া ও গুণীদিগের নিকটে, যাহারা বিড় বিড় ও ফুসফুস করিয়া বকে, তাহাদের নিকটে অন্বেষণ কর, তখন তোমরা বলিবে, প্রজাগণ কি আপনাদের ঈশ্বরের কাছে অন্বেষণ করিবে না? তাহারা জীবিতদের জন্য কি মৃতদের কাছে অন্বেষণ করিবে?

ERVTA   சிலர், "என்ன செய்யலாம் என்பதையும் எதிர் காலம் பற்றி சொல்பவர்களையும், அஞ்சனம் பார்க்கிறவர்களையும் கேளுங்கள்" என்றனர். (குறி சொல்லுகிறவர்களும், அஞ்சனம் பார்க்கிறவர்களும் பறவைகளைப் போன்று பேசுவார்கள். மறை பொருள் அறிந்தவர்கள் என்று கேட்பவர்கள் எண்ணும்படியாக கிசு கிசுத்து அவர்கள் பேசுவார்கள். ஆனால், நான் சொல்கிறேன் ஜனங்கள் உதவிக்காக தம் தேவனைக் கேட்க வேண்டும்! குறிசொல்லுகிறவர்களும், அஞ்சனம் பார்க்கிறவர்களும் என்ன செய்யலாம் என்று மரித்துபோனவர்களைக் கேட்கிறார்கள். உயிரோடு இருக்கிறவர்கள் மரித்துப்போனவர்களிடம் ஏன் இதுபோல் கேட்க வேண்டும்?

(ఈ జ్యోతిష్కులు, మాంత్రికులు పిట్టల్లా కిచకిచలాడి తమకి చాలా తెలివిగల తలపులు ఉన్నట్టు మనుష్యులు తలచాలని గుసగుసలాడుతారు.) అయితే వాళ్లు వాళ్ల దేవుణ్ణి సహాయం అడుక్కోవాలి అని నేను చెబుతున్నాను. ఆ జ్యోతిష్కులు, మాంత్రికులు వారు ఏమి చేయాలి అనేది చచ్చిపోయిన వాళ్లను అడుగుతారు. బతికి ఉన్న వాళ్లు చచ్చిన వాళ్లను ఏదైనా ఎందుకు అడగాలి?

(ಕಣಿಹೇಳುವವರು ತಾವು ಮಂತ್ರಶಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳವರೆಂದು ಜನರಿಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಲು ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ಮಾಡುವ ಶಬ್ದವನ್ನು ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿ ತಮಗೆ ರಹಸ್ಯಗಳು ಗೊತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂದು ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.) ನಾನು ಹೇಳುವದೇನೆಂದರೆ, “ಜನರು ಸಹಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದೇವರನ್ನೇ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಆ ಕಣಿಹೇಳುವವರೂ ಬೇತಾಳಿಕರೂ ತಾವು ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸತ್ತವರನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಿಸುವರು. ಜೀವಿಸುವವರು ಸತ್ತವರನ್ನು ಯಾಕೆ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಬೇಕು?”
