18 সত্য, সত্য, আমি তোমাকে কহিতেছি, যখন তুমি যুবা ছিলে, তখন আপনি আপনার কটি বন্ধন করিতে এবং যেখানে ইচ্ছা, বেড়াইতে; কিন্তু যখন বৃদ্ধ হইবে, তখন তোমার হস্ত বিস্তার করিবে, এবং আর এক জন তোমার কটি বন্ধন করিয়া দিবে, যেখানে যাইতে তোমার ইচ্ছা নাই, সেইখানে তোমাকে লইয়া যাইবে।

ERVTA   நான் உனக்கு உண்மையைச் சொல்லுகிறேன், நீ இளைஞனாக இருந்தபோது, உனது இடுப்புவாரை நீயே கட்டிக் கொண்டு விரும்பும் இடங்களுக்கு சென்றாய். ஆனால் நீ முதியவன் ஆகும்போது உன் கைகளை நீட்டுவாய். வேறு ஒருவன் உன் இடுப்புவாரைக் கட்டிவிடுவான். அதோடு உனக்கு விருப்பம் இல்லாத இடத்துக்கும் உன்னை இழுத்துக்கொண்டு போவான் என்றார்.
MOV   ആമേൻ, ആമേൻ, ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു പറയുന്നു: നീ യൌവനക്കാരൻ ആയിരുന്നപ്പോൾ നീ തന്നേ അര കെട്ടി ഇഷ്ടമുള്ളേടത്തു നടന്നു; വയസ്സനായശേഷമോ നീ കൈ നീട്ടുകയും മറ്റൊരുത്തൻ നിന്റെ അര കെട്ടി നിനക്കു ഇഷ്ടമില്ലാത്ത ഇടത്തേക്കു നിന്നെ കൊണ്ടുപോകയും ചെയ്യും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
TEV   యేసు నా గొఱ్ఱలను మేపుము. నీవు ¸°వనుడవై యుండినప్పుడు నీ అంతట నీవే నడుము కట్టుకొని నీకిష్టమైన చోటికి వెళ్లుచుంటివి; నీవు ముసలివాడవైనప్పుడు నీ చేతులు నీవు చాచుదువు, వేరొకడు నీ నడుము కట్టి నీకిష్టము కాని చోటికి నిన్ను మోసికొని పోవునని నీతో నిశ్చయముగా చెప్పుచున్నానని అతనితో చెప్పెను.
ERVTE   ఇది నిజం. వయస్సులో ఉన్నప్పుడు నీ దుస్తులు నీవు వేసుకొని నీ యిష్టం వచ్చిన చోటికి వెళ్ళే వాడవు. కాని వయస్సు మళ్ళిన తర్వాత నీవు చేతులు చాపితే మరొకళ్ళు నీకు దుస్తులు తొడిగించి నీకు యిష్టం లేదన్న చోటికి తీసుకు వెళ్తారు” అని అన్నాడు.
