28 আর আমরা কহিলাম, তাহারা যদি ভাবী কালে আমাদিগকে কিম্বা আমাদের বংশকে এই কথা বলে, তবে আমরা বলিব, তোমরা সদাপ্রভুর যজ্ঞবেদির ঐ প্রতিরূপ দেখ, আমাদের পিতৃপুরুষগণ উহা নির্ম্মাণ করিয়াছে; হোমের বা বলিদানের জন্য নয়, কিন্তু উহা আমাদের ও তোমাদের মধ্যে সাক্ষী।

ERVKN   ಮುಂದಿನ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ‘ನೀವು ಇಸ್ರೇಲಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟವರಲ್ಲ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ‘ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಿ! ಗತಿಸಿಹೋದ ನಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವಿಕರು ಒಂದು ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಕೆಯು ಪವಿತ್ರ ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಕೆಯಂತಿದೆ. ನಾವು ಈ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸರ್ವಾಂಗಹೋಮಗಳಿಗಾಗಲಿ ಯಜ್ಞಗಳಿಗಾಗಲಿ ಬಳಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾವು ಇಸ್ರೇಲಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದವರೆಂಬುದಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವರು.
