ERVTE   హత్య చేయరాదు, వ్యభిచారం చేయరాదు. దొంగతనము చెయ్యరాదు. దొంగ సాక్ష్యం చెప్పరాదు. మోసం చెయ్యరాదు. నీ తల్లి తండ్రుల్ని గౌరవించు” అని అన్నాడు.

ERVKN   ನೀನು ನಿತ್ಯಜೀವ ಹೊಂದಬೇಕಾದರೆ ನಿನಗೆ ತಿಳಿದೇ ಇರುವ ಈ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸು: ‘ಕೊಲೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಡ, ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡಬೇಡ, ಕದಿಯಬೇಡ, ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳಬೇಡ, ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಡ, ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆತಾಯಿಯರನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸು’ ಎಂದು ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿದನು.
