10 ধার্ম্মিকদের মঙ্গল হইলে নগরে উল্লাস হয়; দুষ্টদের বিনাশ হইলে আনন্দগান হয়।

ERVTE   మంచి మనుష్యులకు విజయం కలిగినప్పుడు పట్టణం అంతా సంతోషిస్తుంది. దుర్మార్గులు నాశనం చేయబడినప్పుడు ప్రజలు సంతోషంతో కేకలు వేస్తారు.
KNV   ನೀತಿವಂತರು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಿಸುತ್ತದೆ; ದುಷ್ಟರು ನಾಶವಾದರೆ ಆರ್ಭಟವಿರು ತ್ತದೆ.
