TOV   விவேகமுள்ள மனுஷன் அறிவை அடக்கிவைக்கிறான்; மூடருடைய இருதயமோ மதியீனத்தைப் பிரசித்தப்படுத்தும்.
ERVTA   அறிவுள்ளவன் தனக்குத் தெரிந்த எல்லாவற்றையும் சொல்லமாட்டான். ஆனால் அறிவில்லாதவனோ எல்லாவற்றையும் சொல்லி தன்னை முட்டாளாகக் காட்டிக் கொள்வான்.

KNV   ಜಾಣನು ತಿಳಿದದ್ದನ್ನು ಗುಪ್ತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅವಿವೇಕಿ ಗಳ ಹೃದಯವು ಅವಿವೇಕತ್ವವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ERVKN   ಜಾಣನು ತನ್ನ ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಂಬಕೊಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಮೂಢನು ದುಡುಕಿ ಮಾತಾಡಿ ತಾನು ಮೂಢನೆಂದು ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
