3 যে মুখ সাবধানে রাখে, সে প্রাণ রক্ষা করে; যে ওষ্ঠাধর খুলিয়া দেয়, তাহার সর্ব্বনাশ হয়।

ERVTE   తాను చెప్పే విషయాలను గూర్చి జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండే మనిషి తన ప్రాణం కాపాడుకొంటాడు. కానీ ఆలోచన లేకుండా మాట్లాడే మనిషి నాశనం చేయబడతాడు.
KNV   ತನ್ನ ಬಾಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವವನು ಜೀವ ವನ್ನು ಕಾಯುತ್ತಾನೆ; ತನ್ನ ತುಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಗಲವಾಗಿ ತೆರೆಯುವವನಿಗೆ ನಾಶನವಾಗುವದು.
