2 ধার্ম্মিকেরা বর্দ্ধিষ্ণু হইলে প্রজাগণ আনন্দ করে, কিন্তু দুষ্ট লোক কর্ত্তৃত্ব পাইলে প্রজারা আর্ত্তস্বর করে।

ERVTE   పాలించేవాడు మంచి మనిషి అయితే ప్రజలంతా సంతోషిస్తారు.కాని ఒక దుర్మార్గుడు పాలన చేస్తే అప్పుడు ప్రజలంతా నిట్టూర్చి ఆరోపణ చేస్తారు.
KNV   ನೀತಿವಂತರು ಅಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ದಾಗ ಜನರು ಹರ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ದುಷ್ಟನು ಆಳಿದರೆ ಜನರು ಶೋಕಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
